I bought and applied Asian Paints Apex Ultima (Yellow) three weeks ago on my house's exterior side. I notice ants eating away the paint leaving white patches.

My house was painting with effect from[protected] as per your executive Sh. Pratap Shukla with Sh. Robin. As per Pratap Shula and Robin advised I fix Wall Paper. The painting and Wall Paper completed on[protected]. Now Wall Paper was not pasted properly or infix.
You are requested to repair the wall paper as early as possible. I have contact so many time Mr. Robin but he not pick up my call.
Please expedite the matter.

I have booked Asian paints safe Painting service for Painting and Enamel of my house in Chennai. Painting and enamel work is done on last Saturday(03 Apr 2021) but touchup and cleaning work was pending. Contractor( Saravanan) said they will complete pending touchup and cleaning work at the earliest. But after 1 week also still they did not come to site for pending touchup and cleaning work.

I have done water proofing on terrace of my bungalow on 6th march 21.. I did not receive warranty card as promised by the executive of Asian Paints

I would like to apprise you that we are from Indore Institute of Science & Technology. We are doing interior & Exterior painting of our existing Buildings. Already we have purchase material for priming work from your dealer Ganga Paints ([protected]).

The executive from Asian Paints who were coordinating our project were Mr Vidhyut ([protected]) & Mr. Amit ([protected]).

Now these guys are not responding from 2 weeks.

I request you to coordinate with these executives/other higher up for the smooth purchase of Exterior Apex Ultima. Ganga Paint & we are following regerously but it vains.

You are requested to look into the matter & do the needful.

Dear Sir/Madam:

I had complained about this to asian paints on Feb 12th. Their customer service person came to my house clicked pictures and since then there has been no action. Continued email follow-up and complaint on Facebook did not yield any result. Complaint ticket number provided by asian paints is ticket is [protected]. Hope to see a resolution in my lifetime.

Is this a way, you treat your customer? I am complaining regularly from Jan, 2021 about poor Polish service in my home. Till March, No one taking care any action and didn't got any message from you that you will take action?

One person Saurabh visited(Noida Area) from Asian paint and agreed to the faulty area and committed to re-polishing the same. A month back, i didn't get any update and i called him then he said we are following up with service provider. After some days he gave me the Deepak Agrawal (TSO Asian paint) number, he denied to take action when i said to publish on social media he agreed to resolved my issue on March, 2021.

But he didn't take any action as he promised. Now one month passed and no one is picking my phone calls.

Your Company is the worst company with the worst services and customer service.

Asian Paints do not care about the customer's problem.

I sended a colour matching of nickel grey 6126 and stoic grey 8430 of screen shot of asian paint pdf file to the lady worker of Vinayaka paints chitradurga karnataka, she din't saw by sms in which stoic grey 8430 showing brown colour, instead she gave me grey color to my father, when I gone shop and tell them they R simply lieing and ruding baldy, they don't Exchange my colour, fault done by them only and ruding badly, I am totally dissatisfied with this situatin in asian paint workers I loss my 1000rs and I'm requesting u to take strict action to these people of Vinayaka paints Chitradurga karnataka 577501.

Have took the damp proofing along with paint service at one of our premises at Delhi. Within month, we faced the issue as paint get eroded as damp proofing didn't worked.

I am coordinating with the person who provided the service from last 5 months. Every time he gave a date but couldn't keep his promise. I am writing this mail, as I now get fed up with such response of Asian Paints. Can I get a clear picture, whether my problem will be resolved or the guarantee/promise of paint & service was only for business motive only.

I have used Royal shine emulsion paint of Asian paints brand for my interior bedroom wall, Group of ants destroying the paints day by day, they are eating the paints and making a branch .I am very much dissatisfied with the Asian paints paint quality .they are taking a huge amount of money for this paint but if they can't provide the best quality then why should we trust Asian paints .

On the Website of Asian Paints Ultima Protek, , Asian Paints have declared that they are offering a Sliding warranty of 5 years for colour andSliding warranty of 10 years for waterproofing with excclusions

But some of your Dealers are making written Quotes for a
"Guarantee " of 10 years
We as customers are in confusion.

Kindly clarify what is your Official Offer from Asian Paints

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delay that is happening in painting our home. we already paid 50 percent of the amount but the work progress is not even 30 percent. And when I tried reaching out the office persons, there wasn’t any response. I kept trying to contact them for the past 1 month. Work had been delayed because of no proper response from the company person.
Kindly revert as soon as possible.

We did roof paint from Asian Paints, WARRANTY NO :7066664 - but there is no effect and the customer care associate does not respond to our issue at all

I have used Asian Paints services in the past and had repeated this based on the good experience I had in the past. However, this has not been the case this time.
Lead time issue: After assessment of the place for painting services, i was told the lead time will be one day. This is the third day and I still dont know how many more days it is going to take. The painters state, they have no idea on what is committed and they will take longer
Wallpaper: while the interaction with the person on WP was good (Chitra), the dealer (Manthan) has not communicated to me when this will be delivered. I am still waiting for a call back
Preparation: The last time around, all furniture was pooled together and covered in plastic sheets. This time, no such thing was done until asked. There is fine dust on all the sofas and speakers which i have to arrange to clean later. Some of the furniture was kept on the terrace and no attempt was made to move it back in post the job for the day. If it had rained or someone had stolen it, it would have been a loss for us
Paint types/ quality: the oil paint used in the kitchen has a very pungent smell. The painter is now saying i could have taken an alternate variant that has no/ lesser smell. Why wasn't this option provided upfront?
Communication: the dealer Manthan (mobile # [protected]) still remains incommunicado and does not answer any of my calls. After calling and messaging multiple times he agreed to call back over whatsapp but that still has not happened. I am unable to find an alternate number
Payment: 100% of the payment was made upfront though the dealer had stated 60% advance and 40% later. I feel if I had followed the split payment option, the dealer would have been forced to be available.
If the scope of work is too small for Asian Paints, they should refuse upfront. Based on the dealer experience, i am beginning to have a negative feeling about the brand.
If someone can look into this, and if this website does work, please have someone call me and give me a date when the work will be completed.

I have enquired on 7/03/2021, your representative visited on 10/0321 assess the area and assured to quotation on 11/03 21 but I have not received yet. So far three people talked on the subject, but they are asking me to follow with the representative visited.
I am surprised to know that getting a quotation from a privatycompany takes so much time and I have follow up like with government officials. It a strange and ridiculous. Even for getting quotation I have to face so much trouble how much struggle I have to undergo for completing the job . This typography attitude I would like to bring to top management

Small sugar ants eating interior paints in house

I upload image of my house for colour combination on 27 th February. But i contact with helplie but still now no answer from ezy colour consultancy.

My Cousin is in other country and he selected colors from Asia Paints android application. He selected the color(gray shade (7229)) from asian paints app but when we took the color from dealer, we got blue color shade with the same color code. I have raised an issue with asian paints and they sent agent to building location. He also confirmed that there is a color shade difference. I bought 2 boxes from dealer for this color shade and I got amount for one box but I didn't get the amount for another box. Below is the Complaint number I have raised...

Basically dealer doesn't have the license to mix the Ultra Protek brand but agent didn't cared about it.
I really disappointed with asian paints color shades and it's service.
Please don't choose Asian Paints.
I want the refund for the remaining box.
