I sandeep kumar, rank - poel (R), service no-137158-z, pli proposal no - 695039/203 serving in indian navy, have done a pli in apo visakhapatnam in july 2005. I am retiring from service in july 2018. But til now i did not get my pli bond.
So it is requested to you to tell me who could i get my bond. I will be very great full to you.
