I have taken Asian Paints services last year (May 2018) for interior paintings. After couple of months I observed that color is peeling off from one of the walls, which I reported to the assigned project manager. He assured to visit and fix the issue, however after several follow-ups he didn't turned up.
Finally, I logged a complain through Asian Paints customer care on 22-Mar-19 and following up since than to get my issue fixed. Customer care told me I will get a call in 24 hrs. I did not get a call even after a week.
After following-up for 4-5 weeks finally one person visited my house and assured that the issue will be fixed in 7-8 working days. It's more that 2 months now since he has visited my place.
I have called customer care at least 20 times in last 3 months (can check the logs if customer care system records every call), every time they transfer to complaint department and the person from complaint department assures me that someone will call me back by today evening and no one calls back.
This is very frustrating, last year when I called Asian Paints for services, sales person was very prompt and used to follow-up with me every other day. Now since I have paid the money, Asian Paint is not at all bothered. What kind of warranty and services they are providing? Was this information helpful? |
