      My Cousin is in other country and he selected colors from Asia Paints android application. He selected the color(gray shade (7229)) from asian paints app but when we took the color from dealer, we got blue color shade with the same color code. I have raised an issue with asian paints and they sent agent to building location. He also confirmed that there is a color shade difference. I bought 2 boxes from dealer for this color shade and I got amount for one box but I didn't get the amount for another box. Below is the Complaint number I have raised...

      Basically dealer doesn't have the license to mix the Ultra Protek brand but agent didn't cared about it.
      I really disappointed with asian paints color shades and it's service.
      Please don't choose Asian Paints.

        Previous complaint n customer ID is 19825185

        The person who visited from asian paint did not surveyed properly and not ready to listen

        We asked him that our painter will perform complete paint process and then he can judge if paint is faulty.

        The paint is getting dry instantly and coverage are is very very less.

        We don't expect bad support from such reputed company.

        We are simply asking to show that paint is faulty and we will do it in front bof him on fresh wall.

          The Asian Paints shows TV advertisements of safe painting which is completely misleading. I have got my home painting done from Asian Paints, where they had employed local painters of no professional approach. No supervisor visited the site for work in progress. The payments was asked in advance and then they delayed the work for more than five months. Work was awarded in October, 2020 and got completed in January, 2021 (only one BHK flat).
          I have got one wardrobe done from Asian Paints (sleek) but my requirement was pull out trouser rack, sensor lighting and glass door. At the end we got only glass door and rest of the specification was not done.

            I have received two Invoice amounting to Rs. 1, 53, 074/- and Rs. 67, 337/-, the total comes to Rs. 2, 20, 411/- against the payments made by me of Rs. 225, 271/- to Asian Paints in three installments, i.e. Rs. 35, 700/- on 30.09.2020, Rs. 146, 300/- on 12.010.2020 and Rs. 43, 271/- on 09.01.2021.
            This Act of giving Invoice of lesser amount leads to GST less payment of GST than what is collected from the customer and overcharging from customer than what is billed for.

              Dear Sir
              I am writing this on behalf of Diamond City West complex situated at Kolkata.
              In 2019 we gave the painting contract of Diamond City West to Asian Paints, whose representaties, then assured us that Diamond City West has been as approved as one of their landmark residential projects on Kolkata, obviously because of its size, and they will take care of the workmanship and quality of painting.
              Now 2 years have passed, not only is the wprk still incomplete but the quality is also much on the wanted side.Leave that apart, you representatives who have been assigned to this project do not even respond properly and when called for a meeting, show reluctance and avoid as we call them 7 p.m on working days or in Sundays.They want to meet only between 10-5 p.m and that becomes difficult for us as we board managers are all office going people.
              While the negotiations were on while awarding the contract they were ready to come anyday/anytime but now to adhere to the complaints, they avoid.
              This is highly unlikely Asian Paints.
              I would request you to immediately ask your team to come and have a meeting with us and get this project done with no complaints.
              Also please do provide us a contact numberof your regional/zonal manager so that the communication becomes easy.

                  I got my house painted a month before but all painted walls from inside are getting bubbles all around and outer paint is getting concrete in it. I had called to customer care executive but no satisfactory response from your side. SAMIR KHAN from Dehradun (such a big lier) came to my house and he said that this is a paint fault but same day in the evening he closed the complaint without intimidation and I asked him to explain why is this so he don’t have any relevant answer to it... literally it’s a worst experience I had and I will never recommend any person to buy your any product... really worst and waste of money and lier employees who don’t have any commitments and liabilities towards customers

                    Again I purchased 20 litre (No 318)from MRM traders Theni road madurai.It was dark colour.
                    Out of four external walls 60 percent dark colour and 40 percent light colour.i am unable to find out whose quality is bad.now I have different colour in walls showing very awkward appearance.kindly intervene and find out whose quality is bad and arrange to refund of my exterior painting and labour cost from that dealer.kindly see that such type of mistake occur in future.i enclose batch number for your reference.kindly reply

                      Royal Paint got peeled of within a year, when i ask for replacement, i was told that there is dampness in the house hence it got peeled..

                      But i asked them to check the dampness with another device, but no response for that.

