Ashwin Travels — Bus left before the boarding time | |||||
Hello Sir/Madam, I booked a ticket from pavoorchatram to chennai yesterday (30.03.16). I booked ticket through redbus. The boarding time of the bus is 6.30 pm. But the bus operator (ASHWIN TRAVELS) called my only by 6:00 pm and informing that bus came half an hour in advance so come quick. I said bus time is 6.30 only na so please wait i will come. They said no Sir bus came quick today we will leave soon so come quick. I said ok i will come asap please wait 10-15 mins.( NO OTHER WAY.) and then i started in hurry and i got ready by 6:20 once i reached the boarding place there is no bus. I called the mobile number which i got call from and hes talking rude to me and asked me to wait in office. after he came we were fighting. bus left by 6:15 only i came there 6:20 bus time 6:30. VERY WORST..after a long argument he asked me to get in another pvt travels to surandai (nearly 9-10km) he said ashwin bus will wait for you there. But once i reached surandai there is no bus..I called the driver he said bus crossed surandai. again had a argument and after a big fight bus waiting for me in SANKARANKOIL by 8:45pm VERY VERY WOSRT BUS OPERATOR AND AGENT WHO TALKED WITH ME...I am mentally harassed ...Is there any action can be taken?
