Hero electric scooter optima cx er

We have purchased hero optima cx er dual-battery, one battery is not working well, so I already complaint the hero electric service center. Now taht service center is not working, so not solved my complaint.

when the service center was working, we have changed the battery ~5 times.
their service was very poor.

Kindly do needful as soon as possible....

Scooty battery under warranty not replaced.

We had facing issues in our Scooty. by day one. Scooty hand Over in warranty 26 sep 2023.till date battery not received we received replay team working on it so wait sometime your complaint is under process every reply.

1. Charging Port not working - Problem was facing by day one.
2. Centre stand of Scooty was damaged - It was facing by day one.
3. Noise in handle - with in 6th Months
4. Battery issue...

I am writing to express my concern regarding the performance of my purchased Photon electric scooter.

Dealership: Penta Motors Kazhakkoottam, Trivandrum
Reg.Number: KL48S3675
Chassis number: MEPHELP0007AL0646
Motor Number: HEM12201R1057 As per Hero advertisements and product brochure, the scooter is supposed to deliver a range of 90 km on a full charge. However, I am getting only around 35 km per full charge, after changing the battery under warranty last month, which is less than half of what was promised. I’ve made sure to:
Fully charge the battery before every use Ride
Ride under normal conditions without heavy load
Mostly use eco mode for better efficiency
Maintain the tyre pressure and basic maintenance regularly
Even with all this, the range remains far below expectations. This is
extremely disappointing and has affected my daily commute and trust in the product.

Looking forward to your response and a satisfactory resolution at the earliest. I won't be able to use my scooter from Jan2025 consistently.

      Hi Team,

      I purchased OPTIMA CX 2.0 from Pune Electric Bikes LLP, Kothrud, Pune - 411038 on 30th August 2023.

      I am not getting any service support from the showroom and as well as from the service Centre, and now I found out that the showroom is permanently closed from where I bought this vehicle.

      Complaint No 1 :

      The service center for me is around 27km far from my location, and as per document I will get free servicing for next 4 years.
      But after showroom closed service center provider is saying company is not paying them, so they will not do free servicing and charging extra money.

      Complaint No 2 :

      It's not even 1 year completed for my vehicle and the headlights are fused.
      I called the service center regarding it, but no proper communication from them. At the end I went to the service center to replace the headlights, but they don't have the original/working headlight with them.
      So they charged me money and replaced it with a normal yellow light and that light fused again within 12 hours.
      I travelled at midnight without a headlight for more than 30km, who is responsible for this mistake and if anything happened ?

      I am looking for a solution to this issue. Actually not only me but more customers who bought this vehicle are facing the same issue.

      I purchased this vehicle looking at the previous experience with the Hero, but now I feel I wasted my money, my safety and energy post invested into the Hero vehicle.

        I purchased a Hero Electric Optima HX Single Battery scooter and am extremely disappointed with its build quality. After completing only 5, 000 km with minimal usage, multiple cracks appeared on the panels. I take good care of the scooter and do not overload it, yet the battery storage container beneath the seat has now split into three parts. Additionally, the side cover of the scooter has started opening unexpectedly, causing safety concerns...

        Had purchased Hero Electric Photon on November 2021, the battery had warranty of 36 months, the battery started discharging since last service which was informed to the service center as well, now since last week the battery is completely dead and not getting charged, When approached to Service Center they are saying the Hero Electic Battery Department is shutdown and there is no warranty from the company itself, whereas they are selling the new bikes and also new battery but not providing the battery replacement in warranty.

          Hi Concerned,
          One of the batteries of my electric hero optima cx er which was purchased in 2022 in name of Arti Naik was not perfoming more then 8 km hence it was returned to dealer to raise a warranty claim. The claim was raised but so far i have not received the battery. Need to help to follow and facilitate as this becoming difficult and i am unable to use my bike to go far of places.The dealer claims company is not sending battery.
          No support from hero electric no response to support mal and no one lifting call.

            My name is Vishal I took optima ev scooter before 2 years and now I had stop working my scooter is in service center from 1 month my motor is not working my scooter is in warranty still they r not having me motor in warranty and the work shop manager is asking my for money 12500rs of new motor he is saying our company is no more now we cannot give u motor in warranty otherwise i[censored] can't pay money for new motor take Ure scooter and dump it what about my 65 thousand rs which I paid to for new scooter I have talk to hero showroom owner Ashish he also said me same thing give money and buy new motor we cannot give in warranty because our hero company is no more now what should I do?now I am very poor man I took the scooter and Ure not giving me warranty I will go to Ure work shop and I will susite there if they r not giving me motor in warranty and thise is my last massage

                  I have HERO ELECTRIC OPTIMA HX DUAL BATTERY in which has a problem of air leakage in rear wheel. My dealer has ordered the suitable part from the company but it has not been delivered to them because of which my scooty is impaired for more than a month.

