NON PAYMENT OF SALARY TO EMPLOYEE- SAHARSH BY ARTHA HEALTH OPTIONS... YOUNG UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE BEING CHEATED BY JOB OPPORTUNITY, MADE TO WORK HARD & AT LAST THEIR HARD LABOR IS DENIED FOR BEING COMPENSATED BY SALARY.


1. Mr. Saharsh worked with ARTHA HEALTH OPTIONS as an Employee in the position of Customer Sales Representative for the duration 7th Sep2009 to 13th Oct 2009. After he worked for over a month with utmost dedication, vigor and love for the first job, the Compensation & Salary released to him by an Axis Bank Cheque (No. 248139), was stopped by Artha WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION - verbal/written/fax/email, leave apart justifiable or valid reasons for doing so. Pls note that this Salary-cheque was stopped for payment which was released to him AFTER he has completed his dedicated labor over the month.
2. Having worked with Artha Health Options for more than a month, Mr. Saharsh kept his Supervisor/Leads- Mr Salim and Jijesh informed in Oct first week - that he has been offered a role by another company & would like to be relieved.

3. Submitted Resignation Letter in person to HR & Supervisors- Miss Lidya Peterson, Mr Salim, Mr Jijesh on 13th Oct09. However, he was made to wait for more than 2hrs just for the submission of a letter. The Resignation Letter was accepted by above Artha Officials.

4. While I took this matter to HR over phone, Artha Reception did not allowed to speak to HR & I was routed to Mr Shaji, and was called upon by him at Artha's Nrupathunga Road Office, along with Mr. Saharsh to discuss on this, despite the fact stated that Saharsh has moved out of Bangalore & no longer stays at Bangalore. As a result, Saharsh had to travel to Bangalore all the way from another city

5. Our visit to Artha Office on invitation by Artha along with Saharsh on 12th Feb turned out to be the worst Experience & Surprise, considering the way Artha treated. First, we were not allowed to meet HR despite the fact I was called upon & invited there by Artha officials. Further, on rejection of Salary release to Mr Saharsh by HR representative Miss Lidya Peterson, my persistent Requests & a mere 10min meeting-time request was turned down by an immature act of banging the phone with comments like- She would not like to discuss Saharsh’s salary issues with me, no matter I am his parent & there is nothing to discuss about. My impressions to this behavior goes as “INHUMAN” and an “AUTOCRACY”. I am also surprised that such sensitive roles are entrusted to people who don’t carry courteousness & care for the people’s emotions, leave apart taking care of their employees.

At the outset, I would like to reiterate that the Salary stopped by Artha was Saharsh’s First Salary out of his first Job. Not sure whether Artha has made an attempt to realize the damage done to Saharsh out of this Incident and whether your HR understands the importance & Emotions attached with the First Salary of an Employee.

Worst- On speaking further to Artha's Head- Mr Anil- he has denied any Payment now. No Reasons stated. He has no reasons as why Artha released the Salary cheque & then stopped. This is going to be taken up further through Labor Laws, if not attended by Artha & Salary not released.

    1. On 1st Dec 09 evening at 5.30pm a Lady officer called me over phone and informed that, Artha Health options has selected 250 members for Travel Vocher ( which has been finalised now )for holidays which will be arranged thru a special courier instead of regular courier service to prevent vochers being misused by third person. She also explained that, the amount which I had paid in the month of July 09 to buy the health plan is going to be credited to Artha now after 21/2 months for which I have to confirm my last 4 digits of credit card ( on which the transaction was made earlier) and the card expiry date to verification department upon which a verification code will be sent thru an SMS which should be used to collect the Travel Vocher.



    2. Within minutes, another Lady officer called and asked me to provide the last 4 digits of my credit card and the card validity period and informed that, Rs. 4991/- has been debited to my credit card account and gave an Authorisation code. But, I told this officer, that, I need not pay any amount and had already been paid earlier. She said that was a differant plan and this offer is a differant one and the amount Rs.4991/- is already debited to my credit card account. I then immediately told the officer that, I am not interested in any new transaction for this travel plan and should not proceed on that. But, she said the amount is already been processed and I should contact the Marketing department for further quieries.



    3. Within another minute the Lady officer who had called me first called me again and wanted to know what is the quiery. I told her what the second lady offier told me about debiting of Rs.4991/- to my credit card. She said, no sir, the lady officer is from Quality department and she is not aware of this. This is only a authourisation for the amount which I had paid and the authourisation code will appear in the next card statement. I once again stressed this lady officer to double sure whether any amount is going to be debited to my credit card account and she affirmed that, no amount will be debited to my card account.



    4. Once again the 2nd Lady offier called me after this and asked me whether my quieries are clarified. At this time this lady officer went back on her words and told me that, no amount is going to be debited to my card account and got only the authourisation for earlier payment made in July 09. and gave me the Authourisation code as 276224.



    5. It looks like both these Lady officers have taken me for a good ride. For the reason a) I have recieved an SMS today from my card issued bank informing me that, an amount of Rs. 4991/- has been debited to my credit account. b) Secondly, another SMS from Artha informing that, my credit card has been swiped for Rs. 2993 /- and the Authourisation code is 276224. The Kit will reach me in next 10 days.



    6. As both these transactions are illegal and hasd got no approval from me, these 2 transactions should have been immediately be cancelled and the amount should have been debited to my credit card which did not happen even after several reminders.



    7. I had clearly told both these 2 Lady offiers that I am not interested in any new plans and inspite of this by giving wrong information 2 transactions have been debited to my card account illegaly. Why this kind of a business by Artha ?



    8. By evening today I got 2 SMS from Artha informing that, my application no. 94598A and application no.94598 have been logged on 2nd Dec. What these application are ? Who has authourised these applications ?

    9. Eleven cases have been filed against Artha and one set of case had come for trial on 21st May 2010. No one represented from Artha for this trial.

