Friends, I came to know that Mr Manoj Bharadwaj has been arrested once. Is he out now ? I ad booked 5 plots in one go ( With my relative and Friends) in bhiwadi but there is no work done at all. If somebody related to Arundev Builder is confirming or requesting for some more time, dont beleive him as he is nothing but Bahde ka Tattu. After so many visits, letters, phone calls they are not refunding money. I have sent notices to them and planning to file case now. Anuj Kumar [protected]

Hi Sir, We booked a flat with Arun Dev builders in the year 2008, and were paying installments but then after 3 years did not see any work going on the construction site. We got a notification from the builders that they are not building flats anymore and will be giving plots instead. We refused to that and asked for refund in 2012 ans since then thay have been saying that they will refund after 3 months. We have been contacting them again and again but there is no response from them and we have not got refund till date. Now they are even refusing to refund any amount which we paid and they are saying that we only have the option to take plot or take flat at any other location. We had paid Rs. 74000 as instalments till 2010 and stopped payment after seeing no work going on at the location. Can you please look into this matter as this money has been stuck for more then 5 years and we are not even getting any interest on that.

They assured me that after 03 years, i'll get my flat possession. I have paid rs. 2 lacs till now. After 08 years like me several investors hard earned money has been cheated by Arun Dev Builders. I have applied for a plot in their project situated at Dehradun and paid Rs. 1, 70, 000/- against the booking of the plot. They failed to deliever the project even after passing of more than 4 years. Thereafter, they convince me transfer my investment to one of their project coming at Jasana Village in one of their group Company. I have started paying instalment for the same but after payment of 8 monthly instalments, it appears that they don't have any project and they are showing me wrong picture. Till date I have paid approx. 3.75 lakhs of my hard earned money to them but they are allotting any plot nor refunding my money. At present i am facing financial difficulty and want my money back from them along with interest. Kindly help?

I have booked one flat in bhibari through arun dev builders in 2008. I have already paid more than one lac. in 2012 they told flat is not available, so you change your booking to plot. Arun Dev Builders Limited - No development at Shahpura [New Complaint] There has been no development in your Shahpura project. As it was promised there will be roads drainage electric poles.Here we are loosing our hope that we are not getting any appreciation on our investment. Nor can we see any hope in near future. At the time of booking they promissed me to deliver Plot within 14months but now even after completion of 6 years I didn't get the plot. Hi, I had booked a flat in Bhiwadi on 2008.The Company issued me an acknowledgement receipt for booking with registration number-63092.I paid the due installment and booking amount on time.I paid Rs.1, 26, 000 and in the month of January 2012, I went to the construction site only to see no construction work. Concerned person at the site from the company assured me that work will start... However till now there is no work done by the builder. They are really fake and fraud. I want my money back.

Hi, I had booked a flat in Bhiwadi on 13/03/2008.The Company issued me an acknowledgement receipt for booking with registration number-63175.I paid the due installment and booking amount on time.I paid Rs.78, 000 and in the month of January 2009, I went to the construction site only to see no construction work. Concerned person at the site from the company assured me that work will start from the next month definitely.After few months I again visited the site and after having talks with the local person, I was sure that the company has not even purchased the land as promised for allotment.Then again I had talks with the company officials and they promised me that land deals are on and the work will commence very shortly.Then due to bad financial condition and need of funds, I finally decided to apply for the refund in May 2012.At the time of applying for the refund company promised to refund the money within 3-6 months but unfortunately no refunds has been made till date.And every time I call, false date and false promises for the refund are being made.Please suggest and show me the way for getting my money back.Should I go to court and file a criminal complaint against all the staff and concerned person.ASIM ALI[protected]

Hi, i am Deepak Kumar an advocate practicing Lawyer in Delhi High Court, even i wanna also file an complaint against this particular Builder because of this builder is only person who is had took money and now refusing to pay back and refusing to give Plot/Flat as well. i booked flat with my four friend in December 2007 in Bhiwadi Project they assured us that within 3 years they will give us position of flat but after expiry of 6 year they not started any work there, as payment plan all we paid Rs.3 lac each. Then we apply for refund in Decdember 2011, but not received any refund.

Dear Sir

My name is Kapil Bakshi. I am a resident of Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
In 2008 looking at the easy payment plans 3 members of my family (My father, my married sister & my wife) booked properties on Arun Dev Builders Bhiwadi project. In total 3 plots of 100 square yards each & 2 1 bhk apartments were booked. Over the next 3 yrs we have paid approx 8,00,000/- against registration numbers - 67273, 67272, 65597, 64574 & 64518.

Whenever we checked about the details of the project & went to the site we were informed that it will start in next 6 months. On paper they hve made allotments of plots & flats but there is nothing there on ground. We hve invested our hard earned money for years & now we learn that this project seems to be a fraud. I would like to file a complaint against Arun Dev Builders Ltd of fraud , cheating & mental harassment as we hve been checking with their office & they still keep claiming that they will deliver but it has been 5 years now.
I have all the receipts & proofs for the above registration numbers & seek strongest possible action against Mr Manoj Bhardwaj & Arun Dev Builders Pvt Ltd. to either immediately give physical registry of plots & flats against the abovesaid regn No.'s OR refund our hard earned money along with interest & compensation for mental agony & pain that we have gone through in last 2.5 years running from pillar to post.

I shall also file a case against the builder for above compensation in the court of law. Kindly take necessary action against them to do the needful.
