We had bought 20L of Ice Grey Royale Luxury Matte for first coat of paint from an authorised distributor. After painting the floor, we realised that something was off with the shade. It looked blue when Ice Grey falls into it's category of whites. We took it to the store who confirmed that this was the wrong shade. They escalated my issue and someone from Asian Paints office came and confirmed that the shade I had recieved was completely different. The manager then called me and very generously said that they would replace my product. What they failed to acknowledge is the other monetary loss I had suffered because of their faulty product. I had suffered monetary loss from : initial 2 coats of primer + labour for the coats of primer plus the paint and the fixing cost of the additional primer to mask the wrong color and the labour cost to redo the whole thing which feels very unfair to me. They are replacing my paint, taking care of a very small fraction of the loss I had suffered, which is less than bare minimum. I had gone with Asian Paints because they claim that they are the best. I picked a color and bought their most expensive version available because I wanted the best for my house. Instead it ended up costing me an ungodly amount of money and a devil may care attitude from their staff for no fault of my own. So, why even pick the so called best brand of paints? There was no accountability on their side. They are treating this issue with so little care for the customer and their loss that it is just appalling.

        This disaster started on march 2022, a few days back when i contacted this so called professional company asian paints and paid Rs. 30, 000/- almost in advance believing they will fulfil their promises.
        After all visit by Mr. Azhar Daulat (he was a kind man, but his hands were tied and he didn't help us), the work was started by a lousy contractor who was sending maximum of two people to do the job, that too on alternate days. They took nearly about 2 weeks to complete the painting, the workers didn't understand normal Hindi language.! All the work that we expected was not done!
        NO NEATNESS AT ALL, DESTROYED MY WIFI BECAUSE OF PAINTS, BROKE MY VASE, SCREWED OVER MY ENTIRE PLACE WITH DIRT, I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE!!

        Along with that, they were supposed to complete one wall for wall paper pasting with oil primer! they bluffed and used water primer and now we are helpless, but to get oil primer extra done for the wall paper to be up there!!

        I WILL NEVER recommend ASIAN PAINTS to any one! We pay extras to these big companies for assured work not for some stupid work.

          The dealer or shopkeeper gives me the Fraud bill and rate also increases in the bill It was very disappointing experience to me please take necessary action against the shopkeeper.             This nightmare started in may 2019 when i contacted this so called professional company asian paint and paid rs 110000 in advance believing they will fullfill their promises.
            After all visit by mr. Smeer and mr sachin, the work started by a lousy contractor who will send mainly one guy to do the job. After about a month he stopped coming and the nightmare started of their representatives coming and taking pictures and agreeing to rectify all wall full of crake and uneven paint mess.
            It is almost 3years i am chasing them and requesting that please finish the job.their representatives particularly mr.sachin begs for his helplessness and pleads that he tried his best but somewhere someone in the company is delaying it.
            Tell me what to for the cheating and metal herrasment i am gone and going through after paying my hard earned money for this fraud.

                Waterproofing complaint

                I got a complete painting and waterproofing work done at my flat C2/89 A Keshav Puram. Delhi through Asian paints in the month of Nov 2021. Within a fortnight water bubbles were formed on the wall and the same was shown to the Asian paint representative who supervised the job.                 Dear Team,
                I (Veerendra Reddy), resident of Hyderabad, recently contacted asianpaints as I know the excellent quality from the reputed organization.I have accepted the quotation provided by asianpaints and the work was started a week back.
                AsianPaints guy came along with one contractor to do this activity.
                They have started the work and unfortunately, the resources are not skilled and are not trained. I can compare the quality of work with an unknown brand/brandless.They have created a complete mess and no precautions taken and including washrooms and taps became dirty ( I don't know).
                They have carried some polythene/rubber sheets with Asian logos on it, but they don't know how to use them. They didn't open the sealed pack.
                Really disappointed by choosing the prestigious brand... literally a waste of time and money. The way of communication of the workers is also not proper.
                As per the contractor, the work is going to finish in a day or two and the representative from Asian is also a fresh graduate. Can you arrange any field manager to cross check the quality of work and correct it?
                I have received two different quotations for the same bill of material (attached for your reference)
                No professional service, local unskilled labour was employed.

                  This is regarding a quality issue of Apex Ultima that we bought and used to paint our house in March 2021. The invoice showing the date of purchase is attached.

                  Less than 8 months after painting, by October 2021, the wall surfaces had developed some black marks which could be moss. Photos showing the issue are attached. Since this was a high-quality exterior grade paint assured by the company to protect the walls for several years, we raised a complaint with Asian paints customer care, informing about the problem and seeking a solution.

                  We had to e-mail seven times during November & December 2021, before a representative from Pathanamthitta, Kerala, eventually visited our residence for inspection and left saying that he will get back with a solution. We've had a few phone conversations since with the same representative, and no resolution has been reached.

                  He just told us to get in touch with the shop from which we bought the paint. As far as we understand, the guarantees and quality issues of a product is never addressed by the seller, but by the manufacturer or area-wise service centers of the manufacturer.

                  So we request the relevant official from the Asian Paints branch dealing with Pathanamthitta district to reach out to us and offer a proper solution (like repair or refund) for this quality issue.

                        I have opted for royal glitz. Asian paint give contract to random painter no responsibility from them. No professional service, local unskilled labour was employed. Products is pathetic glitz looks different in each wall. Not sure they mix some other products in between. Never ever opt for Asian paint product and service if you want good paint.