      I have taken ARTHA HEALTH OPTIONS wellness card with card number 06 46716 by paying Rs.1994. This is valid till 4th August 2010. I have been a member after paying required money for last 2 years.
      I received a call from their office on 13/05/2010 informing me that since i have not been utlising the card regularly for full benefits, your card and facilties gets extended by one more year if you pay now Rs.1994. Reluctantly I agreed as I have not been using their slips with the back of a sloppy service when I had a medical check done. An authorisation code of 005856 was provided on 13/05/2010.
      Later on I received a call on 25/05/2010 from Mr.Sameer of their office and telling me to pay Rs.3994 as I have been upgraded to Gold Card. I was not interested in this but he told that the extension will for 2 years with this payment ( Rs.5988 total against a normal Rs. 18,000 package they charge for others). An authorisation code number 003603 was provided. They sent me Standard Chartered credit slip next day for payment of Rs.3994 on 26/05/2010 along with a form their office for signature. Since the courier guy was in hurry, I just signed the form without checking contents of the form.
      On 27/05/2010, I have received a call from them again telling me that I have done a transaction for Rs.11,000 + and hence I need to pay the remaining amount. I told them the transaction committed was for Rs. (1994 + 3994) and the inflated figure of Rs. 11000+ has shocked me. I vehemently dis-approved this transaction. He told me that I will lose all benefits and earlier voice transactions/ recordings are invalid and only the signed form by me will hold in consumer forum. I told him to refund all the amount as I was not interested in the whole fradulent scheme but he threatened me, telling there is no refund. First of all, no mention of Rs. 11000 plus transaction was told to me on 13/05/2010 by their officer or by Mr.Sameer on 25/05/2010. Well, when I was reluctant for Rs.1994 payment on 13/05/2010, how could I commit for Rs. 11,000. I want justice.It is agonising to think how I have been cheated in day light.         Artha health options has Duped us by giving us thier health package the response is so pathetic kindly call one of thier number half english spoken lady picks up the call n disconnects without courtesy.
        They have duped me and robbed our money.

        You have used extremely strong words like 'robbed' & 'duped' about us. However, you have not exactly mentioned the problems you have actually faced. Neither have you mentioned your contact number and your membership number. Are your problems just limited to speaking to someone here who spoke in 'half-english' and abrupt disconnection of the call?

        My name is Col Prashant Kumar, My contact no is [protected]. I am a retired Military officer I have taken health options coupons for 8100/ They are yet to issue me coupons for Dia care and Female supplement.The marketing executive told us that the best hospitals have been empaneled and that the medical treatment/ check up will be provided to the nearest hospital from where we stay, especially Apollo clinic at HBR layput. Now they tell me My wife and I have to go different hospitals as far as Malleshwaram & Sadashivnagar for our check up.Now they say that they have no tie up with Apollo clinic for Dia care and Female supplement. All this is said after the cheque has been collected by the company why cant the executive speak to Apollo clinic and ensure I get my check up done there.

        All I request is they cancel my Dia care & Female supplement and return Rs 2010/ which they have taken extra from me in case they cannot arrange the check up at the nearest hospital.

          Hi,

          I am a artha member since 2008 and fed up of the transactions made in my credit card. The marketing people will say it is just 3988.00 to upgrade the card to gold card which avail along with vaccation package. After few days they caleld up and said that is for only gold membership and asked for another transaction. I have clearly told them i will not authorize the transaction without the product delivered to me. But they promised that without the charge slip the transactionw ill not complete so no need tow orry. There noly shock came to me when the called up 3rd time stating for lunch and dinner if you pay only eill get complete package. This was the time i woke and asked them to cancel it. They said its not possible, already 7500+ paid and i want it badly the guy thretended me like i have signed in application where the cost of policy is Rs28000 and they have rights to claim . The final transaction also took place. Below are the transaction took place.

          From March 5th i am trying to get the card, they will promise will send in 2 days later no news, i ahve raised the complaint to them on Apr that i don't want the service, they are in the negotiation to state they will offer more validity and ask to keep the product. In the mean time when i refused to sign in soft slip. The another biggest mess is on October already two transaction happened to Artha without my approval of soft slip.

          Dear Artha Card Holders,

          I have been one of the thousands of people who had severe problems with Artha Health Options of Bangalore. Like you all, I too made a big hue and cry about the entire organisation till I met the Manager, Finance and Customer Care of Artha. I must also pen down that I did not go on my own but was invited by the gentleman.

          I must admit that it took just one meeting to change my entire perception of what Artha Health is all about. The Manager not only sorted out my issue but also gave a very detailed briefing about why preventive health care is important. He by no means was trying to cajole me into giving up my fight against them.

          I personally feel that there is no harm in trying out this product. Issues will be there in any organisation. They are trying to help you out with your health and hence you need to give them a chance too.

          If you analyse the other products available in the market, it is mostly Insurance Related and one can claim only if one is admitted in Hospitals. Why get admitted and go through the pain when you have an option to check up at some of the best Hospitals? Maybe we all have to understand the concept and importance of this arrangement.

          I am not in any way trying to sell the product. I am neither an employee or in any way related to the organisation. I am just trying to reason out logic and try to clear certain misnomers that we all carry.

          After analysing your issues, I can only state that before you embark on any hasty action, please reassess the benefits of taking this product. I do agree that we do not have the time to spare for sorting out such issues and hence find it easy to go to the net to get justice. Spare a moment and try to use their products and you will realize that it does make a difference to take preventive care. I have been regularly taking the services and find it very convenient. In case you still feel unsatisfied, please go ahead and claim your dues. REMEMBER "PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE"

          this is a bull , there are sooo many genltlemen in artha without gentleness few of them are A N Shridhar / Irfan / Suresh and so on. No body keep the promise and only sweeps the card and draw the money by threathening the publice in the name of authority from RBI, I dont know which RBI permits to draw and sweep like this, also the CC provider have a customer base like artha

          God only need save mankind and innocent peopel from so called RBI ( if RBI has permitted card provider and Artha), CC provider and Artha

            'I am one of those hundreds of people who have been duped not once but
            three times. I had opted for Artha Options card last year during Dec 09 through one Mathew Green, I had opted for the basic card which is around 1990 or so. r. Mathew Green asked me for the Credit Card details etc for online payments which I gave without suspecting what problems I would be heading for in the near future.Parting with my credit card details was what they were posibly waiting for.

            Since then and till till 27th Jan 2010, mycredit card has been illegally swiped without my consent for amount to around Rs. 7980/ or so. When I finally went and called on the Artha Health office at Bangalore, the Customer Care Manager met me to clarify my enquiry. However, she was not able to explain the mistake except apologies for the mistake. Thereafter two getlemen came to the cabin and explained that they would look into the matter and again apologized for the mistake. They promised me that Artha would provide me with additional benefit. I had insisted that I get the refund back of all the amount illegally swiped.

            Sir, it is my sincere request to kindly help me out to get refund of my hard earned money. I am a retired army personnel and cannot have someone illegally robbing me of my savings. I would like to book Artha was a refund of my amount and also towards damages caused out of mental agony to the tune of Rs. 25,000/

            Sir, kindly help me out and give me advice on how to proceed in this case. I have also come to know now that Artha has been committing such frauds with a lot of people. In a lot of cases they do not eve bother to respond to ones calls.