                    I have purchased Hero Optima CX on November 2022, My bike having issue during running having lag and choke while running, i have given to

                    they checked the controller and other parts and they said they cleaned motor and still the issue persist and the service centre not resolving the vechicle problem properly, i need immediate resolution why the issue is not able to fix by hero team and resolve the issue or replace the motor on immediate basis.

                    Replacement of Motor with inWarranty. No response from company/ dealer I am deeply shocked with the behaviour of Hero Electric It should be Zero instead of Hero...

                      Issue with the motor of my electric scooter, [Optimae5], which I purchased on [[protected]] from [Radha Automobiles Bathinda].

                      From 20, Feb, 2024, I have experienced significant problems with the motor, including [Motor not working, unusual noises, failure to start, sudden stops.]. These issues have rendered the scooter unusable.

                      I have made a complaint for Defective motor on[protected] . Complaint Number = VOR300779, But it is not resolved till now .My scooter is not working from that day and standing at Service Centre from that day . But till now New motor is not received at service center from Hero Electric

                        Replacement of battery in warranty period not being made

Is standing with dealer workshop since 13:2/2024 for want of Replacement of Battery with inWarranty. No response from company/ dealer I am deeply shocked with the behaviour of Hero Electric It should be Zero instead of Hero...

                        I have submitted my main lock system to local dealer and as per them they have submitted the warranty request with Hero electric but after that they have not received the replacement back, and I had to purchased a new lock system when my scooter is in warranty period. When I tried to call hero on their cutomer care no.[protected]. It never connected, nor our email delivered to their email address - info.[protected]@heroeco.com.

                        Can you please escalater this issue on very high notes as there may be high number o[censored]sers who will be facing such issues.

                        Today I have raised the above mentioned concerns from my linkedin platform, but still not able to receive any update on this. Can you imagine how much they are frustrating us. There tollfree number and email id mentioned into their website is not reachable, then how we will be able to raise our query/concern/complaint with them. Can you please raise some greviance with them and find out atleast their customer care active number, instead of closing my concern here.
                        They are fooling customers ther company must be shut down

                          I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Hero Electric Motors regarding the replacement of my two-wheeler's battery. I handed over the battery to your authorized dealer in Indore two months ago, and to my dismay, I have yet to receive a replacement.

                          Despite my repeated attempts to seek updates via email and your toll-free number, I have been met with complete silence from your customer care team. This lack of responsiveness is utterly unacceptable.

                          I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and provide me with the replacement battery I am entitled to. Furthermore, I expect better communication and accountability from your company in the future.

                          This level of service is appalling and tarnishes the reputation of Hero Electric Motors.

                              Dear Hero Electric,

                              I am bound to escalate to your team the issue I have been facing now - you sold me one of the worst bikes and duped my money.
                              I purchased a Hero Electric Flash Li-Ion scooty on April 30, 2023 from Gurudev Automobiles(571 Garia Main Road, Kolkata - 700084) and since then I have had nothing but agony. My happiness of buying a new vehicle only lasted for a month when the bike all of a sudden stopped ignition. On checking with the service centre, they confirmed that the battery has DIED completely and needs to be replaced. On asking how can a battery with 3 years warranty go bad in one months time I had no satisfactory answer from the service centre. It is the same service centre of Gurudev Automobiles.
                              After multiple chases with the service centre and waiting for another 4- 5 months I got my replacement battery. I was told initially that the normal TAT for battery replacement will be 10-15 days which turned out to be 5+ months. Reason for delay ? - Some internal issues at Ludhiana Factory, hence the delay . Are you serious???
                              So From November 2023, I started using the scooty again thinking the battery issues to be one of an unlucky event. But to my horror, in the 3 months o[censored]sing the bike I had stopped in between roads 2-3 times and would just deny an ignition, resulting in me having to manually drag it back home. From friday 05th April 2024, the battery had again stopped taking charge, when I checked the service centre they confirmed that this battery is also DEAD. Now, again the service centre says it will take 15 days for the replacement battery to come. TWO TIMES IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR !!!
                              It is only 11 months since I have bought this and I have basically used this vehicle for 6 months (5 months it was sitting in my parking lot waiting for a replacement battery to arrive). This vscooty has only given me trauma and stress. I am 100% sure that Hero Electric had sold me a faulty scooty and duped my 70000 rupees.
