Dear Sir
Your authorised vendor Digitali from Central road, Hazinagar, South 24 pgs(N)-743135 involved on work for painting outside wall of our flat premises. But now Subhrajyoti Ghosh proprietor of Digitali ignored to give warranty paper and showing absurd reason.
During painting period Dip Banerjee of Asian Paints are also visit our premises, but now he tell us that warranty dispute can be solved by vendor.
Please give attention seriously in this matter.

Hi,
I have complained (complaint number: 291221C19236) about painting issues came up within just 15 days after availing Safe Painting Services from such an esteemed worldwide company like Asian Paints on 28 Dec, 2021 through mail including all the supporting documents and pictures.

The mail is having subject : Complaint about walls swelling after availing Asian Paints Safe Painting Service

But, every time, I send a reminder mail to customercare, they reply that "it is already escalated, somebody from the concerned team will contact me soon".

But its now almost 1 month (today is 21-Jan-2022), nobody contacted me.
Need urgent action on my complaint no: 291221C19236.

Hope, this time also, they don't reply the same as before :
"We have escalated your concerns once again to the relevant department. They will look into this issue at the earliest and work towards resolving all your queries."

We would like to inform you that your concerns are duly noted, and the respective teams have been notified about the same.

We assure you that our team will contact you and address all the issues faced by you. "

I have recently painted my house . The local dealer charged me 66500 for just paints. After the painting has completed I understand there were few patches which are clearly visible. When I approached the dealer he said that is how the paints will be. This is really shocking to me. After spending the entire amount he simply said that the Color’s that I selected have the problem. They will show patches.

I trusted the Asian paints brand and now I am in a situation that I should not recommend the Asian paint to anyone.

If you are really concern about my issue plz show me the solution.

Dear Team,
I painted my house with Asian paints but now paints started faded and I complaint Asian paints regarding this many times but no solution provided yet.

They not giving after sale service and my paint is under warranty.

It is almost 8 months, we are facing issues with Asian Paint.

The work is completed and took almost 10 months. Now every time when I asked about my certificate it is telling it is under process.

Please look into it or else I have to take legal action as fraud and misselling.

Waiting for an update about my 6 years warranty certificate which is still pending.

In Uthangarai (635207) Asian paints dealer Sakthi&Co is not providing any bills when purchasing the Asian Paints. Please consider this complaint and take a necessary action on this.
While we asked to provide a bill, they provided attached bill and find serial number of the .

Damp in inner wall increases post application of damp proof in outer wall.

Nishant Ghode here, I did my painting in April 2021 and after that my home was locked. When I came back in July 2021 I see wall cracks are open. I immediately talked with the person who was taking care of my painting. He asked me to talk to Manager, the manager visited my home and agreed that it was mistake and we will do something. After that I am trying to reaching out to both of them but no one is responding the calls.
Not happy with the service I spend around 60K and within 2 to 3 months crack sealed open up. both the persons
I am trying to call them so many times but not responding to my calls and when I tried from other number they immediately responded the call.

I have painted my home last year but within few months the ants started eating and making weird patterns on walls. I am very much disappointed. Please provide some solution asap.

Now customers are being tourchered and harassed by asianpaints through their associate and the contractor hired by him. I am the victim of asianpaints. Multiple times called to customer care and sent the mail but didn't get any responses by asianpaints. I suggest very strongly to not go for interior painting by asianpaints. I have paid the money, didn't get the work done.

Its been 2 months since i have bought a 6600 rs worth of machine which stopped working working two three days of purchase. Took me a week to register the complaint and it’s been 40 days since no one has connected to me

We chose Asian Paints because of quality and experience but both contractor and customer executive are not trained properly from day one the work is not proper. He gave the quotation for every step but not following it without even sanding they started painting. No proper site visit or management. I have already launched a complaint but still not resolved still work is pending .Now they are charging more for the same work and same square feet and same paint .Even after providing quotation we accepted their charges but still work hasn't started. They keep on asking for more, very unprofessional team very much disappointed to the service and staff Mentally tortured.
Sir kindly look into this matter and do complete our work within the same quotation and time ..

Hi,

I am customer of Asian paint and from 8 months, I am facing lot of issues from Asian paint employees,

I have done my Asian water proofing solution on March which was not properly done by the people, without using tapes they just painted, and afterwards there was leakage problem.

When I complaint they told white tape is not available, we will paint again which they dod on October 27. And they told within 45 days your certificate issued.

Now whatever work they have done, not upto the mark and no finishing. When I asked about the certificate, they are telling it is under approval.

People are so lazy and not professional at all. Services are poor and i will going to give bad review in every social media platform. Commitment no delieverd in time and not able to do the job in the better way

Please looking into it.

Hi,

It is very sad from Asian paint company, I am from bagdogra, small place given a work for damp proof solutions and the work not done properly in March 2021, and again they finished the work on October 2021 and the finishing work not done properly, but still I am happy but not a satisfied customer.

Till now I am not issued certificate and people (Asian paint) working in my place not bothered to give me update.

As a Asian paint company and indias largest painting company, not expected the service and the people working there is not professional and not honest, always have excuses .

Request you please take immediate action and issue my certificate.

We have opted for Asian Paints damp proofing via Asian Paints safe painting services in month of aug-sept, which didn't lasted for a month, when we tried to contact Asian Paints in month of October, their customer executive Mr Vikas, told us that they will redo the damp proofing after Diwali, which we did agree, so that they can work on it in their free time, and when we recontacted them after 10 November which is 5 days after the Diwali, He stated that dealer had denied the service and request is in process.

Even after multiple follow - ups they still saying its in process at the time of writing this complaint which is[protected].

I just want to either have my money back or have them complete the task which they have promised, This is truly a terrible service and now I'll never be going to use Asian Paint services,

I would request you to please arrange a REFUND for me as attached are the pictures of damaged area and if we will go for touching then the color will be different in same wall, this is also confirmed by contractor (Painted in our home).
I have to chase with Asian Paint dealer again and again but he never calls by his own and never came to see the BAD QUALITY of work done. Also he has done a lot of fake promises.
