[Resolved]  Asian Paints — Project delay and Quality of Work

I have handed over my project to Asian Paints Beautiful Home Services in Feb 2023 and the project is still not completed even after constant follow ups and requesting almost to everyone in the hierarchy in Asian Paints.

First of all the Management is very irresponsible and does not even pick calls when I try to reach them about the delays.

The quality of work as compared to the standards are not at all matching. I have been asked to make the payment of 100% and the work is still not completed.

The delay is soo much that they are not even talking about the LD (Late Delivery) clause.

Overall, I have been made to pay the entire project amount and have got substandard work done and most importantly the huge delay which they are not taking any responsibility nor willing to discuss about it.

I have tried complaining in Twitter but of no use. The Customer care just reply it would be looked into but no one replies.

I need my project money back or a compensation for all the ordeal I and my family have gone through due to Asian Paints Beautiful Home Services.
