Arise India — Induction not working

Dear sir... i have purchased a induction from snapdeal on 02nd nov 2015, after one month on 03rd dec suddenly my machine stopped working... all customer care number which snap deal and arise india mentioned in bill or in websites are not in use or not a valid no. i am searching for a service centre from last one month, pls help me. bill no.S7FA08/15-16/6796 model- ind.cooker aura barcode no. ZHXR[protected] when i sent mail to arise india i rcv a msg having this no. reg. ref. no UP[protected], and one password.. but from the first jan of this month no one came to me to repair or change my induction