            Hi Mr Col Ramesh Raman,
            They have mt credit card illegally, im talking to them from past 3 days, I talked withthere Manager Mr. Aggrawal. I thretened them with consequences if they wont refund my amount. I told them that i will go to Consumer court and alos going to file a criminal complaint for using my card illegally. Ao they told they will refund my amount. But i dont know. I will come to know about it by tomorrow.
            Now they have shifted there office to Seshadripuram.

            One more suggestion, you can callup ur bank and make the transaction as disputed, the bank will take further action on them.
            Sir i am one of the victim of such insidence with ARTHA My suggestions are as below to avoid such insidence in future
            a. Please block your credit card and get new card issue
            b. Put all those transaction done by ARTHA without your authorization under bank dispute cell they will
            investigate
            Artha people are biggest cheater in Bangalore it is not they are cheating only to customer they are also cheating there employees you cant even believe that those people are cheating just for 2000 to 4000 Rs. If you are thinking to be a member of Artha Health Options i will request you to please think twice before that. They will take money and not provide any service for that. And even if you are thinking to work for them dont do that they will offer u good salary and end of the month they will pay only 50 to 60 % of that. I am the live example of that who is cheated by the director of the company named SHIV PRASAD.

            Artha Health Options — Illegal swiping of my credit card

            i'm a victim of their fraudulent activity.

            Previously when they had called me to renew the artha health option membership, i had refused clearly as it is of no use to me. I have not used any of their coupons for 2 years except for 2 ENT coupons.

            However, i recently got a call from them telling that i have spent around 27000/- rupees towards their product in 2 years and have been upgraded as a gold member and their person is coming to get the signature on the necessary documents. I was confused because I was like concentrating hard on my work and did not care much. i told them that i have not spent that much amount and send your person to my residence tomorrow so that i can review the previous transactions and then take care of it. but they kept pestering and i said ok send. After some time i got a message from the bank saying that 19999/- has been charged by artha health options. That is when i got shocked and was helpless as i could not call my bank because i could not remember my phone banking pin. I was in a shock to even think properly.

            In such a situation, their person Mr.Zain comes to my place and tells me that you have authorized the transaction and that too in the amount on lakhs. It is because they have no permission to deduct that large amount, they will be charging me every month in the amount of 19999/- because the gold plan is worth lakhs. I got shocked and was not even able to speak properly. This man suddenly came up saying that if you sign and authorize this transaction, he will be able to block the future charge to my card and that he will give all the benefits of this plan, which is of no use to me. He also told me that they will give a vacation package in sterling worth a lakh. All these things blocked me mentally and i was kind of forced to sign the transaction.

            This is like: They raped a girl (illegally swiped my card) and told that if you get pregnant (sign the transaction) they will take care of the girl (all benefits explained) and will not rape the girl in the future (will not charge in the future).

            Now, i was forced to sign and authorize for the product, i want the product. But, since they illegally swiped my card, i want compensation. I also want compensation for the mental agony they caused. I also want to file a criminal case under sec 420 - cheating against Mr.Zain and a file a PIL against the company for fraudulent activity and erroneous marketing methods. Please advice.

            Thanks for logging the issues with Artha health. Artha officials tried their best to convince me to become member by paying Rs. 1994.00. I did little research and got to know about their bad services and financial fraud from lots of different sites. Now, strictly told them not to call me for this anymore and pay attention to resolve all customer’s complains. Otherwise, they will loose prospective customer.

            I went through a similar ordeal at the end of march, 2010, they swiped my card without asking me for 'upgrading' my holiday package..Before that a guy used to pester me for some gold card as I was a member for last 2 years (which never arrived even after paying money).I've called them numerous no. of times without any proper response, everytime I call them they would tell me that the concerned guy is not available & would call me back .They are super thugs & somebody needs to do something about them really fast .

            Hi Samething happened to be as i have blocked and closed all my CCards they cannot even to anything but they have done the same for about 27k they have swiped on my CC 6 month back today the call up to update me that i have agreed for the gold membership.. I am getting mad with these guys .. I am now having lot of Financal issue and i am mentelly stressed .. I need help ... I agree with naaninag who has gone with the same issue.

            Kindly suggest the process to file a case on Artha ..

            I am an Artha card holder since last 2 years. As of now, I do not have any problem with it.
            My card has expired and yesterday I received a phone call from one of their executives.
            He told me that because I am a card holder since last 2 years, they have a gold membership which costs Rs 3992 that covers 2 master health check ups and unlimited number of visits for one year.
            I agreed to go for it and paid Rs 3992.

            Today again I received a call from their office telling me that the remaining payment needs to be made. What remaining payment ???

            Then they told me that the gold card costs Rs 9992 with a validity of 2 years.
            But the salesman has not informed me about it.

            This is totally wrong.
            Next time I will find it very difficult to believe an Artha salesman.

            Today they have again called me and told that I need to pay Rs 19000 /- more for the gold membership.

            Earlier whatever I paid (i.e. Rs 9992 /-) was for just the processing fee.

            This is just non sense.
            I immediately blocked my card so that they can not deduct any more money.

            This message needs to be spread to all people.

            This surely is the tactics, my sincere advice to all is that do not give your credit card details to Artha. Kindly pay only through cheque. They have an tendency to cheat u. I received a call two days back when one Mr Kiran from despatch dept, who said that my card has been upgraded and that that rs 12000 odd has been deducted from my credit card, without my knowledge.

            calls will come to you from finance dept, marketing dept, despatch dept etc etc and each one has a story to say to make you pay.

            Artha Health Options Pvt. Ltd. — Beware of your Credit Cards Authorisation

            I was the member of Artha in 2007 and discontinued due their Poor service/Response, againg I have convinced by Artha Rep.and taken Artha Health Card for Master Health Check with payment of 2993/- through credit card and i recieved all the vouchers related to that.

            After enroling to the Artha, i use to get lot calls from their represantatives for other offers, i have completlty rejected all the offers, iam fine wiht the exhisting facility.

            few day later i ihave recived call from exectuive from Artha despatch section saying that, you need authorised for make 4993/- (apprx) towards pending payment, will despatch you the Pending vouchers.

            I have got shocked, since there is no due for payment and I explained him which offer i have opt, and i have escalated other represenative, then i received a call apoloby call from same person.

            and again today I have reiceved the call stating the Iam the Manager of Artha, i have already debited 4993/ amount your card, you are entitled for Gold membership!?

