Sir, Jis wakt se humne ashok leyland truck model no.1214 liya, uske kuch samay ke baad se hi usme problem ane lagi hai, jiske karan hame bohot problem jaa rahi h, hame truck ke parts service or truck ka average jese cheejo me problem aa rahi h. Dear Sir,
It is to inform you that we had send the Commercial Vehicle no. UP 16BT-2813 for repairing on 05.02.2018 vide Job card no. RJC[protected]. As per Himgiri Automobiles above vehicle repairs & return on 09/02/2018 after payment for Rs.57643.00 against Tax Invoice No.LID[protected] & SID[protected] dated. 07/02/2018. The above vehicle Repairs works done by Himigiri Automobile like, FIP & Injector Works etc. After received the vehicle we had face the same problem (like FIP & Injector problem) in our vehicle as on day & also intimate to the Himigiri Automobile Service Centre. At present our above mention vehicle is stand in Hjimigiri Automobile in Break down Position from 17/02/02018 to till date. We had contact the related person so many times but not received the any satisfactory answer. Due to above problem we have bear loss & suffering the day to day Supply of RMC.
Once again we request you to please resolve the problems as early as possible otherwise we have take the necessary action.
