IN BHIWADI PROJECT(14TH MAY 2008).THEY PROMISED TO GIVE POSSESSION IN 2009 BUT WHEN I VISITED OVER THE SITE, FOUND NO CONSTRUCTION WORK.AND TILL NOW WE HAVE NOT GOT ANY POSSESSION.

MANY COMMITMENTS FOR POSSESSION WERE GIVEN BY ARUN DEV FROM TIME TO TIME.

I WANT REFUND OF MY AMOUNT. I HAD APPLIED FOR REFUND ON 14-5-12 AND GOT THE COMMITMENT THAT THE REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 6 MONTHS. BUT TILL DATE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED AND THEY ARE TRYING TO LINGER ON AND PASS TIME BY PROVIDING FALSE COMMITMENTS. THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

I had booked low budget flat with Arun Dev Builders at Shahpura Weaker section - under Regn. No. 17224 on 18th Feb., 2007 and paid regularly as per the rule Rs.2000/- every month. As per their promise they were suppose to allot plot in three years time - hence I carried on paying till June 2010 and on checking found nothing has been done. when called promised it will start soon but till date nothing has taken place. Now since when I am asking them to return the money their behaviour is totally changed. I couriered my cancellation letter alongwith copies of the receipt (relevant papers) on 24th Aug., 2012 as I was told next cancellation letter will be considered in the month of August,2012. As per courier detail shows that it has been received by them on 25th August at 1305 hrs but when I called Mr.Amit Upadhya concerned person - he refused to accept that he has received the envelope. I would request you to help me out to get my entire amount of Rs.95,000/- which I paid to them.

My experience with ARUNDEV BUILDERS was very bad,
1)They have not given my possetion of flat while i have booked the flat in MANDAWAR City in 2007.
2)Nobody is takking responsibilty for his job even they are misguiding us everytime.
3)Their given phone numbers of responsible person always not picked.
4)In my case after not getting any updates for MANDAWAR project i have decide for cancellation.
5)Their cancellation process also not an easy task after a week i have fullfilled their all cancellation process in 2011.
6)After this they have given me receiving and promise me to revert back my amount.
7)After getting no update i visit again in their office but their is noboby who deal with me fairly.
8)After a week they are again promise me to revert my amount but this time they tell me that i will not get my all payment in one time.
9) Again i am ready with their new conditions and after passing 7 month i write all this because they are not ready to refund the amount.
10)Still i am waiting for their positive response.

I am registrant in Arun Dev enclave project ,Haridwar(registration.no-55001). after 4 years when project did not start ,I cancelled the registration in april 2012 and demanded my registration amount of Rs 2.0 lac back. but even after 4 months I am not able to get my refund.now a days no body from office of ADBL wants to reply. refund incharge mr aman sagar has switched off his mobile phones....

i jasvir singh booked a plot at bhiwadi project of arun dev builders in 2007 . but due to my mother serious heart problem i contact with adbl person they told me ur money will refund with in 6months.but till date 1 years gone i have nothing received , on the other hand my mother is near death because i have no money to treat her . doctors are saying early operation . but what i can do .i am very serious about this. if my mother expire without treatment arun dev builders are fully responsible. sir please urgently do sdomething.

I purchased a plot from Arun Dev Builders in 2008. But Till after 4 year I didn't get plot. Last Year I applied for refund they will said they will refund after 2-3 month becuase there are many other refund application in queue and they had not enough money.
But I not got a single amount till now. Now they said they will refund from next month that also in installment. they will refund by giving 20000 per month. But I am not sure about this. So I decided why we all not unite against Arun dev Builders to get our hard money back.
I also hear that they are also running some other company PBNK Devlopers is one of them. Now they want to fool people with different name.

If any body interested in join hand to take legal action against them please provide your details on following URL. It will better way to unite us.

A representative of Arun Dev Builders from PRADEEP EARHCON named Mr Gautam came to me with one good project of them for investment point of view saying that the money of that land will double till the time of allotment where i can dispose it off & encash my money. He showed me the entire layout of the project.

The first check was taken as an BOOKING AMOUNT OF RS 50,000/- IN FEBRUARY 2007 & CONSECUTIVELY BEFORE BHOMI PUJAN IN MAY 2007 OF RS 60,000/- WAS TAKEN FROM ME PROMISING VERBALLY THAT WITHIN NEXT 2-3 MONTHS ie AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 2007 THEY WILL ALLOT THE LAND & TILL THAT TIME THE COST OF THE LAND WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

HOWEVER TILL THAT THEIR IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM REGARDING THE ALLOTMENT OR REGISTRY OF THAT LAND. ON CONTACTING ON PHONE & IN PERSON, THEY DO NOT RESPOND & GIVE ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER.

I ve invested in 2 flats of Arun dev builders ltd in bhiwadi dev city project...Have paid all the 35*2 installments but constrcution still not started. project was to complete in 18 months...

