I own a business in delhi.
In the month of september, 2019, i purchased a zmm integration tool for online business building from zepo.in. At the time of purchase, they promised various services and benefits. They even promised a demo/trial service of the product. But no such commitments or promises have been fulfilled by zepo.

I mailed them and even called them countless number of times but they never paid any attention...

Dear service provider,
We have taken a zepo courier professional 5 year plan on march 27th, 2018, for few months they provided a good service, later we started facing many overweight issue and delaying in receiving cash on delivery remittance.
Now they are not remitting the cash on delivery amount and other billing remittance amount they have made it cleared in the dashboard without transferring the amount to our account, the...

I received wrong product, why? I ordered vivo v15 pro but what they actually delivered me is chinese made phone so, i approach to zepo branch sr store (Which is located at mumbai & maharashtra) that which i've been deal with, for replacement but didn't get any response from them. So, here's my humble request to zepo service to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible and i've a evidence to fight with it. It's an necessary advise please 🙏thank you.

    Fraudulent opa opda charges to the tune of rs. 2 lakhs were arbitrarily applied and when we confronted them with data from courier companies (Who essentially said they had not applied these charges) they backtracked and said these are shipment charges

    Around rs. 2.5 cod is withheld with them and they are not responding.

    This is a fraud company and is using fraudulent means to cheat its customers

      We have paid Rs. 40, 000 as subscription fees and facing the worst service by Zepo. For past 2 months my remittance is pending with them and they have not remitted it to our account. When enquired they say they didnt deliver from courier partner. Now i have opened direct account with delhivery where there was no delay in remittance. The total remittance to be paid is Rs. 13000. Now they have charged ODA and sent bill of Rs. 10000. or which i enquired they say the courier company has charged them. Below i have attached the proof that delhivery has all service in the mentioned pincode but still they have charged. They are looting the customers. They have to be stoped and fined for engaging in unethical activities.

      I have a payable remittance of more than 50000, and instead of releasing my COD amount, zepo people are asking me 57000 amount as a illing amount, which includes so called ODA charges, however courier company doesnt have any charges like ODA for my shipments. Zepo charged me 50000 amount for the invoices generated around a year back also. i have no oher choice than going for an official police complaint now.

        Zepo technologies is a courier aggregator. Ethnic collage, an e-commerce site has taken their logistics services for delivering our products to our customers and collecting the cash on delivery amount from the customers on behalf of ethnic collage. Zepo then remits the amount to the account of ethnic collage twice a month - first and third week of each month. They missed the remittance on two due dates - sep 15, 2019 and oct 8, 2019. We have been trying to contact zepo technologies but they are responding for the past 1.5 months. The total remittance until oct 8 amounts to rs. 74340. If by chance, someone from customer service answers our calls, they promise that the amount will be remitted by end of day. But, it's been 1.5 months without any remittance. Kindly look into the issue.

          Booked parcels in Zepo by fedex, after 1 month delivery of parcel they charged me ODA/OPA charges without any notice from zepo or even they dont show this charges on zepo dash board of app at the time of booking shipping for the parcel, later the zepo sent remitance through email and now my 15000 blocked as membership in zepo as service is worst, while booking they commited to refund the whole amount if you dont like the service now this zepo company has 15000 rupees paid for 5 year plans in member with zepo, there are many other courier company with zepo, which dont charge oda/opa charges after delivery or dont fraud us by keeping rates low, take higher rates on finalising but dont ask for extra charges, after parcel get shipped, as even zepo company dont response correctly on phone call at service number, they says fedex has charged us so we are charging you, but even their dashboard dont show such kind of payments to pay, zepo has blocked by booking app, they says that i will have to first pay the remitance and than i will get the booking to do, as thats totally fraudulant, as they took 15000 as membership and now we have to request them or beg them to get service thats totally fraudulant, there are many local and ecommerce couriers where they first finallise the rates of shipping and then ship the courier, but fedex totally opposite, first shows cheaper rates and later takes extra charges which make loss of the sender, as this company is totally tie up with ecommerce website where advance are taken from customer and than additional charges occur they deduct from advance, which makes totally loss to the service buyer or consumer

            I am a zepo user and i have purchased zepo website and zepo courrier for my e-commerce platform on feb 2018 for 8 months for rs.8000 every month. I have attched my payment slip for which i have made payment to zepo for this.

            The services got expired on nov 11. But on october i have called zepo customer support that i will no longer renew zepo services as i will building my own website and asked them to refund my security deposite they have taken during the te i have purchased the services.

