I had a very bad experience when I recently took the service from Asian Paints for my house Damp Proofing Solution for Exterior & Interior.
My Asian Paints Complaint Number is[protected].
But nobody bothered to call me or contact me on this yet.

I had painting of my house done under a Fixed Fee Contract with Asian paints between Oct 2020 and Jan 2021. Asian paints In Dec 2021, I started seeing defects and deficiencies in the painting (both external and internal). I have been complaining since Dec 2021 and there has been NO response from Asian Paints despite repeated consolation that someone will connect with me. I'm helpless and at the mercy of them. Interestingly there is NO way for me to escalate also. I remember speaking to Ravichandran, Mustafa and Vidhya within a span of 1 month (Feb 2022 and Mar 2022) and all of them repeatedly told that their supervisors are too busy and my matter cannot be escalated. I need a resolution, pls.

I got a response from AP on 05-Apr giving me the reason as Ground Water level rising. My complaint was that the paint was peeling in my hall, verandah, and bed room. But, their assessment was ONLY for the dampness. It did NOT mention peeling at all.

One of the AP representative, Sharath disconnected my call, when I was trying to explain. He was OK for me to raise any compliant in any forum - kinda hinting that as a customer, my rights are none, wrt. their warranty clauses..

AP did a good job painting and the process was excellent that my house was chosen for their AD campaign. But, now, I regret choosing AP, an Indian Vendor.

We believed seeing Asian Paints Ad that we can sit in chair, They will recommend what paint is suitable, color recommendations, they will nearly cover all things and paint, professionals will paint, hence even if the cost is higher than from a local painter we opted it... None of them are true. All that is left now with us is disappointment and lost trust in Asian paints.

We trusted Asian Paints Safe Painting services with our house painting and we were given an estimate of the cost and the time by when it will be completed. Right now the work is delayed by at least 2 weeks but more importantly the contractors on the job are very disrespectful to us. They make rash comments and also do no respect elders of the house when they are asked of something. The quality of the work is also not at par and when questioned there is one answer that this is how this should ne done. There seems to be a lot of disconnect with the person assigned by asian paints and the contractor on the job. There doesn't seem to by any coordination. We are very disappointed by the harassment and are seriously thinking of stopping the services midway and get it done by other company. The trust on Asian paints on getting job done smoothly has only added more stress to us.

I have purchased apex shine from M/s Mittal Paints, Subhash Nagar, Meerut. i have noticed that in the packing of asian paints, they sold duplicate products. Some packs are genuine but some are duplicate. please send your area manager and take samples from these shops and its supplier from which he purchase i.e. Kumar Traders, Meerut and Orient Traders etc. who supplies to M/s Mittal Paints and stop cheating with customers.

We have a serious concern about the delay in the completion of the Re-paining work, which is going on from last two years where as it was suppose to complete in 3 months. We do understand the Pandemic situation is playing some role in the delay however this delay is purely from the re-painting partner and beyond committed schedule. Following are few points which we have highlighted during the meeting.

- After the Pandemic ( Lockdown) we started the work in Feb 2021 wherein the partner has committed that the work will get completed in the next three months however to date the work is not completed.
- We have received hallow promises from the partner even for the small tasks where he has never done the timely completion of any task.
- We have off-front purchased all the Material as per his requirement and also helped him clear all this due in time, we have even given him some advance on his request.
- Post-Diwali holidays no one turned up for the work. Now the situation is we have all the material and paid all the till date dues but our work is not completed.
- Ducts and Staircases are still not completed.

Asinpaint is also not helping us and applicators' is adding delays

Dear sir I have redeemed my master stroke points 20000in date 23 September 2021, , , and 17 September 2021 .company call senter are tell me the money transfer in my bank account but money is not credited
in my account...so please solve my problem

I bought Asian paints royal shyene colour from Asian paints authorized dealer whose details I gathered from company website. Now after painting is done my wall is leaving so many watermarks which should not happen at all. When I lodged complaint to Asian paints support team so they are saying the colour is made from wrong base as per the information given in the box but Dealer is not ready to accept this and keep saying that no I have done right process. Now it is just blame game happening and I none of the party is listening to my problem. My complete wall is looking very bad as there are so many water marks. Kindly help me on this.

