Ashwin Travels / Ashwin Roadways — very worst service of handling passengers

Very worst & lethargic way of service of customer /passenger treatment.
We have booked from chennai to srivilliputhur. During heavy rains at chennai perungalathur they asked us to wait at kamarajar statue but even at heavy rains they didn't stop after they seen it and finally stopped at shriram gateway which is 100m away from that stop. The whole way myself and spouse was in the rain and fully wet due to the rain.
These people does not have any courtesy
