Unprofessional and Extremely Rude Doctor and Management

Recently my father and mother were ruthlessly treated by the management and the doctor (Dr. Raghavendra Yarlagadda at Somajiguda branch). Patients go to the doctor for advise and consultancy on reports and medications. It is patients right to know his health state based on numerous tests the doctor made us do. Your security person are not allowing to sit in corridors where i have admitted my wife in your hospital in general ward where attendants are not having any facilities how we will sleep night time of we adjust in corridors your security people are talking ruthlessly and allowing to sit also please do something

      The staff at the registration is so careless that they have mentioned incorrect name on the report.

      I have informed the staff at the registration counter that the name is correct they just took it light because of that issue my office guys are not accepting my report coz of name incorrect and advise me to do the test again.

        Dear concern,

        My wife gave blood sample for hbsag, anti hav igm and anti hev - igm
        On 6 july 2020. They said that time that the result of hbsag will come within 3 hours which already came. But for the other 2 reports they said it will take 2/3 days time. Now its been 5 days the result didn't came.
        When asked to the lab they are saying different different answers. Once they said the blood sample have not been submitted. Then how come one of the report came under same bill (Pfa of the bill).
        Then second time they said that speak with microbiology department regarding the reports. Seriously what a crap is this?
        After saying 2 days you guys are taking 6 days time. Now if the condition of the patent gets worse then are you going to take the responsibility of that? I could have started the treatment earlier but because of you people's irresponsibility i am suffering.
        Didn't expect such kind o[censored]n professionalism from a hospital like aig.
        Please look into this matter with high priority and immediate action against such stunts are expected.

          Doctor rakesh did single balloon enteroscopy for my dad without proper knowledge and due to which there is blood leakage in the small intestine and because we didn’t knew that this was the issue after a month his health condition deteriorated and he is struggling for life now. One of the biggest mistake we did was stepping into aig gachibowli. You guys are unsuccessful persons. You guys run behind money and don’t even want to see the health condition of the patient and go on doing major tests like laparoscopy, bone marrow test.

          I told doctor Rakesh to wait till he recovers and then to do enteroscopy but he forced us to get it done and after that my dad had ascites in the whole body as he got the bag removed. I pity AIG to have such doctors who don’t know what they are doing with patients.

            I am patient of dr. Gautham bucha. When call to hospital for his availability, they say dr. Is available and when i come to hospital they say dr. Is not available. This is 3rd time i am facing this problem. Yesterday i. E 7 apr came done the lab test dr. Was not available, they said he will be available tomorrow. Today again came to hospital they say dr. Not available and ask me to show the other dr. And pay consultation fee. I told them your dr. Is not available yesterday (6th & 7th day) why this charge. They are saying as this is new dr. You have to pay.

            Can you please explain why wrong information is given by staff and why charges are levied on patients

              unnecessary charges and incompetent lab report

              I would never recommend anyone to step into this hospital. They will charge you for un-necessary things (Wet wipes, gloves, bandages etc) if you don't check the bills.
              I was admitted under dr. Jagadeesh (Consultant - internal medicine) who is having lot of attitude issues.
              I was also undergone wrong medication because of the junior doctor (Dr. Akhila) under him and no action was taken by mr. Jagadeesh though complained.

              As opposed to it's reputation, i'm highly disappointed with the management and orders of asian institute of gastroenterology. once a test is done, one has to bother himself with figuring out the next place of consultance. nobody will give you the exact details and direction to the next step and all you shall do is wait aimlessly.
              For instance, i was waiting for an endoscopy for quite long. i sat me mother (patient) down and went out for 2 minutes but when i'm back, i don't see her anymore. out of concern, i asked the management whether she has been called in for the rest but they were confident that she wasn't. i panic around to realize that she has indeed been called in. when i reached out to them with the complaint, they ganged up and argued with me. seriously, i came from a place of high recommendation and atleast 1000s of patients turn up from where i come. and sadly, i will go back with some really bad experience and will make sure that people consider other hospitals over this. if you may, please act needfully.
              P. s - my people of concern are the ones managing the endoscopy unit.

                I have visited hospital with my cousin at 8 am. There was just one lady at the counter collecting cash and payments. Took 40 mins for that. There was server down.

                If this is the case how will patient be treated.
                The mgmt team must take this into consideration.
                I have seen employees also using personal phone on counter.

                Hope this all is taken into consideration

                  My husband is suffering from abdominal problem and blood loss occurred through stool though bleeding point has not been detected at kolkata. We have come hyderabad for treatment under dr. Nageswar reddy. I have talked over phone with p a of dr. Reddy & as per his advice we have directly reached at aig somajiguda, taken registration in the name of my husband and after waiting for one and half hour we have got assistance from dr. M alam who has advised for admission at aig gacchibowli. We have then also requested dr. Alam to make an arrangement to visit with dr. Reddy before admission but he has said that after hospitalisation dr. Reddy will visit the patient at the time of his round.
                  We have come to opd of dr. Reddy, aig gacchibowli on 19.09.19, requested his pa bharat again and again for an appointment for 2 hrs but failed. Bharat has asked why we are waisting our time without takung admission? At that time we thought we should go back to kolkata but my brother in law sri satyajit dutta (Who is a chronic pancreatic patient) is direct patient of dr. Reddy, advised us to take admission if this is the present system aig. I have admitted him under dr. Reddy on 20.09.2019 morning with hope that at least one time dr reddy will come to visit his patients. Everyday team dr.'s are coming, expressing their views, varities tests are going on, but we have not get chance till today to visit with dr. Reddy neither in opd nor in hospital bed no 617b). Our only moto to come here was to get treatment or medical advice from dr. Nageswar reddy.
                  Now we are totally frastrated about such types of misguidance.
                  Hope nobody will be misguided in future.

