The Eicher truck broke down few days ago, on checking it was found that the temperature sensor isn't working. It needs a replacement. My vehicle is still under warranty and I want to claim the warranty. But the showroom(Kolhapur) I visited strictly rejected my claim saying that I am not eligible. The sensor costs around 28000 and I am already at heavy loss due to this situation. The vehicle has been standing for days owing to a huge loss. Please help me to claim the warranty