                        Safe painting service is a day robbery of Asian Paints Painting service, charging more and giving pathetic service and favoring dealers/contractors and not consumers. Taken repainting service from Bangalore -16( Sri Byraveshwara Paints And Hardware) and they have Quoted for two coats with Primer and done only one coat. The Sales Associate cheated us badly and Asian Paints not bothered to solve the issue. The Team Leader visited and lying we have not allowed him to visit the whole site whereas he was not bothered to inspect anything as he was prepared before hand what to decide on this. The Customer Service is a Myth. Daily we have to follow up, but at the end they will come and tell you have credited payment to the dealer and we cant do anything.

                          Hi - One of your dealer Sree Venkateswara Paints and General Traders ( Vijayawada) had done cheating with me and below are two issues.

                          1) The Bill had few products like Primer, Damproof, paints, during the total amount, they didn’t done the actual total, added some amount extra. I had noticed after few days and got big fight with them to get refund.

                          2) I had brought the color X208, but they had used the wrong base for this color. I had noticed later after few days, because of painters availability. When I check the color after few days, the color is not matching with my request color and more over they are blaming me that, I had brought some where else, even though I had shown the original Bill.

                          So request to revalidate such dealerships and make them black list

                            I want to inform you that I am complaining about your service of home painting from december 2020 and I am very dissapointed because no one is listening my complaint in your company. In fact, not only your customer care service but your home painting service is too bad. The paint of my home was started desolating in just two weeks after painting (december 2020). The colour of paint in my home is not as same that I choosed. And your dealer is not listening our complaint about the paint even your city manager is also not listening our complaint. It is not about one room, it is about the whole house.

                                  I purchased 0526 40 ltrs 6129 10 ltrs and X123 8 ltrs Ultima paint and also Adv G.Brown 4 ltr from your dealer M/s Ma durga Hardware Garia Station Road Kolkata 700084 and total bill raised and paid by me for Rs 27850.oo on 17.01.21 and while comparing with other dealer M/s The Lokenath color Museum quotation I found that M/s Durga has charged much more higher than M/s Loknath.
                                  I am a senior citizen and at loss that your appointee dealer deceived me without stating any reason.I am an ardent customer of Asian Paints and need your intervention for immediate clarification for this double standard practice by M/s Durga Hardware. I expect your immediate clarfication in this matter.

                                    I bought two wall papers for my home.one was not still available and another one was available on 2nd february 2021.so today one paper was applied on the wall of my hall room.but the person who did this work was not good at his work..he made/created sticky mess on the floor of my hall and just left without cleaning it.
                                    He did not applied wall paper properly.joints are very visible because of gap and there is one electric point for show lamp, when applying wall paper on this portion he just torn the wall paper leaving a torn mark visible very clearly.he did not use any proper blade or try to make a hole to the paper.instead of this he just torn the paper.looks like he is not a professional .i feel very bad about your service like this.must look through it and get me same new wall paper with proper installation

                                      I had done complete painting from Asian paints for my home which was completed in October 2020.
                                      However I'm the very next month I started facing water proofing issue which is not resolved since last 3 months.
                                      Even the coordinator who took the contract is not answering my calls now.
                                      This is very bad service from a reputed company like AP.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had logged a complaint in November regarding bad quality of painting done at my new home. The paint has developed cracks all round the bedroom and bathroom.

                                        Attached are the pictures of the same. Below text has the complaint number and the name of person who visited.

                                        "Dear Customer, with respect to your complaint no. [protected] our representative Mr. VISHAL VERMA will visit your site at 07.11.2020 15:00:00"

                                        Despite the painting being within warranty period, this representative of Asian Paints did not provide any resolution and closed the compliant.

                                        Since then I have made "numerous" calls to the Asian Paints customer service number. Everytime I am assured that this complaint will be addressed and someone will connect with me shortly which never happens !!

                                        I have been a customer of Asian paints for more than 3 decades. It is indeed very disappointing to experience this miserable level of service for a genuine issue.

                                        Kindly look into this and resolve the same promptly.

                                        The shockingly disappointing customer experience from Asia. Paints continues. A team of 3 personnel visited after approx. 3 weeks. Post inspection, they acknowledged the issue was with Asian Paints product which they will report to their management and seek approvals for rectification. Guess what, no further updates received ! Multiple calls done again from my end to Asian Paints. Standard response - We will get back to you shortly !

                                        The painful saga continues till date - 8+ months from the first complaint date. Would anyone have expected this experience from the market leader in paint industry owning 40% of the market share in India ? I definitely did not.
