It is painful to point out that my wife mrs meena yadav and bhabhi ji kamla had taken a plot in 2007 at arundev city roorkee to settle down after retirement in a peaceful environment.The builder had assured the development of roads, lighting and boundary wall by 2010.However 19 years have passed but nothing exists.He has left the site and there is waterlogging due to the nallah/river on backside.Strict action may be taken against the builder to refund our 5.35 lacs paid and registry done with interests of rs 5.0 lacs total rs 10.35 lacs.One can not build the house and reside there.Our hard earned money which was paid by cheques has not resulted into benefit of residing in peaceful place plot no.C74 150sq yards
