I have recently painted my house the above product but not quite happy as when the chair or any furniture touches the wall surface the paint stick and gets peeled off leaving a white patch.. A touch up at the required place leaves a patch and looks quite bad.
I have always been using Asian Paints products in the past and have never faced any such problems.. This is the first time..I have spent quite an amount. Can you please help me.

    I purchase the asian apcolite colour from apna hardware and electrical situated in wadi near rahul hotel dattawadi nagpur ...I asked the dealer to make a colour of code 8253 ( rason song) colour with the base of apcolite premium emulsion the made for me ...but after enquiry the same colour with other asian paint authorise dealer the said that this colour can't be make with this base of apcolite it can be made in royal or royal shine ..i want to complaint against Apna hardware and electrical ..

      I have bought this product Asianpaints- ACE exterior emulsion 10L.
      In this paint I have mixed a asina stainer. This paint is discolor after painting on wall even after two coated.
      If I am using same stainer with another product that is not discolor

          I had bought a 20 lit bucket of Ace Advance Antique white 0940 shade with batch number Z9 & bucket no, . 0052O678320 packed on 07/2021
          While mixing the paint I found chunks of solidified paint at the bottom.
          did not expect such quality lapse from Asian
          Thougn I can use the paint after sieving it but would reduce my usable paint

            Ants eating exterior paint

            I Suhail Khan registered with Asain paints for interior painting of my house with an normal pattern of 2coats of putty, 1 coat of primer and two coats of paint. But to my surprise it was going as per making maximum profit which started by robbing the materials and not applying 2 coats of putty on all walls which resulted in very inferior quality job.
            We realised it very late after the payment of 90% which now they refute all charges and have stopped the work when we asked for rectifying all bad quality job.
            I’ve complained on their customer service no : 20529124. but no action

              Painting v substandard- painting was done from 12.08.2012– 05.09.2021 and it’s already started peeling off and flaking on the ceiling of both the bedrooms. At the entrance of the flat the wall was supposed to be oil painted- wrong colour was brought and used when I insisted it was incorrect- it was changed and 2 coats of the correct colour was applied then and there. So— 4 coats of paint at one time results in paint sagging and not drying for a week— pics are enclosed. Kindly look into the problem and resolve.

                Called Asian paints customer care for painting work.
                Business executive reached to me for estimating the work.
                He suggested Asian paints health shield paint for my house in different colors., approx 50k.
                Work completed in a week time.

                Later after 2.5 months, all walls become white and observed while layer on the wall.

                I have informed the issue to Asian paints business executive and raised Asian pains customer care ticket.

                Person from Asian paints, came to my home, . Took pics if walls. He said, they will repaint the walls. In few days.

                but, no one responded. No body from Asian paints or deller. turned up to fix the issue.

                spent 60k., . no use. and no response from customer care.

                Pl do not go for Asian paints customer care for hime paintings .

                      Hi There,

                      I availed painting service 5 months back, I was told that I have a warranty of 3 years for the paint but I see that paint is peeling out and shading out just in 3 months. I have shared my first complaint on Jul 27th and since then following up but issue is not resolved. This is the complaint number 270721C15006. Tried reaching out through emails and phone, every time I get a standard response stating someone is looking into it but nothing has been done yet

                      Also, I made all my payments but I haven't received the receipts of my payments and have been following up with executive but haven't received the payments receipts yet.

                      Request the team to look into it and help this fixed.

                      Today marks 10 days and I haven't received any response...Does replies added by Asian paints in this forum are genuine or those are just to make users fool?
                      No one from Asian Paint team has reached out to me, It is more than 25 days now and forget solving the problem team didn't even bother to acknowledge the complaint
                      Hi Team,

                      Someone from Asian Team reached out on Oct 30th and said that they are busy because of Diwali and other festivals and technician will visit after Diwali, I waited till date and it is again a month and no response. I am sending messages but no one is responding.
                      Is it some kind of a strategy to fool users, someone will reach out and will say it will be fixed and will never come back again. This has happened 3 times till date.
                      I have been following past 6 months, whoever comes agrees that its an issue but no one addresses it. Please team look into it and get this fixed.

It hasn't even been a month but the painting of my new house is so bad the paint and putti is starting to coming out of the walls and the overall finishing is very bad. The paint quality is also very bad I have settled the full amount but the service that I received is very bad.                           We have given advance rupees 70 thousand to asian paints employee for exterior textured paint at our house, he gave quotation of rupees 50 per square feet including all materials and ensured us that work will be done by Asian paints trained employees under supervision of jaskaran and booked swirly circles design which we selected from catalogue. They collected amount in first week of September but didn't on our site, they mentally harrassed us lot by delaying our work and gave excuse that trained team is busy on other sites in dhuri and other areas and they will do best work at our site, at last well trained team came and started work and clearly told us not to interfere in the work process they will give same results as shown in the catalogue but when work progress it looks very ugly and when we told them that design is no where closer to swirly circles design which we have selected in catalogue they started misbehaving with us, now they are not coming to our site and avoiding us by not picking our phone. From last many days we our putting our complaint on customer care and they are assuring us that relevant team will contact us but from last five days no body is taking care o[censored]s, we are very much mentally disturbed due to asian paints team, please guide us what to do now

                              Never take this service. You can get much better service for a much cheaper price with local contractors. Basically, Asian Paints only hire local contractors, but charge you higher rates. They take the commission, but DO NOT provide you the professional service you expected. They would promise to move all your stuffs, but in reality you would end up arranging your own home goods, use your own bed sheets to cover your goods. They would completely damage your floor or appliance and is not even concerned about it. They hire all cheap contractors, who will even misbehave with you. Forget about all safety protocols, contractors never wear masks or follow any protocols. This is a scam, be aware of it.

                                  I am doing my painting services through Asian Paints which I think I did a big mistake. From day 1 I was told that the last phase of sanding process will be a machine work no man made sanding will be done in the last phase. But to my surprise nothing has happened according to their promises. Moreover the most ridiculous thing is that till now no executive has been appointed to my site. So everyday I have to visit the site leaving all my work aside. And the customer relation officer who actually was there when contract was formed hardly pick up my phone. Whenever you will need him he will never pick up phone.
                                  This is really really a unprofessional attitude from your side. Either you solve my issue or I have to think some different way.

                                    I have been following this case for last one year with no result. Every now and then somebody drops and gives valued opinion with nothing happening at ground level. Mr Bishal Singh who has been assigned this job and promised me to do it under his supervision has not been answering my messages. But not opening a master stroke app. Temporary inactive this Bp number screening. I am already complaint for Asian paint repsentative.
