First of all Archie's online customer care incoming is barred and emails are unattended for more than 10 days.

I have received the shipment.I have ordered for 3 items including SHE sky blue nail polish worth Rs.50. In your shipment the nail polish is missing and you have charged Rs.50 for gift wrap that is also missing.
So you should refund Rs.100 to my account.
Anyways I am very much disappointed with you for not replying any mails and for your customer service number incoming is also barred.
Refund the amount immediately.
