Dear Sir,

I, Sangeeta W/o Sita Ram R/o C-269, Laxman Gali, Nanak Chand Basti, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi 110003 have applied for plot / Flats at Bhiwadi Project vide Booking No. 66931, 66932, 66933, 66934, 66974 and 66975 [5 plots of 100 sq.yard and 1 plot of 150 sq. yard) alongwith my friends and relatives with Arun Dev Builders Limited with their above mentioned registered office.

The company fails to keep its commitment as per original plan. I would like to highlight the mental anguish and harassment I have been going through for more than 6 months.

I Book a plot for 100 Sq. YDS. On July, 2008 For Which I paid to the company Rs. 1,91,000/- in Installment of my plot and for above all 6 plots, i have paid Rs. 10 lacs approximately, they promise to give me a plot within a end of year 2010 . But again and again they fail to keep their promise . So I decided to withdraw my money, I have spent many hours and useless visits and every time I have been given a false date and commitment for issuance for refund.

I am again into that loop with follow up with the fraud company mentioned above. I have contacted their Administrative manager Mr. Rajesh Malik ( Moblie No. [protected] ) Accounts department Mr. Nikhil Sharma (Moblie No. [protected] , [protected]) , Mr. Anil Vedi (mobile No. [protected] ), Mr. Jatin (Mobile No. [protected] ), Company advisor Mr. parveen Bhardwaj (Moblie No.[protected] ).

Please accept my complaint and request for immediate action against Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj (Managing Director), Mrs. Nina Bhardwaj (Director), Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma (Director) and Mr. Ramesh Chander Sharma (Director) .
