[Resolved]  Arise India Limited Chimney — Amount not being refunded

I gave a amount of Rs 5000 as a advanceon 25/2/2011 , for (Rs 9000) for the chimeny of Arise india limited . I installation was due on 6/3/2011 . but installation was not made ,Now i am not interested in the installation .
I want the refund of the amount but the company is not giving .