            My zepo customer id is 99567 and my ticket number to get my security money refund is 159103. After many calls and mails from them they didn't refund my security deposite which they have said they will do it in the 5 days of the ticket raised. Its been 1 month they are not returning my security amount.

            All necessary documents and mail communications related to this matter have been attached. Please have it for your reference.

            Please take serious action against zepo for such fraud and cheating with customer.

            Note:please refer to zepo t&c where they have mentioned in the rule no -15 that security amount (Modified to rs.5000 as earlier it was rs.2000) which needs to be paid before first courier shipment. L have attached it. Also i have attached the security deposite bill which was paid on 20th march 2018 via paytm having order id #tm0416153f803f78b.

              This company had and upgrade plan to get ip based currency and we paid them full amount but we never received the proper working ip based currency. It never shows up the currency on the basis of ip till you select it manually.
              There were many other features which were promised but are not working.
              When a concern is raised then the ceo of company nitin ouruswani even do not replies to mails and neither replies to calls moreover make false statements. There is no one picking up calls in customer support. Everytime you cal either no one picks up or if someone picks then do not say a word and put down the calls.
              We asked for refunding money but no one replies to it. We are not provided with any limitation for money refund or any t&c so we are liable to get it back but no one responds. Leave no one ceo itself is an irresponsible person.

                I had high regards for zepo and even referred many people but off late they have disappointed badly.
                There are strong reason for me to change my view. *they charged me inr *12957 for shipments that i didn’t even send. *they charged saying i used manual labels on shipments for month of july 2017 but didn’t even bother to check my store was already closed since feb and i hardly sent any shipments.
                *before this, i had to bear a loss of inr 10000 as they suggested me to use their marketplace manager. *i was having a good relationship so i without any doubt signed up with 10000 credits. But very first week i found it much complicated than uniware that i was already using so i asked for a refund. But as the saying goes, money once exchanged hands doesn’t come back. They didn’t give refund but after long discussion they gave credits for me to use later.
                *i have sent them numerous mails but haven’t heard from them as they already have deducted the money for 1st case and my subscription is already over.*

                  Horrible…. I signed up with zepo on 24 oct 2016 and paid them an additional amount for support package as i was busy that time due to festivals but didnt wanted that to affect my web-store. But to my amazement my store is yet not ready to go live.
                  I have to send them 3–4 emails to get a reply on something and all they did till now is design some banners and upload the formatted bulk upload sheet i sent them.
                  Now when i am asking for refund they are denying that as well so i have no other option but to go for a lawsuit…. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone…..
                  Ps:- i already had a shopify store running which i closed down trusting zepo.

                    I have registered with zepo logistics one month ago, they gave me the contract with Low prices than they provide today. They gave me the fedex price (60). but they charging me RS. 70. I have talked to them many times, but no proper response, now, they are not picking up any call on [protected]. And [protected] (Mr. Rohan). I have already deposited 6800 (6 month fee.) + 2000(security) in advance. my 8800 Rs. are stuck with them, They have looted my money

                    FEDEX COMPANY OR ZEPO NO IDEA BUT ZEPO IS WORST APPLICATION FOR SHIPPING, VERY FRAUDULANT, SERVICE NUMBER THEY DONT RESPONSE ON TIME, COURIER CHARGES BY FEDEX SHOWS DIFFERENCE AND AFTER TAKES MORE THAN WHAT THEY SHOW ON DASHBOARD, THATS WHY THIS COMPANIES TAKE 15000 DEPOSITE, AND WHEN WE AREGUE OR CALL THEM RUDELY THE CUT THIER CHARGES FROM DEPOSITE, AS ITS VERY BAD TO SAY, FROM OUR MONEY THEY ARE RULELING OUR FEELINGS, this ODA/ODP charges are new in courier business as on booking from zepo by fedex a 1/2 kg parcel showed me 65 rs to deliver the customer, later after 1 month of delivered, zepo sent me email and says to pay ODA/ODP charges which were about 355 rupees per order actualy showed 65 rs to deliver, if fedex has service on mostly all pincode of india why they charge extra, as this ZEPO company takes advance to benefit their company and make loss of the service buyer or consumer or the person who takes the plan, theres no service in india which charges extra after delivery, either the fedex should take perfect amount like blue dark or delihvery or dotzot whoes rates are higher but they show proper rates on dashboard, not like fedex shows 65 and charges 355,
