Its been 2 months since i have bought a 6600 rs worth of machine which stopped working working two three days of purchase. Took me a week to register the complaint and it’s been 40 days since no one has connected to me

    We chose Asian Paints because of quality and experience but both contractor and customer executive are not trained properly from day one the work is not proper. He gave the quotation for every step but not following it without even sanding they started painting. No proper site visit or management. I have already launched a complaint but still not resolved still work is pending .Now they are charging more for the same work and same square feet and same paint .Even after providing quotation we accepted their charges but still work hasn't started. They keep on asking for more, very unprofessional team very much disappointed to the service and staff Mentally tortured.
    Sir kindly look into this matter and do complete our work within the same quotation and time ..

      Hi,

      I am customer of Asian paint and from 8 months, I am facing lot of issues from Asian paint employees,

      I have done my Asian water proofing solution on March which was not properly done by the people, without using tapes they just painted, and afterwards there was leakage problem.

      When I complaint they told white tape is not available, we will paint again which they dod on October 27. And they told within 45 days your certificate issued.

      Now whatever work they have done, not upto the mark and no finishing. When I asked about the certificate, they are telling it is under approval.

      People are so lazy and not professional at all. Services are poor and i will going to give bad review in every social media platform. Commitment no delieverd in time and not able to do the job in the better way

      Please looking into it.

        Hi,

        It is very sad from Asian paint company, I am from bagdogra, small place given a work for damp proof solutions and the work not done properly in March 2021, and again they finished the work on October 2021 and the finishing work not done properly, but still I am happy but not a satisfied customer.

        Till now I am not issued certificate and people (Asian paint) working in my place not bothered to give me update.

        As a Asian paint company and indias largest painting company, not expected the service and the people working there is not professional and not honest, always have excuses .

        Request you please take immediate action and issue my certificate.

          We have opted for Asian Paints damp proofing via Asian Paints safe painting services in month of aug-sept, which didn't lasted for a month, when we tried to contact Asian Paints in month of October, their customer executive Mr Vikas, told us that they will redo the damp proofing after Diwali, which we did agree, so that they can work on it in their free time, and when we recontacted them after 10 November which is 5 days after the Diwali, He stated that dealer had denied the service and request is in process.

          Even after multiple follow - ups they still saying its in process at the time of writing this complaint which is[protected].

          I just want to either have my money back or have them complete the task which they have promised, This is truly a terrible service and now I'll never be going to use Asian Paint services,

            I would request you to please arrange a REFUND for me as attached are the pictures of damaged area and if we will go for touching then the color will be different in same wall, this is also confirmed by contractor (Painted in our home).
            I have to chase with Asian Paint dealer again and again but he never calls by his own and never came to see the BAD QUALITY of work done. Also he has done a lot of fake promises.

              Our house was painted in 2020 with the Asian paints ultima protek. After few months we found a problem in our interior walls. Some group of ants had been eating the paints away in a fibrous root pattern & we are very disappointed with this kind of pest attack in asian paints. So, please help us to resolve this problem.

                We have painted our home in the beginning of the year. Now, Wall painting getting peel off. It not yet completed 1 year.

                Inspite of multiple compliant, no action taken from Asian paints.

                I have received call from Asian paints on Monday indicating it is rased with concerned department however did not got any resolution till date. Also came to know that internally this complaint is closed marking application error. Instead of closing it should be assigned to concerned team.

                  Hi,

                  I have raised complaint (220921C16319,[protected] in the month of Sep-21 and technical team visited my home. Based on review team has identified application and quality issues including crack material and quality of paint.

                  I have been informed that work will be repaired in 1 week however even after 3 month it is not started. I have been following up regularly and was just getting response that it will be started soon.

                  Not sure the SLA for this resolution. Request your help on the same.

                      Hi I had purchased Nilaya wallpaper from Asian paints authorised vendor with premium cost because Asian paints known about his quality but my case its worst experience because after two days colours peel off & showing line line on wallpaper.

                          Sir,

                          Your Technician Mr. Muthu Sankar his contact No. [protected], is coming and check the Apex paint Buckets ( 4 * 20 - 80 Litre) also check Asian Wall Primer Exterior Buckets (50 Litre) and take pictures.

                          Now discusses with suppliers and ask to painters paint the sample (Raw Paint) with out pouring the water but sample also same issue and they (Mr.Muthu Sankar) arranged 2lts sample shade no. 2950 but Apex17C Base instead of 20G Base as per instruction with out pouring water and Painted now issue was solved.