            Again I have got surprised and explained the same, but he is not in postion to listen, simplay he is explaining about the offer, you paid earlier part payment, now we debiting you card full payment.

            This is an embarsing situation iam facing from ARTHA, I have already spoke to my legal Advisor regarding the issue and if anything debit my card, i will file complaint nearest Police station.

            They had taken Rs.40, 000/- without my authorisation from my credit card.

            When banks are giving so much care for online transactions buy introducing 3D Secured passwords and all, i dont understand how can they allow these kind of telephonic transactions so carelessly.
            Banks shud help their card holders from these kind of fraud companies by bringing some restrictions in telephone based credit card transactions.

            My story goes like this.One rahul called for a basic plan for 2400/-. As I was a member I agreed. After some days One pooja called up and said I need to pay 5000/- more and after lot of argument she told she is giving me discount and and pls pay 3900/- and she will delete all the Credit Card entries and send an executive to get the application form signed. I fell into the trap there. Be careful now on wards. One fellow Sameer called me up after 15 days and informed as per your signature we have deducted 24000/- for your gold member ship. After almost one hour fight, he said he can help to close the gold plan but cant roll back the transaction. I got a written confirmatio. AGain after 15 days one more raj agarwal told Im going to deduct 56000/- as per your signature. Im trying to safe guard my self with various means.

            But gentlemen this is a nexus with no humanity and ethics. We must unearth them. Sandeep I will send separate mail to you.

            I'm also victim for the same.. They debited 15000 from my account. I feel there are thousand of victims. Dont know why govt is not taking any action on this fraud org.
            I have been a member of Artha since last 5 years. Though i did not use all their features, i still was making sure i used the travel packages and some discount vouchers etc. I was not very happy with them but neither felt cheated or unhappy of their service.
            I had read about some cheating complaints against them and felt it was a rare or one-off issue.

            Recently, a executive named Sangeetha calls me and asks me to get a Master Health Check for just Rs.2993 along with a travel package. I felt this is worth deal and based on prior experience i agreed to this deal over the phone by giving my credit card details ( as i did over last 5 yrs).
            Though i was told that i will get the vouchers by courier, a sales guy ' Sherriff' comes to my office and collects my sign and credit card front xerox (says banks are very strict now, so we need this to complete the transaction). Very friendly guy, he shows me the document which also contains list of other packages which costs more.
            Next day, 'Preethi' - Manager calls me from Artha and says that its her 'duty' to inform me that 40k will be deducted from my account. I didnt understand her long bhashan and when i heard a '40 something' in her speech, i aksed her to confirm how much i will be charged. 42K she says. .
            I was shocked and just blasted her, and asked her to connect to a higher up guy - Some named 'Moses' (Floor manager) comes on the call. As this entire thing is well planned, he has his own dialogues and he starts giving sermons about, how i didnt read the document i signed, as it 'clearly' mentioned that i am buying the package of 40k. I am too shocked by the same nature of 'planned' responses they were giving. By now i was breathing fire and said i wanted to talk to somebody higher.
            So finally i am said that i am connected to 'Chennai', (i wont be surprised if that connection is not from Chennai but Chorbazaar in Chickpet Bangalore) a Sr. Manager named Raj Aggarwal (biggest h**e) comes on line. By now its 1.5 hrs of talk on the phone and i am getting frustrated. What he says just shocks me again.
            He said 42k is minimum, but they have authorization and actually the package is 1.5 L and that is the amount that will be charged. And if i dont pay I will be blacklisted in all Banks. He goes on to threaten me that infact there will be 3 times the cost of 1.5 L that can be charged by Artha. He asks me to talk to my company HR and get some friends, so somebody from Artha can come and settle the issue and see what can be done. (basically cheat everybody)
            He says i cant take time to think about this and have to give him a confirmation as to what package i should take, because the 'Medical council of India' have deducted the amount.
            When i started getting heated up with him, he just said that Artha is a big company, has other groups like Artha developers, Artha money, etc. So they can go in the legal path if they want.
            I quickly thought fast, disconnected the call. Immediately i called up my bank and asked them about any transaction on my credit card. Yes they said, Artha has tried to do a transaction of 40k & 30k thrice.
            I immeditely asked them to block my card. Luckily, I was saved by these transactions as i had nearly maxed out the limit of my card by some household items .

            I have learnt a lesson and now believe 'Artha' is a worst company/group who cheats people by breaking the faith and charging huge amounts (hard earned money) illegally. I am not going to do any business going on with 'Artha' and will break the bones of any body from that company if they come to me.
            Thanks to Artha, I am 'never ever' going to do a credit card transaction on telephone and am going to read 'Terms & Conditions' and complete documents with anybody before signing any document.

            Yes, I also have experienced & have realized that Artha Health Options is a biggest fraud company in Bangalore. They have tried to cheat me big way. Same stuff happened with me ... I paid initial amount or around 5k for 1 year subscription (with a couple of master health checkups, unlimited consultations etc) and then they contact me to pay over 1lac for the life time membership charges (which I haven't asked for/signed up with them). Later they give options to you saying that if you don't want life time membership, go for gold card by paying around 39k after a heavy discount given by them (bull s**t).

            However, I haven't agreed for any of their options/offers and have taken advise from a few lawyers, who have told me to take it up with consumer's forum.

            This is the great fraud company that needs to be black listed and should eventually be closed through a court order. Beware of such frauds.
            Please call the customer care of your credit care and do the following
            1. Block the card and
            2. Mark the transaction as a dispute.

            This is a day light robbery by Artha Health Options.

            Thanks a lot guys. Just today only I had meeting with his sales executive. Even though I am almost convinced to buy the product, I asked for time to check out if any reviews available. If I did not go throuh these, tomorrow I would have been screwed by them. I will also try to spread the word of this .

            Artha is a big fraud company i have never seen in Bangalore.I also got duped for Rs.5000 for Artha Helath card and Artha welness package.

            From last 5 months they are not answering the calls also.If they are still operating there business, its high time to give complaint to police or Bangalore mirror about there fraud and let public aware of such frauds.

            My sincere request to public is not to get deceived by such incidents and if any one gets call from Artha make a note of the number and complaint to the police.

              I am another victim of Artha, they have sent me leisure coupon saying that they offer deluxe room in sterling resorts and it has private swimming pool. Even if the room is in 5th floor you will have the swimming pool. What a claim, and this was made by one Mr. Riyaz and he had sent executive to my home to collect the cheque. I called up travel desk only to confirm that the claim is false. Now I am filing 420 case and will move to the court. They don't know me, they have messed up with a wrong person.

