Please see the attached invoice and pictures. I had purchased the Asian paint on 11th Dec 2021. Outer coat of subject paint is getting ate by ants and rodents. I had reported the concern to Asian paint customer service centre and service personnel assured they will take care of the issue and reach back to me, but until now no response.

    Inspite of our complaint written on May 10th there is no response from the Asian paints. During lockdown Government has given permission for construction activities even though no one has bothered about complaint and the service till date. If this continue in the same way we would leave the trust on you .Kindly resolve our problem huge hindrance is created to us .Hoping for the Best.

      Hello,

      I hired Asian Paint painter named Umesh Maurya, BP number: [protected], Contact number:[protected] &[protected]
      Because he showed me registered Asian Paint ID.
      But ran away by taking money also without completing my house paint work.

      He only finishes 30% work and demanding money where in I already paid him 25k jus for 3 days of work.

      When denied he angry on me and ran away tried calling almost 40-45 time but no luck.

      I request asian paint to take strict action against such painter so others should not face such problem.

      Also I request to make my payment given to painter.

        I paid the full amount in advance in November 2020 and Asian paint painters completed their work on 11th January 2021 but no Invoice provided at that time as per them I will get it via mail. Soon after a couple of months the paint and wallpaper coming out from the walls and I am chasing them under the service complaint [protected] since that time but no response is provided yet. Just mail chain going on and I am the sole person who keeps on asking the date/time when they can come and resolve the issue. This is like mentally harassing the consumer.

          Ants eating the wall paint

          Last year in may I painted my whole house with royal Asian paints and now the ants are eating up the wall paint making beautiful patterns which are making are walls to look ugly. Please provide the solution...

          I have appionted Asian Paints painting service to do complete painting of my flat at 19 Manujendra Dutta Road, Kolkata-28, they took the job, and did this service through their dealer National Paint House, Manicktola ( Debanshu Baidya was the contractor for paint service on behalf of Asian Paints). Now it is completed 45 days only, and we have noticed the following…..
          1) Crack on the walls, but they used Asian Paints wall putty and painnts.
          2) In some Area of false celling paints is fedding and coming out.
          3) Contractor took extra money to use silicone to cover up the gaps of doors and aluminium pannel windows, but few parts it was not done completely.

          Also the wall papers supplied and pested on the wall is having permanent folds.

          Disgusting quality and overall experience is very bad. Never expected a company like Asian Paints.

            I had placed order for viprotek hand sanitizer and hand wash on Asian Paints official website on 16/05/21. The Order No.76534263 was prepaid. I received confirmation mail which assured me delivery in 3-4 working days.
            Forget about delivery, the order was dispatched on 21/05/21 via Ecomex when I wrote a mail to asian paints on 20/05/21.
            Further I was assured delivery on 24/05/21. One can understand this much of delay may be owing to COVID-19 pandemic.
            I received message from Ecomex on 25/05/21 that my order is out for delivery but in the evening I received message that order couldn't be delivered because my address was unlocatable. This was obvious alibi, as same Ecomex for different vendors have made delivery on my given address besides Amazon, first cry, bigbasket, jiomart and others are making me delivery on same address. Surprisingly I didn't receive any call from delivery agent if they really had any trouble in locating my address.

            I wrote second mail to asian paints on 26/05/21 informing it about such deliberate default. I received reply on 27/05/21 and I was assured that soon I will get delivery.
            I again received message on 28/05/21 that my order is out for delivery and again in the evening same message that delivery couldn't be completed because my address was unlocatable. I again didn't receive any call from delivery agent.
            I immediately called asian paints customer care number and informed about above fact situation. Interestingly the executive was defending its above referred shipping partner. The way I was dealt with was worst than a government department, even they dont do it nowadays.
            Well i was told we will look into it but no commitment for delivery and in the meantime I was asked to correct my address.
            I also talked about refund but customer care executive told me that when the shipment is received back by asian paints only then my refund can be processed i.e. another 10-15 days.

            Its amazing, asian paints does not know and has no control over its shipping partner as to when it will deliver to its customers and to itself also. Hence they have no word on exact date of delivery and refund.
            As on today I haven't received delivery. I wonder what kind of business model asian paints is practising. If it wants to do business and grow, then how that will be possible by harssing customers.
            Asian paints has no personal rivalry with me. So there may be many more victims of its business tactics.
            Importantly they have received money from me on 16th and since then they are enjoying it. My order amount may not be that big. What If there are more customers like me .
            So taking money from customers in the name of online shopping, not making delivery for 15-20 days on different pretext then ultimately customer will seek refund but asian paints will be left with interest which it earns by keeping amount of customer for 20-25 days. So it seems to be profit making business.

            I will be taking asian paints to appropriate court of law to stop it from practising unfair trade practice and save other customers from similar harassment.

            So my advise don't buy form asian paints online shopping and if you want to don't prepay for your order.

