With utmost grief, this is to state that I, Beachan Bhagat, owner of the said vehicle, faced a service problem for the above mentioned vehicle and accordingly, I approached your Authorised Service Centre at Banskopa, Durgapur by the name and fame of “SHREE AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD.”.

After inspection and taking inspection charges of Rs. 3, 000.00 (INR Three Thousand only) they finalised that that there was no problem in the Pump and that the Injector is having problem which will incur a servicing cost of Rs. 25, 000.00. Querying the same outside at another service zone, I found the charges to be around Rs. 12, 000.00. So, I took the injector and did the servicing done outside and handed over the serviced Injector to the Technician of “SHREE AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD.”.

After that they started telling that now, the problem is in the Pump, while earlier they have inspected it and finalised the pump to be in okay condition. Then also, we told them to send the pump to the service zone where from we have serviced the injector (which is also an authorised centre of Ashok Leyland), but without any prior intimation they send the Pump to some other Service Point. Now, that very service centre is pointing that the pump has been intentionally damaged by inserting an extra pin and a ball inside it. We let the service engineer at “SHREE AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD.” know about this but he denied this blame but yes, this time, he gave us an affirmative reply that, our vehicle will be delivered to us within the next 24 hours.

Now, even after that, even after another 7 days, they are unable to deliver the vehicle and also they are demanding another vehicle’s “DIESEL TANK MOTOR” to check the motor of WB39B5477 AND MAKING A MESS OF EVERYTHING, THUS CAUSING TREMENDOUS HARRASMENT, ESPECIALLY MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY.

But sir, in between all these we have crossed OVER a month of time and just for a service and that to, from an Authorised service Centre of such a giant company by the name and fame of “ASHOK LEYLAND” is not at all expected by customers like us who are already totally dependant for our regular bread and butter, solely on the service of your reputed teamwork and management.

Sir, at this present scenario, we have ultimately lost a span of 40-45 days with no business done, resulting to non-payment of each and everything as we were never prepared for all these harassment. I, personally, keep myself aside of all these improper things and that’s why I had chosen to work with vehicles of Ashok Leyland, but is this the end result that I should get of the trust that I have made towards your esteemed company? Whom should I held responsible for all these as today, I am almost finished up both financially and mentally, as I have became unable to feed my associated driver and khalasi? I am feeling the time to be the end of the road.

Sir, please take these matter to the very top most level of enquiry as I only want justice, so that I can retain the trust that I have showed against your concern and brand. Please inform me of the detailed action that is being taken on behalf of the company, so that I need not have to knock any other door for justice.

Please look into the matter at an urgent effect and please relieve me out of this agony..