                Hi all,

                I believe no company can give 100% Customer satisfaction, but as I know, Artha is not a cheater.Please read rules and regulations to use all the coupons including Holiday pack, everything will be mentioned in the back of coupons.And still if you believe that Artha has cheated you please file a complaint in Consumer court rather than wasting your valuable time for commenting, that to which is not true.

                As everybody know every problem has its readymade solutions only the thing is before asking to solve or getting solve people are hurry to write the things and after problem got solved no one has the courtesy to thank them.

                  My name is Sreenivasulu and my Artha number is : 27898.

                  Here I am specifying that Artha services is the one of the biggest frauder, because of:

                  1). There is no such a facility / service called ”LEISURE” in the package based on which they (artha) committed to the customer.
                  2). I have called-up several times to fix the travel trip, but 99% of the times I get the response is “NO VACANCIES”.
                  3). Finally when I got the vacancy confirmation for the trip and done for the travel bookings, Artha has not fulfilled the commitment and artha has not intimated the same to the customer.
                  4). Provided services like health checkups are very third class checkups and very nasty treat by the clinics specified by the Artha.

                  So, as a customer I would like inform the same to the lot of persons like me who is cheating by these kind of companies.

                  I have all proofs with me to prove that Artha health options is a one of the cheating company in India.

                    This is Sasikiran here. I have been contacted by the Artha health options marketing executive some time in the last week of February and has explained about the product - preventive health care. After a few minutes of discussion, I have opted for the product. The executive has indicated, he will be delivering me 2 accomodation coupons in liue of many other doctor consultant coupons. He has informed it be delivered. in 2-3 days. The amount was taken from my credit card immediately, the starter kit was not delivered to me even after a week. I have sent a note to the helpdesk and they called me the next day indicating they will sending the next day. However, it has not been delivered even after another week. Only after I left the note to the helpdesk again, they called me again indicating it will delivered the same day evening. And the reason they sited for non- delivery was that they could not find the address, which was available in the heart of the city. I have asked for the cancellation of the policy, but I was told it can be cancelled within 5 days of booking. If the kit itself has not been given to me in 12 days, how can cancel it? I told I will not take the kit, however the courier person has delievered it to my office boy. I thought anyways, it has been taken, so i will keep it. When I opened the kit, it does not have the coupons which they have promised to me. When I call them they say, we need to call them and book and they will take care of the dicsount. When I asked them for the accomodation details, they say the concerened person is on leave and they will provide info only after 3 -4 days. When I said, I want to book some accomodation for this weekend, they have no response. They have no clue about where accomodation is available as such and no clue how to respond to customers and help them get the service they need. But they know how to take money from people.
                    Consequences : I have paid Rs 2000/- not just that they give me a master health check which normally also costs Rs 1200/- in outside market, but for the 2 accomodation coupons they said, they are going to arrange for me. Now that I have a planned program for this weekend and I cannot use the coupon which I am entitled to use, even after paying the money. Also it is me who is following up wasting my time and energy and also telephone calls (again loosing money) to know the updates. They never care to do the service. Only When I leave they get back to me. Until then they are not cared whether the serivice promised is doen or not. I want the policy to be cancelled and my money to be returned back asap.

                    Hey there beware of Artha, these guys are fraudsters man. they never keep to to their words, they start lying starting from the point of sale. They can make real fools out o[censored]... holiday package?????? what the [censored] man, u shell out your hard earned money and these guys make good bucks out of it. They barely have 2-3 rooms in each destination and hav 20, 000 customers. So where do they accomodate every one ????????????????????? I have been following up with them for an accomodation to Munnar since Dec 2007 almost every month i call them till today ( Aprl 2009... On my renewal package) they still give me the same reason, rooms not available, rooms not available. I happened to find out from a friend that they say the same crap to every one who calls in... what more ???? Coming to their service of Health.. God save the customers of Artha... I had been to a dentist, one Mr Channakeshava in Malleshwaram cooly got the checkup done, also got my cleaning done and when I proudly remove the crap voucher for consultation with Dentist and cleaning and polishing, to my dismay, the doctor refuses to accept the voucher. After a long fight with the doctor he tells me that I need not hav to pay any money to him... but he wud at any cost not accept the voucher coz these guys (Artha) have not paid him for the vouchers for about an year now and even if he takes the voucher it wud go directly to the dustbin... feeling pitty forr the Dentist who is also been cheated like all o[censored]s, I just handed over 400 Rs and walked out of the clinic cursing these FRAUDSTERS... Artha... Oh wat cheaters man, it is the biggest disaster of my life that i'v had after making the policy with these guys... NEVER EVER LET THESE FRAUDSTERS FOOL U guys... just beware of them...
                    It has been the worst experience for me too. I took this product in July 2008 but till now I have not been able to avail any service till now. I somehow tried and booked the accomodation in Ooty for 3 days and 2 nights. I was told that the booking has been done. When I asked for the details they said they would let me know one day prior to departure. I waited till that time. One day prior to departure no communication from them. I was all set to go to Ooty but there were no accomodation details. I tried calling up the customer care but in vain. Then after two days I again called up the customer care and was told that they had already sent me an email with the accomodation details. How could this be that they have sent the email but I had not received it. I had been receiving emails from other senders but it the email sent by artha was not received. When I spoke to the customer care executive I found out that he was simply bluffing. To make the matter worse, now when I ask for a refund they say there is no such policy where as at time of giving this card they said that it can be cancelled if all the vouchers are intact.

                    Sorry to post a negative opinion .but an answer to your question i have been associated with artha as a customer also . However please note the minimal time for the kit to be delivered is 8-10 days. Secondly a MHC will cost[protected] rupess in the market .and also during the welcome call they clearly mention that the time frame as well .Lastly a Travel booking should be done before 60 days if you look at the coupon . I know artha since 5 Years of its existence and they never cheat the customer .Lastly if the service is bad please mail to [protected]@arthaoptions.com .to the fact the director will correct it if at all the service is pathetic .Never blame a company without you knowing true facts of it

                    I support all above who say that Artha health options people are frauds actually big time frauds. Malleshwaram office people contacted me and pitched for Master Health Check up plan. I gave them a Post dated cheque but after the cheque got cleared its been 10 days and i haven't received any vouchers and all those sales folks from Artha who use to call me 10 times a day to convince for the plan are now not picking my call. Really please do not believe artha health options they just want to fulfill their targets but they are least bothered about the health of the customers so please change ur company name from artha health options to artha cheating options.