                    When my acquaintance in a village from Maharashtra wanted to meet a senior surgical gastroenterologist from AIG Hospital at Hyderabad, I suggested Dr GV Rao. When I called the reception at Somajiguda, they directed me to Mr Rambabu who is the staff assistant who claimed to handle the appointments of Dr GV Rao. I told him about the case and that they need to plan to travel from far away. He claimed confidently that the patient can report at Somajiguda, and he could keep him in a bus to Gachibowli branch where they can meet him. So, this patient makes travel arrangements and reports on the given day to Mr Rambabu,

                    After reporting, the story changed completely. The patient was made to wait for 4 hours in waiting area without any information, and was shown to some junior doctor named Dr Pavan whose name was not even mentioned in the consultant names list displayed at the entrance. Moreover, despite his ongoing Grade 1 Haemorrhoids reported on Proctoscopy a year back, he was declared normal on examination without ordering for any extra tests and prescribing Duphalac which is a simple laxative that the patient himself knows and has been taking otherwise.

                    And when patient demanded to be consulted by Dr GV Rao, he was made to wait till 10 PM again and finally, Mr Rambabu arrives like a hero in a movie and declares that Dr GV Rao had some emergency surgeries and hence not available for consultation.

                    Imagine the mindset of this 60 year old man who came all the way to meet the actual consultant, and was cheated and disrespected throughout. I was a silent spectator throughout and intervened at this late time, and demanded why Dr GV Rao was not available and why the promise was given before the patient started from his residence. At my raised voice, Mr Rambabu made a quick call to another of his kind Mr Shanmugam at Gachibowli branch and promised an appointment at 1.30 PM the next day.

                    Now, the patient has to stay an extra day at a hotel and then report the next day without even knowing he will meet Dr GV Rao or not.

                    If this is the kind of treatment meted out even before a proper consultation at the worlds most biggest gastroenterology center to an elderly gentleman who came for a trivial complaint of water discharge from his anus since 5 years despite checking with numerous other surgeons near his home, what good is the establishment and the name of Dr Nageshwara Reddy and Dr GV Rao ? What use of pure numbers of ERCP surgeries performed in millions and honours of Padma Bhushan and Padma Sri conferred when a human life is disrespected by such unprofessional staff at the hospital ?

                    I am sure if Dr Nageshwara Reddy or Dr GV Rao reads this, proper customer centric staff will be aligned to enable a good patient experience especially when they come from far and across.

                    And by the way, I am a doctor myself and did this random patient visit today ! And I am appalled to see and ashamed to have referred the patient to this hospital at Somajiguda.

                      Dear concern,

                      Today morning came to hospital at 6:30 am for galbader surgery purpose. Before surgery i intimated to hospital people suffering from cold and fever. After that also they send to surgery theatre. After 2 hours dr’s said postponing surgery next 3 to 4 days due to cold. You can bring back to wife at your home.

                      After that discharge dept charging room rent charges. If not paid room charges they can’t discharge.

                      Kranti also behaving roudly.

                      Kindly resolve the issue on priority basis.

                      The management process stinks and it is sick (the DMO's needs to update their skills and process).
                      I was supposed to get my Throat Swab test (INR 1600) reports from the hospital but did not receive till date.
                      I got admitted during 14th, 15th and 16th of Dec 2019 and it is past one week now but still waiting for my lab reports to receive (though did frequent calls, emails and reminders to the hospital).
                      I am completely pissed off with the process going on in the hospital.

                        We explained we have already done all tests outside with other doctor outside and when we approached aug punjagutta all same reports with around 10 k repeated and waited more than 24 hrs in just alloying room and no doctor attends patient and only nurse says you need to wait now they have shifted us to kapadia lane room 405, in this building only 4 nurses are available n no doctor is seen around n if there is emergency we have to again go to sign punjagutta which is around 2kms n transport is available

                        This is not accepted, we think aig is world class n where here it is simply 3rd class treatment n incessant time buying

                        We request the management to intervention n treat us properly here in kapadia lane it is absolutely pathetic..

And also told me that it will happen in the same time with anasthesia. But endoscopy done 10.30 and still 5 pm patient is waiting for colonoscopy. 22 hours i am in empty stomach. As of now 6 ercp completed but every time patient loss of weight and no improvement.in every hospital attenders maintain 6to 8 patients but hear there is no.in this hospital patients treat to one of govt hospital so why every patient has paying money but there is no improvement of hospital and nurses, attenders, rooms,

                                  I like to inform you that i have admitted to above said ward on 20/08/18 at 21:35 for a surgery about to be done by dr. G. V. Rao. On receipt of prior intimation i took admission and till date i. E 21/8/2018 07:10 pm, there is
                                  No surgery (Golve bladder) has been done, i am staying at hospital without my 5 years child which is much pain full. The hospital has no sense of humor.

                                  Further, i like to know you that i have a little child of 5 years of age who is currently staying in the lodge with one of my relative

                                  I would like to inform you that we have admitted our cousin on 8th November and his name is shaik siraj.
                                  We have being making the payments but there some slight delay and we did informed the billing team that we are making the payment, The doctors who were looking and treating him and along hospital staff have stopped the treatment just because there is a delay in the payment.

                                  How can the staff and the doctors stop the treatment for a patient who has been in hospital for more than 12 days and we came to your AIG hospital for a better treatment and this is what the response we get from you. its really un acceptable, You first priority should be the patients health and how can someone ignore especially at the No 1 hospital and now when we have made the payment doctors are treating him and then medications have been given. Just think on the humanitarian ground, is this the service provided by you.