We have booked a plot in bhiwadi project and at a regular interval by Telecon. company officials told me work will start in next month, still we r waiting for their response. Just shame to company Management....

I have booked plot in "Arun Dev City, Dehradun" project. But even after 3 years of booking, project status is under approval process by the government. Arun Dev Builder should set some time limit for this approval process and need to inform its valuable customers. If builder is not able to start project, by any reasons whatsoever, they should refund the amount paid by the buyers with interest along WITH PENALTY.

The penalty should be imposed due to following reasons:
1. As buyers kept their faith on builder and builder do not even communicate, care and inform properly. The services and responses provided by the builder are awful.
2. The builder have taken money from the buyers and invested that money in other projects and earn huge profits (with peoples money).
3. Money of peoples(or buyers) are blocked for such a long time, buyers could not purchase their dream homes anywhere else from past 3 years. And rates of plot and flats increased to 2 times (doubled) in these 3 years, what Arun Dev Builder have wasted.
and so more other points......

So, money IF REFUNDED, should be ORIGINAL AMOUNT + INTEREST + HUGE PENALTY.
Today peoples are not fool and Arun Dev Builders Ltd. could not do whatever they wanted or could not return any minimun amount of money.
This is right of people not begging....

I booked a flat with Arundev builders as many of my friends also did as the booking amount was only 25000.Even afterpaying second instalment of 24000 they didnt give any allotment or possession which they promised in 3 years.after 3 years they had not even put any stone even.When i enquired i came to know that these people used to have a small land in any area and raised a board in the name of Arundev city and say that the land behind is all mine.They used to sell each bit of somebody elses land to everybody.I demanded my money back.They gave apost dated cheque after much talking and much agony.The cheque bounced on the same day.When i went to their office i saw many people like me who had their vcheque bounced.They gave me two cheques instead that also bounced twice each.I now know that i am fooled but want to make my fellow countrymen alert of this silent scammer.They know that people will fear beaurocracy,Gundaism and fear of being dragged to court.This is some hand work of a CA for sure.Somebody by name Kumar Gaurav is there who is a CA and is the mastermind behind this fraud.Why dont Govt. take back his CA for this kind of fraudulant work as supreme court has asked to look into operations of Arundev builders.BE AWARE OF ARUNDEV BUILDERS A NAME OF CHEAT

Refund not received after 5 moths
Hello,
I have booked 100 Sq Yds.Plot in Arun Dev builders(Bhiwadi Projest) in April 2008. As they promised that they will give possession within 24 months and now two years have already passed.Now we dont want to purchase any flat from ADBL.We applied for the refund in the June2010 and they promised that we will receive refund amount within 3 months that has been already passed. I have my daughter's function due in the month of Dec,2010 and we need money.
Kindly look into this matter as we need your help in this case.
We have visited their Regional Office so many times but every time they are giving us new excuses.

Refund not received after 5 moths

I have booked flat in Arun Dev builders(Yamuna Apartments Sangam Vihar) in April 2008. As they promised that they will give possession within 18 months and in case of fail, money will be refunded with interest and now three years have already passed.Now we dont want to purchase any flat from ADBL.We applied for the refund in the October,2010 and they promised that we will receive refund amount within 3 months that has been already passed. I have been became ill in the m/o August 2010 and presently sufferring with paralytical attack and backbone pain and it need regular treatement. While I have already spended a lot of money in my treatemrnt. So, i am in need of money.
Kindly look into this matter as we need your help in this case.
We have visited their Regional Office (situated at Azadpur, where we booked for plot )so many times , but every time they are giving us new excuses. Now they have changed their office for any other place and also they are not replying the mail or call. I am feeling unable to run for it due to my physical unability (I am just like Handicapped). I do'nt know whom to contact and also need money for treatement.

I have booked a plot of 200 yrd in Arun dev city Bhiwadi and after a long wait I opt for the cancellation . They gave me post dated cheqes which were bounced many times . After many reminde4rs and calls I started legel process against them . I think they are not going to do justice unless and untill they are not taken to court. I am approaching you with lot of faith to get some help.My complaint is as follows:

I had booked a flat in Bhiwadi with ADBL. But because of delay in the construction , I applied for refund of my money paid towards booking and monthly installments.
The company accepted my cancellation and gave me 6 different cheques . I have already deposited the cheques amounting to Rs.2 lakhs But no cheque could get cleared because of insufficiency of funds in their account. These people are not even responding to my calls and their seems no intention on their part to refund my money.
Please help me to get my money back.

I booked one plot in Haridwar through their office in CR park,New Delhi in July 2010.They showed me project progress and work done on laptop,as I believed it may be true , I paid 50% of amount in advance on booking through cheque. They promised to deliver all the concern paper within a week.I received partially amount paid receipt but no agreement deal and balance of money receipt till date. whenever I called him , he makes some excuse like...

THE COMPANY COMITED THE POSITION OF FLATS HANDEDOVER TO YEAR 2010.BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I AM NOT SATISFIED.