                      Membership id: 06 39277 valid till 02-aug-2009

                      I 've became member in Artha Health options last year. I have never used any of their facilities (2007). Last year also (2008, they called me and pressurised me to renew their health options and paid nearly Rs.2000/ for availing medical facilities for 1 year and after some time a person called Naushad, (Asst Manager at Artha health options) and forced me to go for complete master health check up for just Rs.300/- from the best hospitals in Bangalore ( He gave me a list of hospitals, including Wockart). Now, I tried to call their numbers for availing some medical facilities, none of the numbers are working.[protected], [protected] ). I am not sure how I can get my money back.

                      The website mentions the telephone number[protected], but nobody picks up.

                      Can you please help me to recover my money from them?

                      Hi,

                      Please see above my postings, dated yesterday. I posted my comments yesterday with the wrong conclusions, as the phone numbers given in the membership card and other leaflets were not working. However, I went to the Artha Health Options website and the number mentioned in the website seems to be working. They mentioned that the new phone numbers were communicated to all the members, but I never received it. Today I could call them and arranged for medical appointments. (Although no hospitals are near in my area, where I live.)

                      Now I believe I can get some benefits from the company, as somebody has responded to my call today.

                      Will keep posting here, if the response is bad from them.

                      I spend Rs 2000 to buy coupons of Artha and when I want to use the coupan, all the number they gave looks wrong. I see a preior complain also against same company, so want to find if any action was taken against the company ?

                      ARTHA HEALTH OPTIONS: A FRAUD COMPANY

                      I am an Artha card holder since last 3 years. As of now, I am not utilised single voucher beacuse i am healthy.
                      My card has expired and on 23th June, 2010, I received a phone call from one of their executives.
                      He told me that because I am a card holder since last 3 years, they have a gold membership which costs Rs 2993 that covers 2 master health check ups and unlimited number of visits for one year.
                      I agreed to go for it and paid Rs 2993.

                      On 14th Sept, 2010, again I received a call from their office telling me that the remaining payment needs to be made. What remaining payment ???

                      Then they told me that the gold card costs Rs 12993 with a validity of 2 years.
                      But the salesman has not informed me about it.
                      This is totally wrong.

                      Anyway, after heated discussions, they extended the validity to 2 years and offered me to give a yearly vacation.
                      I agreed to it.and I paid money through my credit card Rs. 10000. Some one sales manager Name Satish he spoken with me his contact no. [protected]

                      On 17 th Sept, 2010, they again called me one of Sales manager her name Roopa and she given a personal contact no. [protected] and told that I need to pay Rs 30000 /- more for the gold membership. She said total gold member ship card value is 42293. She promised for mis handling of our money she will share 50% of money (Rs. 15000) form her pocket for my policy.
                      Earlier whatever I paid (i.e. Rs 12293 /-) was for just the processing fee.


                      What is this ??
                      This is just non sense.
                      I immediately blocked my card so that they can not deduct any more money.

                      This message needs to be spread to all people.

                        I'm one of those hundreds of people who have been duped not once but
                        twice ! I had opted for Artha Options card last year and have tried
                        to reach them over a 100 times to avail the facilities that have been boasted while
                        selling the product !

                        One fine day, I suddenly get a call from Mr. Zain in mid Jan 2009
                        claiming to be a floor manager there trying to persuade me a renew the
                        product and my only was that I mentioned that I will look into it. The call was then
                        transferred to the quality assurance there who were giving a
                        completely opposite picture about the product that Mr. Zain was talking about. Never did I during
                        that call authorise them to debit the subscription amount from my
                        credit card and to my surprise, an amount of Rs. 1994 has been debited from credit card
                        without my knowledge.

                        When I contact Mr. Zain on the same phone number, he's mentioning that
                        I had authorised Artha to debit the amount, which is completely false
                        !

                        Just a while ago when I called him on Mobile no. [protected] asking him
                        to cancel my subscription, which according to him was possible if I
                        was not happy with the product, now claims that there is no such possibility.

                        Most of all, its been over a week since the money was deducted from my
                        account and I have not received the product yet !

                        Now, Mr. Zain threatens me that they have a clientele of over 7 lakh individuals and things like these happen every day and I will be in trouble if I take a legal action against Artha.

                        Can someone advise me on how to get back my hard earned money?

                        Yet another example of having the right people at the right place...frustrated I have sent the above email to the customer care at artha and within 24 hours of my distressed e-mail, a member of the senior management called me up asking what has gone wrong?

                        It is because of his timely intervention did I get my money back. Thanks to him.

                        The difference between the dream of senior management of this organisation and the customer care executive who sold me the product are varied in that the member of the senior management aimed at public service and customer care executive his incentive !

                        I'm going back with mixed feelings...but good luck to Artha, hope they achieve what they want to...public service !!
                        I am another victim. These people call and within 5 minutes they will engage you in tele-marketing loop.
                        Artha healthcare has debited Rs. 2000.00 against a healthcare policy which I was made to subscribe
                        against promised Rs 999.00, But after 2 minute the when asking for creditcard details, tele-executive from Artha said, I must have got it wrong it is Rs.1999.00.
                        Even though after paying 1999.00, in first week of August 2008, and I still awaiting for the health card and coupon to reach me. These people are not etertaining any calls. They are cheaters.

                        I have given calls too, but thet say there is no policy of cancelling. I don't understand why they can''t if they can't serve for what they are paid.

                        I adovate, let's take this matter to comsumer court. I am with you. You can drop a mail to me.

                        Can we all go to their office and screw them one day? I have found that there are enough number of people who got frustrated about their service. Court and all may not work in India, we need to figure out someway out to teach them a lesson and also to get our money back.

                        The Consumer Court is an easy forum. In addition, the Quality people should be recording the conversation and that can be pulled when you go the legal way. Go to the Consumer Court.
                        I am also one of the Suscriber of Arha, I enjoyed a holiday package at Kodaikanal which is absolutely fee. Regarding the services the changed phone nos has not communicated to the members. This is totally unconstitutional.

                        Artha Health Options — not received any pacakge from Artha Health Options after paying 2000/-

                        I am the member of Artha last year, but havent used any of their options and my membership got expired, this year in April first week, Salim from Artha called me for renewal of my membership and he pestered me for 10days to renew it over the phone, i have renewed and payed them 2000/- . he promised that i will get the Kit in a weeks time, this is on April 14th,
                        Till now i havent received the Kit, i have called them 10 times and none of the Artha guys are interested to trace out why i havent received, they simply ask me to call a courier company, i called courier company, they asked me to find out from my company security(where they claimed that they delivered ) .

