I have a prepaid plan with Asha Net, so whenever I don't recharge they disconnect my services. Now at 7:47 pm today December 18th I complained that my internet is not working, to which the executive said that our office is close someone will come tomorrow. That means I have to wait for 14 hours atleast for my internet to resume. Who is going to pay me for the 14 hours I have lost. This is utter stupidity. When I said send someone now they are saying that no one is available. I have already paid for the service in advance and I am not getting internet. Worst of the worst ISP in Vasai/ Nalasopara. I will also put a review on Google about this . I hate your services
