Asian Paints — Ants eating Asian Paints Exterior emulsion (Apex Ultima)

I bought and applied Asian Paints Apex Ultima (Yellow) three weeks ago on my house's exterior side. I notice ants eating away the paint leaving white patches.

Updated by KarthikeyanChen Asian Paints customer support contacted me and their staff visited my home. I showed them the patches of paint eaten by ants and still eating right infront of them. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClGnYPve_Rg)

They have no idea why ants are eating the paints. They are saying it has not happened before with them. However there is already posted in this very forum by another user (Complaint # - c2587177) which is marked closed.

I am not sure how they closed and what resolution given by Asian paints. WHat they are proposing to me is that they will organize for repainting the surface and I have to bear the cost. I am not convinced this is a good resolution by a premier brand. I dont need Asian paints to suggest that. I can do it myself. It is not even few weeks since the surface was painted.

Asian paints have sent a mail to me that my complaint is closed. I AM NOT HAPPY.
