We were cheated by mr. Rajesh ([protected]) of arv holiday pvt ltd. We had booked our dubai trip package for december 2018 with the company, rajesh was our coordinator. We had done the complete payment of beforehand. On reaching dubai, there was no pick up arranged, (Flight tickets, transfers and hotel was a part of package, it was paid in advance) still no pick up was arranged. We contact him, he says please book a cab and go, i shall refund the money. On reaching the hotel, we come to know the hotel is changed! After reaching hotel we are informed. We had to book our own cab and pay and reach the new hotel. On reaching hotel we were told to pay extra 15 aed (Inr 300) per day per room as a hotel tax (We were 4 travellers - 2 rooms for 4 and 5 days respectively) tired and wanting a room, we paid the extra amount 135 aed (Inr 2700) and finally got the room. On day 2 when we returned from our sightseeing at night we are not allowed into our hotels and the hotel people tell us that our tour operator has said we will pay the hotel charges!!! We are shocked as we were told all the bookings are confirmed. We try to call rajesh he is not responding. We were stuck for 4 hours, finally mr rajesh msgs and mails us that please pay, we will refund you when you return. Trusting him we pay. From that till now, he does not answer our calls, and finally we caught him by calling from another number, he says he is depositing the cheque, but as expected, the next day the cheque was returned (Cheque bounced) and he has blocked me and my husband from his caller list.
