Archies Online — product delivered wrong address

I have ordered a gift from archies and wanted to deliver it at pune.
But when i am tracking the package from blu-dart courier it is showing that the package has been delivered to delhi.
I have mentioned all exact details but dont know why the discrepancies happened.
