We have purchased generator from dee power corporation on 2014 82.5 kva..
Since from the time of purchase we are not getting services from them.. Complaints are made but nothing is done.. Their service people don't provide us with bill, they have their own name bill printed (Dulal paul)
Secondly mr pinaki representative of 2pc general broking & service from siliguri is not in the position to provide us bill for generator repair and maintenance,
They have given me discount over the parts, but now he is denying for discount and asking us to make payment as per the quotation provide..
We have asked them for amc for our generators but they are unable to provide us with that services...
Mr pinaki is expect in manipulation and put wrong obligation over clients..
So kindly update us that can we get services from ashok lyeland.. Or hence its is proved to be our bad decision over purchasing generators from ashok leyland company Was this information helpful? |
