Unreliable, unprofessional, fraud, cheat. They take advance payment and then the package is not booked as promised.
Dear sirs,
I am. Writing to you in regards to a travel package booked through arv holidays, india.
We had booked a package for singapore and malaysia. They messed up the bookings. Even after taking the full payment for entire package, they did not make payment for hotel in singapore and want the guest to pay again at the hotel. The guest is currently stuck there not knowing what to do as the hotel will not allow him to leave until the payment is made
I am surprised the way these kind of travel agents that cheat people. Over the internet i have come across various reviews on them stating they are cheat, fraud, take the money and dont book. Etc kind of compaints.
