I had enquired about a holiday package with ARV holidays pvt Ltd which has its office in Delhi and other places. Mr Arun Sharma from ARV holidays called me and also shared me the itinerary and cost of the package by mail. The package cost was 42000/- Rs. He asked for 12000/- as advance towards booking the hotels. He sent me the receipt for 12000/- which was sent via phonepe app. I made the payment in Aug 2019 and the travel was for Dec 2019 1st week. I kept asking him to confirm the hotel bookings but Mr Arun promised to send the booking details and Car details 1 week before the travel date. But when I tried contacting him on the office number it was switched off. There has been no response to any of the mail or WhatsApp messages till now. I need a refund for this.