                        My company security dont have any clue that some thing from Artha got delivered, where as courier company's delivery slip doesnt have any signature of the person received other than the company name.

                        Arhta team is not bothered to get this resolved.
                        My advice to all, if any one calls from Artha for membership, done believe and pay the money, they done have basic customer service competencies, I am not sure how they can deliver Health care services.
                        I will post further transactions with Artha in this same place

                        I am not happy with Aratha service, you take the aratha voucher to any of the hospitals they treat us totaly different which is like as though you had come for some free service, i have been a memeber from last one year & faced lots of problems, also this time they have taken Rs. 2000 from my credit card without my knowledge, its been a month now & i am calling daily one Mr. Yash & Mr. Dev supposed to call me to short out the issuse & i am still waiting for the call, when ever i call the customer care says that the lines are busy & they will call u back...

                        Please advise wat action can be taken, they can't missuse our credit cards without our knowledge...

                        Artha Health Options — False promises and worst services

                        I was member of artha health options for last 2 years, During 2nd year renewal of my membership fees i requested discount and artha executives promised to give 3rd years membership free of charge instead of discount and i agreed for that and requested written document for that and approved my bank to release cheque.Artha promised to send the letter after my payments but whole year i struggled to get the letter and my 3nd year started with artha ,now they dont agree to facts they had promised. And all the coupons of health wasted since doctors dont care for artha patients or you wont get appointments properly, artha patients will be degraded in the hospitals,these facts i have called and informed artha so many times.

                        I belive it is waste of money ,you pay as prepaid and wont get service when you require it.

We have been addressing issues or concerns with great delight ..please call [protected] or [protected] and i will resolve the issue.and i would state that we are servicing people with great delight .
                        They have used my credit card illegally, im talking to them from past 3 days, I talked withthere Manager Mr. Aggrawal. I thretened them with consequences if they wont refund my amount. I told them that i will go to Consumer court and also going to file a criminal complaint for using my card illegally. so they told they will refund my amount. But i dont know. I will come to know about it by tomorrow.

                        One more suggestion, you can callup ur bank and make the transaction as disputed, the bank will take further action on them.
                        Artha, its a big fraud company. Already the earlier CEO left the company and his partner is heading it now. They have used my credit card illegally for 3 times, i'm talking to them from past 20 days. Till now my complaint have changed 3 hands. First i talked Yash, next Saleem and now its with Sridhar. Just playing games. My problem not yet solved. What to do? if i go for consumer court, how much time it will take?
                        I got cheated not once but twice. And compared to the amounts other people mention - I am the biggest loser.

                        Their modus operandi is:

                        1) Call up the customer and tell that "Sir, you have already paid for so-and-so product and we are now sending the coupons/charge-slip".
                        2) You' think - oh it is something I have already paid - so you say OK.
                        3) Next thing you know - you get SMS from your bank saying so-and-so amount has been charged to your card
                        4) If you confront them they say "Sir, we already confirmed with you on phone".

                        I have asked my bank to block this card; but I will also make this transaction as disputed.
                        Dear Artha Card Holders,

                        I have been one of the thousands of people who had severe problems with Artha Health Options of Bangalore. Like you all, I too made a big hue and cry about the entire organisation till I met the Manager, Finance and Customer Care of Artha. I must also pen down that I did not go on my own but was invited by the gentleman.

                        I must admit that it took just one meeting to change my entire perception of what Artha Health is all about. The Manager not only sorted out my issue but also gave a very detailed briefing about why preventive health care is important. He by no means was trying to cajole me into giving up my fight against them.

                        I personally feel that there is no harm in trying out this product. Issues will be there in any organisation. They are trying to help you out with your health and hence you need to give them a chance too.

                        In case anyone has some serious issues with Artha, please be free to write to me on my email and I will show you how to get your dues. A little bit of your money can make a difference to your health. I am not promoting Artha but trying to impart on how important it is to go in for preventive health care.

                        If you analyse the other products available in the market, it is mostly Insurance Related and one can claim only if one is admitted in Hospitals. Why get admitted and go through the pain when you have an option to check up at some of the best Hospitals? Maybe we all have to understand the concept and importance of this arrangement.

                        I am not in any way trying to sell the product. I am neither an employee or in any way related to the organisation. I am just trying to reason out logic and try to clear certain misnomers that we all carry.

                        Artha Health Options — Swipe My Credit Card without my Permission

                        Artha Health Options has charged my credit card 4 times (3000, 3000, 4000 and 10000) Illegally without my permission. And every time after charging my card they used to just inform me that the card is already charged. After asking for refund they just say it is already charged and can not be refunded. These guys are fraud and Cheat.I saw sever similar complains here against them. I have already blocked my card and I am planning to go to Police and log FIR against Artha Health options today.

                        Yes, Artha Health options scheme is good, i tried through Astreix Leisure, a leisure concept company. I purchased Artha's coupons, 50+ clubs memberships across India and free 3 days and 2 nights stay at Chickmangular for Just Rs. 3500/- (very good deal), one sales guy named Ravi approached me and intially i hesistated, but today it is worth i feel, any one want to be benefited like me try it out [protected]
                        Artha Health Options has charged my credit card 4 times (1994, 1994 3998, 3998, & 29, 999/- and ) Illegally without my permission. And every time after charging my card they used to just inform me that the card is already charged. After asking for refund they just say it is already charged and can not be refunded. When i check with CITI BANK they said using Internet theay have swipe the Money.. These guys are fraud and Cheat. We must go for Consumer court to take action against ARTHA.                         You got a new member to this club and its me, Leo. I have taken Artha Health Options membership in 2008. I did not find it helpful and I faced many difficulties from the hospitals to which they send me. I desided not to take it again. This year they presented about this plan to me with invalid offers. My bad luck! I shared my credit card information with them. They made a transaction of Rs. 15, 000 and offered me a travel package without my permission. I denied this. Now I am fighting to get my money back. Dear friends, pleaes do not share your credit card information with such frauds.

                        Artha Health Care Option — False information

                        My name is Manjunath, taken Artha health option, before saling the product to me they promised me that I was given an option of taking the free travel to the selected places. I called Artha to use that facility. I got a reply stating that Artha have stopped giving the transportation facility.

                        While registering with Artha, sharif was the manager who spoke to me on this

                        When i contacted back they are saying travel vocher in not included this they are saying after they took my money. and now they are even refunding the my money. what i need to do

                        I don't get surprised when I see a positive comment coz I used to think same way till yesterday. As ppl say, you cannot uderstand the issue unless you face it.

