This is Rajender from shadnagar, some poeple this is very best, to day my bad experience, I came along with my aunty and brother, who lives in nanded for treatment, for file making2 hours, no proper doctors are attended. this seems like osmania and gandhi hospitals.plz respond early as possible with patients.

I admitted my father in law on 14 /2/2018 and done all tests and without taking chest x-ray they have tried to take water formed in his body and due to which he expired on 19/2/2018. I want strict action to be taken on this

I had a very bad experience with this hospital.

My brother-in-law was treated in this hospital for stomach bloating and abdominal pain from 4th May 2018.

After plethora of tests like Endoscopy, CT Scan, MRCP, Elastography and multiple pathological tests ordered by various so called specialist doctors), they could not diagnose the problem for a month.

Where as the patient day-by-day getting weak due to deteriorating health, lack of medication, amount of blood drawn successively for various tests and waiting long hours for these tests on fasting from morning to evening.

Finally admitted in the hospital on 26th May 2018 at some distant ward, where the specialist who treated the patient never visited even once. Nor alternative specialist visited even once.

They put the patient on drips and flash visits by duty medical officers of no experience gathering patient data repeatedly .

When patient condition deteriorated pathetically they admitted in the MICU.

The MICU at the hospital still worse than the normal ward except ordering plethora of medicines every day without improvement in health condition of the patient.

Finally on 01 June 018 they announced that the patient is suffering with sepsis shock and inflammation of lungs. Where as the patient has visited the hospital for altogether different reason.

Further on 3rd June 18 morning they told the patient is in serious condition and advised us take him to some multi-specialty hospital since it is Sunday and no specialists available.

The patient condition is so serious and all vitals are in danger zone. We visited neighboring hospital KIMS, but due to dangerous vitals they advised not to shift in this condition.

Finally on 3rd June 18 evening they declared no more.

Because of the in-experienced and careless doctors we have lost of our loved one on 3rd June 2018 altogether for a different reason other than what he came for..

In the whole treatment period I have not seen a single positive aspect of this hospital.

They are more interested in keeping on registering new patients with out considering there infrastructure limitations.

If a new patient comes they order plethora of tests they can undertake at the hospital.

After tests exhausted no doctor bother to see the results properly or explain the patients what actually they are treating for.

The so called specialists not even spend a peaceful minute with the patient and explain what actually going on. Where as the patient wait for long hours more 5 to 8hrs for consultation.

The so called PAs or other para medical staff are so arrogant and not treat patients like human beings.

Every staff member shout certain fixed lines. Wait, wait, wait and wait. No body knows when the doctor comes.. they will tell only you have to wait a long. long and long.

Do not fool by the rush of patients at the hospital. They are all unknown victims, specially from other states. Referred by the doctors on past glory and not knowing the present condition of the hospital.

Sanitation and hygiene also very pathetic at the hospital. Not even having sufficient clean toilets. I doubt even the hygiene conditions of the Intensive Care Units.

Please do not repeat do not visit this hospital for treatment even by mistake.

Remote Telephone / Email communication is very poor. Officials neither attempt any email nor give any reply, nor cooperate patients from distance areas.

I required to purchase remaining medicine through courier but had to face very difficulties.

Even I had a very bad experience in this hospital MICU and lost of my brother-in-law because of their sheer negligence.

None of the doctors in the hospital have an iota of care and follow up in respect of the patients they treat..

All doctors just taught to to generate money out of plethora of tests.

Doctors never go through the reports properly.

They are only interested on new patients to generate income through various tests.

After first consultation, follow up visits very worst and not even a minute lasts.

They never brief patients.

Hygiene at the hospital wards are pathetic. I do not think any government Health Department officials visit this hospital to check the hygiene standards..

It is one of the worst, unethical and useless hospital in Hyderabad.

Never visit this hospital by just referral by somebody. First go to the hospital have a look once before taking medical treatment.

Do not fool by number of patients in the hospital. All are new, mostly out of other states and fooled by past records. Presently it is a very pathetic hospital.

Do not visit even by mistake.

Just a message that AIG is been notified about the complaint. Do you really know the severity of what you aig doctors are doing with the patients. Such ### doctors are there in this hospital. They run behind money and ruin the patients life. If anything happens to my dad I am not going to leave you guys.

My patient is seek aged about 64 .we came for colonoscopy on14.11.2016.They are calling patient attend 3 hrs after taking her inside of endoscopy suite for medicine meanwhile no one is informing us about patient status .