                          I have contacted Mr.Narendra through Asianpaints contractor locator for my new home painting purpose.Then i contacted Asian Paints Colourideas - Sahoo Hardware & paints (Address: Plot No 378 A, Khata No 270 Sarangpur, Kuakhia, Odisha 755009, India) for the color and estimation.everything was finalized and it was supposed to be complete in 1 month.The painting work start around Nov 2021 and but still it is half done.The painter is not coming and he is not recriving me phone also.I contacted the store also but didnt get any desired response.This is the worst ever service from AsianPaints contractor.It really hurts when your work wont go as per your plan.Asian Paint should aware of this type of service from its contractors.

                            I am from Bareilly, u.p. we have purchased around 2600 sq ft tiles for a newly constructed house fro Ashi sales corporation, a renowned kajaria dealer in Bareilly. There I found Mr. Sunil Kumar from Asian paints who explained the epoxy based tile grout material from Asian paints. He promised to deliver the 3 different components by next evening. On next day he delivered a opened packed of ivory powder and a packed bucket which contains two bottles at the construction site where our Mason has received the material. On asking that why the powder is not packed he answered that it is required to open up the packet in order to check the color consistency. When our Mason goes to apply the grouting material it hardened up like a stone in just next 15 minutes and the grout which were filled by the material also gets jammed. Around 120sq ft tiles gets spoiled by that material. When I called me. Sunil regarding this he accepted that the material was defective and also he assure to deliver another bucket with same color in a day or two along with the cost of tiles and labour included in that and taken my aadhar card to file complaint. But now 15 days are over and he is making fool o[censored]s.
                            Asian paints is a renowned company and hope that such cheating may not be promoted by the higher authorities. Looking forward for ur reply and support

                              I am yet to get the warranty certificate copy for the damp proo[censored]ltra registered with warranty number [protected].
                              I was told by your staff who was responsible for executing this work that I will get by post the warranty certificate.
                              But, I am yet to receive the certificate. One problem I noticed is in the soft copy of the registration the correct address is not captured . The correct address is No: 55/3, 1st main, Gavipuram Extension, Bengaluru - 560019.
                              Please mail the warranty copy immediately to the address mentioned above and also enter this address in the warranty certificate.
                              Please treat this as urgent.

                                Painting contractor not completed the work even after 6 months and not responding

                                I had purchased a colour which code on shade card is Light Green N 2595 from asian paints authorised shop. But the colour i got is completely different. How could they so irresponsible while making colour. Me and our family members ar very very disappoint for that. I am sending all photograph. Please try to solve this issue as soon as possible

                                Respected sir/ma'am, what happened to my complaint. Please solve it urgently. Please send our house a enquiry team for enquiry. And arrange to repaint my wall which was spoiled by this colour.

                                Or send me e confirmation mail so that i can show to the shop that the shop will bound to give the actual colour and labour cost. Please sir do me this favour.

                                Company customer service executive has said that "This shade is for Distemper quality paints.
                                We don't offer this shade in Royale Range.
                                Pls speak with the dealer who has sold you this material. Its just a distemper paint. How the shop sold me this item.
                                I need immediate assessment amount for changing my wall colour. And completely bare by the shop. Please help me to get this. Due to shop owner fault why i should suffer for this.
                                I'm attaching supportive proof.

                                I need 2 liter of primer for covering the previous faulty colour. 1 liter of the genuine colour what i show him to give. And labour charges for repaint 1500 only.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I am your customer for your Asian paint.

                                    I was delighted with your product, and for my newly constructed house I was planning only for Asian Paint.

                                    I got offers from other dealers ( Nippo ), but I stuck to Asian Paint for the Brand name and Quality.

                                    I have painted in 2 segments.

                                    1. Exterior.

                                    2. Interior.

                                    Exterior :

                                    I bought an Asian paint Pro and contacted a local painter.

                                    It was satisfying work, but I was still looking for an Asian paint contractor.

                                    So for my interior painting, I chose Asian paint.

                                    I contacted the Udupi dealer for my Interior paint and got in contact with Akshay : [protected]. He asked for me to reach out to Mokshath Anchan : [protected] as Akshay was not handling my place.

                                    Mokshath Anchan addressed himself as "Asian paint empoyee" and came with an ID card.

                                    Though he quoted more, I agreed believing in the product. He charged me more than a quotation stating he forgot to mention the dealer on "Royal Play.

                                    I still agreed and never argued, as I just trusted Asian Products and their employees.

                                    I got worked for Dam proof and interior work, where in a month, Dam proof started peeling off.

                                    I contacted Mokshath, as in the beginning, he asked me to contact him only for any support.

                                    He visited my site and told me in the next 2 days his painter would come and fix this issue.

                                    It was a month. Whenever I contacted him, he used to give one or other reason.

                                    Finally, one day, he said he left the job and asked me to contact Asian Paints Toll Free number.

                                    I reached an Asian paint through chat support and logged complaint :[protected].

                                    After 2-3 days, I got a call from Navraz ( [protected] ) and he addressed the complaint.

                                    Initially, he was rude, stating that he was not able to reach me as he was trying to dial the wrong number, but I gave him both numbers correct in the chat que: [protected] and [protected].

                                    Later, he asked me to share the photos and the bill. I shared all the details, there was an issue with the interior finishing as well, so I asked to address all the issues.

                                    He said Damp Proof paint was used in less quantity than expected. He said he would share the feedback and would come back with a resolution.

                                    Today I got a call for feedback on a case closure. I was just shocked that my complaint was closed without any resolution and without my acknowledgement.

                                    I was very disappointed with the product and the service.

                                    This is completely a fraud on the customer.

                                    Though I charged 45k only for interior and damp proof, I got nothing.

                                    This has to be taken seriously, as I am not sure how many other customers are affected and cheated.

                                    I want to fix this issue as per company policy and to my satisfaction. I want to also share feedback to Mokshath, Rathnakar ( Painter) and Navraz who had incorrectly closed my issue.
