You have promised the give physical handover / possession of the plot to us with in one year from the deposit of initial amount, but now its year 2016 still you have not given us the possession of the same and using our money continuously. Now we wanted to know what is the current status of our plot / property / project, how will you give possession of this plot / property / project, as we want possession of our our plot / property / project with in 15 days from the receipt of this letter otherwise return all our amount with 24% interest from the date of booking of plot in your project.