We used Asia paint wall putty for interior it showing bubbles

We had bought 20L of Ice Grey Royale Luxury Matte for first coat of paint from an authorised distributor. After painting the floor, we realised that something was off with the shade. It looked blue when Ice Grey falls into it's category of whites. We took it to the store who confirmed that this was the wrong shade. They escalated my issue and someone from Asian Paints office came and confirmed that the shade I had recieved was completely different. The manager then called me and very generously said that they would replace my product. What they failed to acknowledge is the other monetary loss I had suffered because of their faulty product. I had suffered monetary loss from : initial 2 coats of primer + labour for the coats of primer plus the paint and the fixing cost of the additional primer to mask the wrong color and the labour cost to redo the whole thing which feels very unfair to me. They are replacing my paint, taking care of a very small fraction of the loss I had suffered, which is less than bare minimum. I had gone with Asian Paints because they claim that they are the best. I picked a color and bought their most expensive version available because I wanted the best for my house. Instead it ended up costing me an ungodly amount of money and a devil may care attitude from their staff for no fault of my own. So, why even pick the so called best brand of paints? There was no accountability on their side. They are treating this issue with so little care for the customer and their loss that it is just appalling.

I purchased four one litre ACE - 8101 Milan Red in Asian paint distributor, Radha nagar Main Road, Chromepet, Chennai. The quality of material is very poor (Very Thin- lesser viscosity compare to actual material quality),

This disaster started on march 2022, a few days back when i contacted this so called professional company asian paints and paid Rs. 30, 000/- almost in advance believing they will fulfil their promises.
After all visit by Mr. Azhar Daulat (he was a kind man, but his hands were tied and he didn't help us), the work was started by a lousy contractor who was sending maximum of two people to do the job, that too on alternate days. They took nearly about 2 weeks to complete the painting, the workers didn't understand normal Hindi language.! All the work that we expected was not done!
NO NEATNESS AT ALL, DESTROYED MY WIFI BECAUSE OF PAINTS, BROKE MY VASE, SCREWED OVER MY ENTIRE PLACE WITH DIRT, I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE!!

Along with that, they were supposed to complete one wall for wall paper pasting with oil primer! they bluffed and used water primer and now we are helpless, but to get oil primer extra done for the wall paper to be up there!!

I WILL NEVER recommend ASIAN PAINTS to any one! We pay extras to these big companies for assured work not for some stupid work.

Hello sir I'm from Tumsar Maharashtra I Purchased The Asian paints 20 litre to 10litre various paints of Asian paints from your dealer/shop The shop is located in Nagpur Maharashtra pin 440024

The dealer or shopkeeper gives me the Fraud bill and rate also increases in the bill It was very disappointing experience to me please take necessary action against the shopkeeper. I will send you the bill and details of shop. The name of the shop is vaibhav hardware and Paint Bidipeth Datare Nagar Nagpur contact number [protected]
He will not give me proper bill and he will charge me extra charges of gst rate.

This nightmare started in may 2019 when i contacted this so called professional company asian paint and paid rs 110000 in advance believing they will fullfill their promises.
After all visit by mr. Smeer and mr sachin, the work started by a lousy contractor who will send mainly one guy to do the job. After about a month he stopped coming and the nightmare started of their representatives coming and taking pictures and agreeing to rectify all wall full of crake and uneven paint mess.
It is almost 3years i am chasing them and requesting that please finish the job.their representatives particularly mr.sachin begs for his helplessness and pleads that he tried his best but somewhere someone in the company is delaying it.
Tell me what to for the cheating and metal herrasment i am gone and going through after paying my hard earned money for this fraud.

I have been waiting for warranty service to be provided for the complaint number 00001419 raised on Asian paint customer care.
However the dealer has been ignoring and have not providing any service till date. Kindly help

I got a complete painting and waterproofing work done at my flat C2/89 A Keshav Puram. Delhi through Asian paints in the month of Nov 2021. Within a fortnight water bubbles were formed on the wall and the same was shown to the Asian paint representative who supervised the job. Although it was promised that it will be attended at the earliest nothing has happened till date after numerous complaint at various level and also looking in with the customer care On 28 Jan with a complaint number of [protected].
I am told that the team is discussing the issue for the past 4 months
