Very worst & lethargic way of service of customer /passenger treatment.
We have booked from chennai to srivilliputhur. During heavy rains at chennai perungalathur they asked us to wait at kamarajar statue but even at heavy rains they didn't stop after they seen it and finally stopped at shriram gateway which is 100m away from that stop. The whole way myself and spouse was in the rain and fully wet due to the rain.

Hello Sir/Madam, I booked a ticket from pavoorchatram to chennai yesterday (30.03.16). I booked ticket through redbus. The boarding time of the bus is 6.30 pm. We, group of five members had booked ticket via redbus from mysore to bangalore schsched to depart from mysore at 2.15 am. When we boarded the bus we saw some other guys occupying our seats.
