Sir, I am Mr Pawale from pune. I had given order to Asian paint to paint my residence flat in June 2021. It was painted by your dealer Abhijeet Kakde under the observation of your Associate Mr Namdev Mudagade.
I had paid the total cost of painting Rs 710000/- to Abhijeet Kakde by chaque.
Details are as follows :-
1) 07/06/2021, Chq No.715477, Rs 25000/-
2) 22/06/2021, Chq No.715478, Rs 25000/-
3) 02/07/2021Chq No.715479, Rs 21000/-
From June 2021, i am calling to Your Associate Namdev Mudagade for total payment receipt, but he was not responding still. also he was not giving a payment receipt.
To get a receipt I also complaint on phone to customer care as per CID NO.20119551
Still I am waiting.
So please do the needful as early as possible to get me painting payment receipt.

I am Auth. dealer Eazy CRS of Asian Paints MA Traders, Sardarshahar and my Customer ID is 242905. TSO Mr Ayush Territory of Sardarshahar (Churu) is not working well. He makes bills without order. He has no good knowledge of Asian Paints products. Due to lake of Asian Paints knowledge my business is no more growth. There is no full supply of materials. He has no knowledge of making bills from Jodhpur. So, please arrange us other new TSO for running smoothly progress. All dealers of this territory is very puzzled and worried about TSO Mr Ayush.

I got painted 8 days ago and the paint crust is coming off.

Hi,

I have just got our house painted with Asian Paints - Premium (Apcolite).

However, one of the colors (purple) is just not coming well on the wall. We first tried 2 litres (5 coats) of Fresh Orchid (Color code- 9111) on 10 x 10 ft wall. It resulted in very dull finish, color variation and white patches all over. So, we decided to go for little more brighter shade i.e. Iris Impact (Color code - 7109). We again used 2 litres (5 coats) but it also resulted in the same problem of color variation with white patches.

FYI, we have used all the guidelines o[censored]sing the primer and putty. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO OTHER (COLOR) WALL HAD THIS ISSUE.

We are now stuck with a badly colored wall with around 10 coats. Please refer to the attached pic.

If this is the RESULT of certain colors, Asian Paints shouldn't be publishing it in their color chart. I have spent Rs 1, 400 in (purple) color (only) and Rs 1, 200 in labour for a single 10 x 10 ft wall.

I hereby seek a refund of Rs 2, 600. I urge for a quick resolution of this issue.

I am a resident of Flat-5A, Block-B in Starlight Twins, 245 Bombai Bagan Road, Kolkata-700061.
It is 2 blocks of G+5 complex.
Our entire building complex was recently painted by Asian paints.
I noticed water seapage in my flat and brought to the notice of the contractor just before the completion. They informed me that they have rectified the same after 2-3 days.
Recently I have again found the same problem at the same position.
I sent an email to Mr. Vaibhav Gupta of Asian paints informing the problem attaching the photo and also spoke to him with our Secretary.
Again after 2-3 days I again sent him the reminder email.
I regret to inform you that till date neither any action has been taken nor any information has been received from him.
I am attaching the work order, warrenty and the previous emails for your reference.

Request you to take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Hi, my Complaint No - [protected] /[protected]. From the last 3 months I have done smart care water proofing solution, but 6 yeras warranty not yet issued and also leakage happened. Already informed to Asian paint, people came and talk but no action taken or not able to solve my problem.

Please anybody looking into it and help or else I will got to consumer forum and raised the issue as fraud.

We applied damp proof paint to put terrace, and it’s not even been years and the paint started getting washed off.

White dust like spots on the walls within 2 months of painting and colour is faded.

I have complained to the service centre and after explaining them everything requested them to provide me the phone no. of head of jaipur so that I can talk to him regarding what is going (gross issues)on under his nose but the service provider from Mumbai was not even providing me his no. This itself imply that so unprofessional they are that they fear to give me the no. of jaipur head. Lots of wrong things are going on from their contractors and dealers inspite of the fact that I have booked Asian paints through online search and not through local venders

Please resolve my leakage problem i have applied dampproof advance on roof one month ago and so much water coming out from roof

I spent so much of money on my roof treatment with asian paint but zero result and so much of water come from upside of roof plz resolve this problem

we are using asian paints form long time but at this time i am facing a problem with asianpaints . the dealer near me [ ASHU ASIANPAINTS PALLAVPURAM PHASE 2 MEEERUT 250110 ] sujjested me to take APEX ADVANCED DUSTPROOF .I get painted my house few days before but now the paint get faded day by day . please resolve my problem as soon as possible .

Hi, I recently painted my house with Royale shyne as per the painting process and though the walls look good with it but still that paint can't even withstand a gentle scratch from 18 months baby, seriously! even with such a delicate scratch it can peel of quite easily and I am seriously disappointed and feel cheated for buying such a costly paint, didn't expect it to be so practically useless & is not worth the money. It is very worrisome especially since I have a baby in my house. How can Asian paints help me in regards to it.

Iam an Architect and I have never seen such a thing in my 10 years of experience!!!

Have anybody seen paint coming off while cleaning the wall with wet cloth just after a week of painting the wall...

Paints applied-
Asian paints apcolite premium on interior walls(got different shades on the wall after applying 3 coats of paints and the asian paints executive said it’s because of less usage of paint!)

Asian paints ultima on exterior walls.(paint got washed off while cleaning the dirt with a wet cloth. Asian paints executive does not know about this, I wonder what he will say for this)

And the executive is the biggest comedian(Mr.Arun from calicut kerala) after visiting the site, he offered 8 litres of paint and 5 labor charges for free!!! (Remember the compensation is to paint highlighter colours on each walls of 4 bedrooms, A double height wall at living, another wall and ceiling on living area and a 7m height exterior wall)And when I asked about job risk(to pack other walls, ceiling, floor, moving furnitures etc and other miscellaneous expenses, he said they cannot bare more)
He gave me two options- first one is to accept the offer and the second is to leave the case and do what I want. And I accepted the second offer.

After painting our socy bulding from outside The Bedroom walls are damp and internal paint surface is damaged

Hi Team,
This is regarding complaint against asian paints which we used to paint our house in year 2020.
But its not even 1 year completed and the paint is peeling off from the walls
which is looking very bad.

We want to get it repaired by the company as soon as possible.

I have used the Royale Shyne for all my walls and ceilings, followed every instruction provided by Asian paints, but the paint is getting scratched very easily, even just with a finger

I don’t know know what I am supposed to do with this, I have already painted whole house with it, it have no durability at all
