Sivan here. The cabin noise is taken care by the service centers after multiple complaints. The bus still needs attention which has to be looked into for its mileage performance.

This is completely ridiculous! the vehicle just broke down again today[protected] silencer pipe just got cut off. Worst part is how the customer service toll-free calling team respond to the situation. They were not at all helpful and on requesting for a nearby service center they did not respond. We had an option to take the eicher vehicle but i went with ashok leyland. Eicher is really having a strong service backup team. There's a limit to which a consumer can keep reporting back to the company!!!
also the sales executive of ashok leyland said that insurance for the vehicle process is undertaken by the company and the final insurance docs for the vehicle will be handed over to the customer. Its nearly a month and they haven't done so as said. On several reminders, the executives are aggressive in communicating and is asking us to do the followups. If we had done the insurance process we would have received it long time back.
Ashok leyland team has to take the necessary steps because am done with this company! atleast keep the word of providing quality!