                        Today is my turn and tomorrow it may be yours !!

                        I'm a basic member with Artha Health Options since 2006. I never had a financial problem till yesterday. Every year, they used to call me and persuade me for gold membership. Since I seldom use the vouchers they offered but to be on a safer side, I used to enroll for basic membership.

                        This year also, I've renewed it for basic membership. They said that, since I've not used the vouchers for last 2 years, I will be given green membership which means basic membership with unlimited consultations.

                        Today, I got a call from Artha executive by name Sruthi (Land line #[protected], Mobile # [protected]) who said that I've enrolled for Gold membership and Rs. 75, 000/- will be deducted from my credit card.

                        I was shell shocked. I've tried saying that I've enrolled into BASIC membership ONLY, which she denied. She say's that their office has a application from me (with MY OWN SINGNATURE !!) to be enrolled into Gold membership. I've clarified that, I had never signed for a Gold membership and requested to cancel the application if it was enrolled mistakenly by any of your executive (exploiting application for basic membership for gold membership).

                        She refused to do so and moreover tried threatening me saying so-called ARTHA HEALTH OPTIONS have tie-up with RBI & Indian Medical Association (IMA) through which they can deduct money from my credit card, since I've signed in their application. If i refuse to accept their request, then IMA will proceed legally against me for the money. After some time of heated discussion, she gave a option saying "I can cancel the gold membership (which i never had and never applied for) provided you send a mail for cancellation to my personal mail id and pay processing fees of 5% of the amount i.e., Rs 3750/-. You have to decide it quickly i.e., now itself, as I don't have time and this is your last chance. If you fail to do so, you will be facing the consequences from IMA".

                        After seeing this forum, I found out that I was not the only one who is being traumatized by ARTHA people.

                        I wonder, is there any way to teach a lesson to these fraudsters.

                        Note: Positive comments can be from one of the artha employee's themselves like we do see in review sites, so as to boost positive feeling whenever some negative feedback turns up.
                        I got a first call from Mr Vinay Kumar, Artha employee([protected]) on
                        18/7/2011 for Artha Health Card for next one year because my existing
                        card is going to expire.This was for Rs 2993/- and I have given
                        permission for that.I received the Artha card
                        also for that expiring July 2012.
                        Exactly after a month on 20/8/2011, I got a call from Lina and
                        Ashok(both Artha employee) saying me that I have taken a Artha Gold
                        membership life time card and for this I need to pay Rs 120000/- per
                        year because I have given permission to Vinay. I
                        was fully shocked to hear that.I told them that I have not given any
                        permission to Vinay for Artha Gold Life time membership card and
                        argued with Mr Ashok for long time.At last Mr
                        Ashok agreed that I need to pay Rs29999/- and it will valid for next 3
                        years.But I still did not agreed.Then he told me to pay Rs 19999/- and
                        rest of the amount he will take from Vinay becasue he had provided me
                        the wrong information.When I asked him for Vinay, he told me that Artha
                        has sacked Vinay.
                        For wrong doing of Vinay, I had to pay Rs 19999/-.I agreed to pay
                        anyhow but with some promise made to me as stated below-

                        1.Unlimited Artha Consultations in the disciplines of (General
                        Physician, Cardiology, Dermatology, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT,
                        Paediatrics & Gynaecology)
                        2.Unlimited Artha Dental Consultation, Dental Cleaning and Polishing,
                        Dental Filling & Dental X-Ray
                        3.Three Years validity till 31st Dec Aug 2014.
                        4.Two Master Health Checks
                        5.Two Total Wellness Checks
                        6.Two Leisure P12 package for 7 days & 6 nights (any one destination
                        out of Ooty / Kodai / Kadaltheeram / Munnar / Mussorire / Manali /
                        Mysore / Yercaud / Yeligiri / Darjeeling /
                        Lonavala / Puri, with breakfast, lunch, dinner)
                        7.EMI of Rs 555.52/- for next 36 month to be started for the amount 19999/-.
                        8.Decleration letter that there will not be any transaction in future
                        after this.

                        And they have deducted amount of Rs 19999/- on 20/8/2011.


                        After that episode, I was relaxed that I will not get any call from
                        Artha Sales.But they have decided to harass me.They(Sachin and Samuel)
                        again called me and this time the problem is much beigger.They called
                        me and told me that that they will cancel the
                        Artha Gold Life time card and will give the benefit for 5 years only
                        and for that complete settlement and cancellation of life time card I
                        need to pay Rs 39999/-.I told them that I can't pay but they are
                        saying that they have all my credit card details with them so they
                        will deduct from that.

                        This time I really got frustrated and decided to file an FIR .

                        Now I have decide that I will not take any of their service and I want
                        all my money return.
                        I request Raaj0602(Artha) to please stop to harass me and resolve my issue ASAP.

                        Hi Ashish, I can understand how frustating it will be to tackle such crooks coz I've been through this already. My first action was to call my credit card bank and alarmed them and on their suggestion filed a lost card complaint and my card was blocked within minutes. And then, they issues new card with new number & new credentials. That way, no one would be able to deduct anything from you. Also, as they claim, IMA & RBI donot encourage such practices. So if they threaten that IMA will sue you, ask them to hang themselves and they are welcome to do so.

                        Also please call Artha helpdesk and bring this to their notice and tell them strongly that you are not going to tolerate this harassment and if they call you again you are going to take this very seriously. And ask them to block your details for marketing folks. They will do it. It worked for me. So it should work for you too.

                        At first instance itself, when they ask you to send mail for cancellation of Gold membership which you never had, you should have denied it.

                        My name is Ashish and I was also a victim like you guys.After got cheated, I was also thinking for taking strict action against Artha like you.But like 2 sides of coin, there are some good person working in Artha.After lot of discussion and search I got Mr Sridhar's mail id [protected]@arthahealth.com(Artha Director).He is such a gentleman that you will feel relaxed and can talk to him freely.

                        After discussing with him, I realized that my issue will get resolved.Though I have not received my money yet, but got confirmation from Artha and HDFC bank that I will get the refund within few days.

                        I would like to thank Mr Sridhar(director) and Abhishek(team lead) from bottom of my heart to resolve my issues.

                        Travel department of Artha Health Options is waste of time and people like Divya and Abhishek are irresponsible and have no courtesy to respond to customers mails. They don't have any coordination between Sales and Travel. Sales people will sell the product by showing and committing you great Travel offer but when you want to avail them you will be surprised with all sorts of excuses given by Travel Department. Total mess.
