Continue our business relation with ashok leyland itselfbut before a week ago we faced a terrible situtation with ashok leyland and due to which we lost all
Trust of service, faith and customer relation thing of ashok leyland when a breakdown incident happened with our one of the tanker gj 01 ft 0093 on 5:00 am
21st may 2019. This tanker was bought on 31st july 2017 with chasis no-mb1nakhdpaz3670 and it met with an accident in december 2017 and was repaired
By ashok leyland and we have also maintained the vehicle by doing service on time. But on 21st may 2019 our vehicle breakdown near gambhira road and
Driver discovered that its a failure of crown pinion which did'nt let the vehicle to move asidefrom the road. We registered a complaint on ashok leyland 24*7 customer care number at 6:30 am on 21st may 2019with the complain number - b[protected] but the ashok leyland didnt reach to us before 12:01 pm on
21 st may 2019 due to which a lot of traffic problem happened whichresulted in 2 major accidents over there in which many people lost their life's at that
Spot due to which we faced many problems at that spotwe bought this tanker with a warranty of 2 years so our tanker is still in the warranty period but
Right now the landmark service centre near baroda who came for thebreakdown service and who is repairing our vehicle is not giving us any benefits
Of the warranty and have forwarded us the bill which we have attached in the file please find it in the attachment. We have never used any other company's
Heavy vehicles for our business. But now we have lost every trust o[censored]s on from ashok leyland. So we request ashok leyland limited to resol;ve this issue for
Us as soon as possible. As our company is an respect member of acid association which is using ashok leyland tankers we will also use our company's preference and aware all the member about the services of ashok leyland in hard time.
