Customer vist was done twice at there place once when fiber cut issue was there in there society premises even my staff visited personally at your home .

Even after that from your side router configuration was done some changes which was not needed when once internet was resumed then again customer visited office and staffed shouting uncessaryly to our staff which was not needed at this stiuation.

Even after again today visiting his house customer is saying no once visited then our team informed him he did visited and restore service twice 2 times .
