I booked my trip to Thailand with ARV Holidays April 2019 and paid Rs 80, 000.00 as advance payment. But last minute they failed to arrange my trip for their reasons. Since the same day iam chasing for my money refund and even after more than two years they are not ready to pay me back. Today his executive ( Rakesh) said me while chatting on WhatsApp they will not pay me my money. Attached the receipt of my advance payment and recent chats.
Kindly do the needful to get my hardly earned money back.