                          But your are compensate only 40 Litre and also myself 20 Litre new bucket exchange with Apex shade no. 2950 but Apex17C Base instead of 20G Base. As per your instructions instruction with out pouring water and Painted but your 17C base paint will be very diluted conditions now painting work pending due to the shortage paint.

                          Already myself asked 80 Litre but yourside only compensated 40 Litre and myself exchange 20 Litre now 20 Litre requires balance work, the shortage due to without pouring water as per your Technician instructions & Apex 17C base paint very dilute condition.

                          Myself informed your sale people only completed the painting work and close the Complient but they insisted me don't worry in any issue they're take care me, because with in 24hrs issue will be closed and gentle man agreement myself close the issue, Now issue was arises because of the Your paint quality.

                          Today morning(18/10/2021) contact him (sale person) still now no response and last Five days with out work Painter waiting due to shortage.

                          Apart from this issue, Already Two days no work processed, waste of manpower & money due to this 20G Base issue.

                          Due to the Man Power problem, Time Factor and your side no one response till last week, Myself procured another 40 Litre Apex 7950 17C Base (2*20) From M/S Valli Paints Devakottai and completed the painting work.

                          So kindly request to reimburse us 40 Litre paint Cost because I used 100 Litre of paints used for second coat only already one coat painted Apex 20G Base, if have any clarification send your people to site or paint dealer (m/s Valli Paints).

                          Once again requested to you reimburse the cost of 40 Litre paint (Apex 7950 17C) immediately because of your paint Apex 7950 17C problems and apart from this issue more than seven days manpower (7*4 =28) paint labour's cost should be refund because of your people delay & Paint Quality.

                          Till now issue not solved., Kindly solve the problem at the earliest, already more than one month over.

                            1. There is paint peeling of one side of the wall.
                            2. There are air bubble on one of the walls.
                            3. There are spot which have developed on the wall.

                            I have raised the same through email and sent to [protected]@asianpaints.com. The engineer did visit after the COVID first wave and he has said things would be addressed.
                            Now that COVID second wave has ended and cases reduced, can the Asian Paint team pick up the issue.

                            The complaint has still not even been picked up. One of the service resource called and shocked to hear that it is reflecting "Work in progress at Site" for 18 months.

                            It looks like that customer complaint addressing has gone down for such a repute Brand.

                              I had opted for painting of my home through asian paints.
                              i had extremely bad experience and got very bad service and bad finishing

                              first, i got the quote and i accepted it
                              at the time of work start they increased the quote
                              i accepted it though

                              when work started, they used wrong material for DB2K work and they broke wall again and filled material again which wasted by 1week
                              i had deadline to finish work by diwali

                              after filling the wall they didnt not even do proper levelling of walls and then argued with me that finishing cannot be of proper level

                              moreover in a hurry to finish work by diwali they did not wait for material to dry and painted the home.
                              they promised that they would do touch up work if any problem arrives or any bubbles come.

                              now one part of home bubbles have come and when i contact them they are not picking my phone

                                Today morning(18/10/2021) contact him (sale person) still now no response and last Five days with out work Painter waiting due to shortage.

                                Apart from this issue, Already Two days no work processed, waste of manpower & money due to this 20G Base issue.

                                Due to the Man Power problem, Time Factor and your side no one response till last week, Myself procured another 40 Litre Apex 7950 17C Base (2*20) From M/S Valli Paints Devakottai and completed the painting work.

                                So kindly request to reimburse us 40 Litre paint Cost because I used 100 Litre of paints used for second coat only already one coat painted Apex 20G Base, if have any clarification send your people to site or paint dealer (m/s Valli Paints).

                                Once again requested to you reimburse the cost of 40 Litre paint (Apex 7950 17C) immediately because of your paint Apex 7950 17C problems and apart from this issue more than seven days manpower (7*4 =28) paint labour's cost should be refund because of your people delay & Paint Quality.

                                Till now issue not solved., Kindly solve the problem at the earliest, already more than one month over.

                                    1800 sq. ft. painting started at 28th Oct 2021 estimated date to be finish was 6-7 days. Today is the 7th day and still 3 days of work is remaining. We are losing money because we are renting a place on weekly basis. Now if we extend then we'll need to pay more rent. When the consultant showed up lots of false promises were made. Now the contractor and consultant does not pick up the phone when we call them. Contractor makes false promises like we get more people and finish up the work but still the same. One guy shows up at 10 am in the morning leaves by 5:30 pm in the evening. If ask him anything he says this is what they have told me to do. We are stuck and need help desperately.
