I am yet to get the warranty certificate copy for the damp proo[censored]ltra registered with warranty number [protected]. I was told by your staff who was responsible for executing this work that I will get by post the warranty certificate. But, I am yet to receive the certificate. One problem I noticed is in the soft copy of the registration the correct address is not captured . The correct address is No: 55/3, 1st main, Gavipuram Extension, Bengaluru - 560019. Please mail the warranty copy immediately to the address mentioned above and also enter this address in the warranty certificate.