            I received a mail form asian paints customer care that I was called but I disconnected the call.its utter lie, I have replied to mail accordingly. You should be honest in your job. I request you to refund my amount as soon as possible. Please dont take another 20 days to refund my amount.

              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: PROJECT WORK LEFT UNFINISHED.

              The issue that I have experienced was: On 20/01/2021, I/we entered into a contract with a contractor (SIRAJI ENTERPRISES) recommended by Asian Paints for the water proofing work of Jhansi Homes project.

              Unfortunately, the work has been left unfinished .
              As per contract, we have paid 90% of the amount asked by contactor in advance which was transferred earlier than the deadline provided

              It occurred on: 15/03/2021

              I highly recommend and advise you to sort the mentioned issues as soon as possible to boost up the pace of work in accordance with the Contract Agreement between our respective organizations. Quick action in this regard is expected from your side.

              Your company holds a great stature in the market and claims to be the best in terms of service and hence this is unacceptable for us to see such negligence and lack of professionalism from your team.

              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                  Where is my order?.. I haven't received any mail or any communication regarding the order status or dispatch details. Since last 2 days I am trying to get in touch with you through chat and everytime I get the same reply... Don't worry the concern team will revert back in next 24 hrs. I ordered on 25th may and today it's 27th May. As per the below mail I am supposed to get the products in 3 to 4 working days but till now I haven't received the courier details or dispatch details. What's wrong going on?

                  Plz return my money. I don't to buy anything. Such a big brand name and so so so pathetic customer service. Such a shame..I am going to highlight this issue on all social media platforms and will tag Asian Paints

But the only thing I want to say is you should keep sending all the updates timely so that the customers don't have to follow all the time. This was my 1st purchase and to get the POD details I had contacted 3 times. Anyway. Hope I will not have to face this in future.

                      I have purchased a 10 L pack of Apcolite Premium Emulsion and two steiner ( 2L - Daybreak 0942 & 8L - Rose petal, 0R08) from a local asian paints dealer. When my painter mixed 2L Daybreak 0942 its shade was completely different. When i raised this issue with the dealer he blamed the asian machine and mixed some Steiner by himself to the color which made it way darker than it actually was. Thought it was only 2L I hade just let it go and used that darker color which caused a major variation in my rooms two walls.

                      Again, same problem occurred when painter mixed 8L Rose petals 0R08 in remaining 8L of base colorant. Again when I went to dealer he mixed some Steiner by himself and the color became soo dark that and pinkish. When I asked the dealer to replace or reimburse me he used awful language and denied to replace the product.

                      After all this have complained to Asian paints customer care and the Asian Paints associate was of no use. He asked me to again go to the dealer and ask him to lighten the color and hung up on me. When I messaged him back there were no reply to my messages.

                        Team Asian paints,

                        We have requested so many time to your team to
                        Send some one to inspect out house for exterior paint options available in Asian paints.it’s been more than 3weeks we are waiting to hear from you. We tried to contact via customer service and they use to say wait for another 2 days we are sending some one. Still no action has been taken.
                        Could you please let me know are you guys serious about custmer service if you why these things took so much of time? Don’t you guys have any processing time for this?
                        We haven’t heard anything from you guys. Is there anyone who can help us? Our interior house paint work has been completed and we are waiting for you guys to give us some directions.
                        We are doing this paint work for coming family events.

                          One of our Apartment construction is going on in HSR Layout Bangalore .We have assigned to paint the building for Asian paints but service of Asian paints is not good they are not able to assign labours properly on time .If the same thing continues people will loose their Hopes on the company and people have to look some other company for the Paints.Hoping in future for the better services.

                              I have bought Tile guard blue 7325 from 2 different dealers in kannur. I bought from the second dealer when our painting was almost done and we were in need of another 14 ltrs. In total i bought 44 ltrs of this colour. But when the painting was half way through, we felt that the colurs are different. According to the dealers, the colourants added were different.

                              Delaer 1 added HT Blue, magenta and fast blue.
                              Dealer 2 added HT blue, magenta and Ht white.

                              Both are insisting that they have given the correct composition. I would like to know from Asian paints, which is the correct combination

                                Address: Ankur building Cabin road Bhayandar east Dist Thane 401105

                                I reside in Mumbai (Bhayandar). Nearly two months back in Feb`21 my whole house was renovated and after that painting work was carried out. My whole house was been painted by asian luster paint and after somedays i can see in some of the walls blue patch is visible on the wall. I want to know the reason behind this, using such a good quality of paint why such complains?? Kindly try to solve my problem as soon as possible as those patches are clearly visible to everyone its easy to catch.

                                  During Exterior wall putty and Primer, due to carelessness and unprofessional approach, the entire sidewalks adjacent to my house got white spots. Which can not be removed . Several times the same concern had been raised before they started the painting, still this happened. It needs to be compensated .
