Ashwini Travels — Act of fraudulence

We, group of five members had booked ticket via redbus from mysore to bangalore schsched to depart from mysore at 2.15 am. When we boarded the bus we saw some other guys occupying our seats. Questioned the conductor and driver, they were negligent and refused to give our seats. Along with us there was 1 more person too who's seat was occupied. So for 6 ppl it had 4 seats in the last row. We came out of the bus and requested to give us our seats and left mysore. Didn't utter a single word about refunding the money which we were not expecting either. Finally in the early morning we took ksrtc bus and reached bangalore
