Ashok Leyland — tail crown broken

I Najamul Hasan at Kanakpur, P.O-Mritunjoypur, P.S- Murarai, Dist- Birbhum, W.B, My Truck Registration is WB-45-4939 DATE-11.05.2018, Model-3118 BSIV, Engine No-JHPZ105221, CHASSIS NO-MB1KACHD5JPGC0728, now 4 days ago i found that the said tipper Tail crown was broken then i send the tipper on your workshop Abhiyan Dealcomm Pvt Ltd at NH-34, Kalitarh, Krishnanagr, Nadia, W.B, & the workshop Sales manager Sanjay Dey not agree to replace the tail crown but i said the said tipper is under warranty period but he ignore this & demand 35000.00 (Thirty Five Thousand) for repair charges.
My Question is why not replace my tail crown ?
Please replace my tail crown as early as possible.
