There are many construction going on Agricultural Land in ooty. Before a year it was agricultural land now all construction has been completed and ready for sale. How can construction can been done on agricultural land within a year. We need this to be stopped across ooty.

Artha realtors an extended arm of Times group is dubious when it comes to handover of property and transfer of maintenance funds. I own a villa in their project Artha Citrine off Anekal, Bangalore. They collected 2 years maintenance fees and for the past 3 years have not handed over the maintenance to the society, are delaying unnecessarily to fix snag list including club house, road repairs, STP etc.The maintenance funds collected from the owners has disappeared and Artha are not even answering phone calls / emails. Strongly advice property buyers not to invest with Artha and would request the forum to step in and resolve the matters related to Artha Citrine

We deeply regret to inform owning the Citrine property and we will completing a decade. We have not got the handover and pending snag list..
The following are the defects.
1. Extremly poor quality construction.
2. Club house in incomplete state.
3. Roads are damaged
4. Maintenance and handover not yet done
5. Layout not in livable state.

People buying any of Artha propert pls be careful in your investment as their moral ethics is zero.

As per Artha agreement they promised to complete the development along with the park and clubhouse within three years that is by 2016 I waited till 2020 but no progress has taken place at now when you contact Artha about new project there is no response at all I just paid almost 30 + lac for a 2800 ft.² plot now there is no point because there is no development happening I need urgent support as this money is completely lost please help me these builders there is no way are going to respond.

Please update on Artha Serene Hoskote, i bought in 2015 and it should be ready till[protected]. Now 2020 is going on and still i did not received any mail or call regarding plot.

Booked two plots (19 and 20) in artha sharanam project in 2013. We also paid 80% of the total plot cost.
From last 6 years we are just waiting for the plots to get registered.
Finally 1 year back we were asked by artha to cancel the plots and get the refund with 10% interest. We agreed and submitted all the required documents.

It has been a year now but we haven't got a single penny back from artha.

We are not getting any response also from them.

As per the emprassa smart neo city project, till the possession, the pre emi to be paid by builder to bank. There is no info from artha on this and we are under constant pressure from bank to make the pre emi to bank.

With this delay in payment to bank, we are termed as defaulter and our cibil score is at risk. Since there are other bank loans are running, it is very essential to clear the air with customers.

I have registered the site in my wife name surekha. S during 2014. While booking the site sales department told me they will hand over the site within one year. Still today i didn't heard anything about handing over. I have visited the site area on 7/9/2019 around 2.30pm and there is no development (No roads, elelctricity, clubhouse).

When i contacted customer care number person replied saying concerned person is not arrived to office (Around 10.30am) and suggested to contact after 1 hour. Again when i contacted after 2 hours i got reply saying concern person is not in seat write a mail.

I writing a mail to customer care but i am not getting the reply from them.

I had a very bad experience dealing with artha soverign and neo project.
After waiting for 2 years still struggling to get the money after cancellation

I have sent lot of emails and called n no. Of times to all the concern team but no reply.
They reply saying in progress. Very irresponsible and same feedback from lot of people.

Now they are saying they dont have document that i have paid the amount.

My suggestion never ever go for artha project at all.

I booked Artha Sovereign in Hoskote 5 years back. For 3 years they kept saying they will register the land. Finally they did not. Now they are not refunding my money. Since 6 months I am following up very robustly by calling them up which apparently is troubling them. They do not communicate clearly or false promises.

I am truly disappointed in them.

Iam kavitha balakrishna... We had booked a plot in artha midas in may 2013... Plot no.46, 1200sq ft, in hoskote artha midas... We had paid approx. 4 lakh's till now from 2013 in 3 installments but no proper information of when the site registration will happen???

There is no proper information provided to us in terms of registration, we had approached marathalli artha office many times... Nil response n they are sending people away without proper clarification..

We want the registration to happen immediately or provide us the details of another property where immediate registrations are happening or settle the amount along with interest to us immediately...
Now all our patience as faded away... Waiting for ur response...

Nil response from the staff in marathalli...
The manager responsible for such irresponsible work should be punished...
We had spoken to many people every 3 months staff are being changing i don't understand wat is happening to our money which we paid??? Nil response even after complaining then we have to go to the final stage police station...

I had booked a plot of 30*40 dimensions in neo serene project by artha in april 2016. Due to sudden demise of my father in law i need to cancel the booking and get the refund amount of rs 25000. I emailed and sent reminders to artha property representative and also proptiger reps who had facilitated the booking and had assured the booking amount to be refunded in case the decision is cancelled. But now when i am calling or emailing i am not getting any response. Pls help me in getting the amount refunded. I have the booking reciepts and relevant papers for the same

I have issued a cheque for Rs.4, 00, 000/- on[protected] being the booking advance for Villa No.88 at One World near Pudupakkam Village canvassed by Mr.Jayapraksh the Regional Head of your organisation. It was promised at the time of booking that this advance will be returned in case of cancellation. I have informed to your office through my mail in July 2015 to cancel my booking towards Villa -A 88 and requested for refund of my booking advance. I have requested Mr.Jayaprakash the Regional Head who canvassed me for purchasing the Villa and Mr.Vijayakumar the Senior Regional Head for Artha Builders several times over phone, in person and also through mail also. Even after the lapse of nearly 10 months there is no reply or intimation regarding the refund from your esteemed organisation. Mr JayaPrakash who canvassed me into paying advance has now resigned and we are still struggling to get our refund of 4 Lakhs.

Booked a villa plot and made a significant advance payment in December 2014. Builder (Artha properties and Bennett property holding company ltd) and the land owner are not co operating to get the property registered. Struggling to get back the hard earned money.

Hi Team, Booked Villa in Artha Riviera project on 7th June 2012.After paying all committed amount, Builder come up with weird Service tax and VAT calculation. While I have asked them to explain the calculation they never come up with any satisfactory reply and finally said, If you want to take handover of villa, Pay as calculated. For the same type of villa they had different calculations and asking money as per their wish. I have attached Tax Calculation sheet. There are 4 columns, Service Tax shared initially, VAT shared initially, Actual Service Tax and Actual VAT. While there were no where mentioned in agreement that they will charge for increased Service Tax. Now They are asking for ST and VAT on Development Agreement also, Initially they never asked for any ST or VAT for that. Service Tax percentage also is not mentioned only amount is mentioned. Please help me on this as soon as possible.

Artha Property is misleading people with its one page ad in Times of India dated 9th Feb 2013 offering 16 lac property near Electronic City, the property close to electronic city is called as Artha Reviera and on visiting the site there were no 16 lac property, the representatives at the site guided us to a property called CITRINE which is near TVS R&D near Anekal and is no where close to Electronic City

Artha is using a much trusted Benett & Coleman's name and cheating people there by denting TOI's image

I had booked a Villa by Artha Property [ Reviera], Bangalore in the month of August 2012. I got the land documents verified by an Advocate of a nationalized bank and was told by my bank Advocate, that it did not meet the legal parameters and also about the likelihood of litigation regarding the land in future. . I had asked Artha property to obtain the missing documents which they failed to do. Hence I had informed them that I would not be going ahead with the purchase of the villa and asked to refund my booking amount (Rs 1 lakh) for which I was directed to send an email to the concerned official, which I sent but not yet got a positive response. Their tone has changed to not giving me the refund inspite of my valid concerns.

Can someone guide me regarding the legal steps which I can take in getting my booking amount through consumer court?
