My father Sri Bali Ram Oberoi invested in Shahpura Porject and Arun Dev Builders allotted a unit as well. Flat No. A-46, 3rd Floor allotted in Arun Dev City Shahpura Project with registration no.17017 to my father Bali Ram Oberoi on 19/09/2010 as per allotted letter(copy enclosed). An initial amount of Rs(1, 13, 000/-) was deposited in 5 installment. I have all valid documents and receipts in hard copy. Now I Parveen Kumar as a nominee of this unit. My father had passed away last year. I have sent a notice by speed post ref no. ED[protected]IN on 16-Oct-2015.
