I got my house painted in december 19. On two walls paint has started peeling off at some places and a fungus like patches are appearing on the same walls. I have contacted Mr Deepak on mobile [protected] the person who represented lnspected and oversaw the painting process. He promissed to come and inspect the damage but is not answering calls now.

    I submitted my details at the official website of Asian paints a couple of weeks ago. The experience started out pretty good. I was contacted immediately by one of the representative who confirmed my requirements and an on-site advisor was deployed to carry out the work.
    He visited my house within one day, understood what exactly I was looking for and provided the proper guidance and also explained the payment procedure.
    Now he provided a particular date when he will provide us the quotation and we were told to make 30% of the payment in advance which is totally fine and we made the payment within the provided timeline. But once they got the first installation everything started to go downhill.
    They promised beforehand that within five days the work will commence but nothing happened.. I had to chase them to know the updates and there were no straight communication. I was told that the worker will come on the following Saturday but he couldn't because apparently there were some issues with the thermo checking due to the corono virus which I was totally fine with considering the current situation but we woke up in the morning arranged everything to make sure that they can do the work properly without any hindrence and they didn't even call us to inform that the worker won't come and again I had to call them to know the updates. Then they promised that a new worker will be sent on Sunday but the nobody arrived and they gave a lame excuse that the previous worker was not feeling well. I don't understand why would you promise that a new worker will be sent and then nobody arrived and we aren't even informed about the same... every time we had to call and ask why nobody came.
    Now, after all this I called the local head department complaining about the delay and I was shocked by the attitude of the employee who again said the same thing that the previous worker wasn't feeling well...is this a joke...they tell one thing and do one thing...
    After all this they promised that the worker will definitely arrive on monday between 08:30 am to 9:00 am. But again the failed to meet their timelines. They called and informed that they won't arrive before 01:30pm..it clearly states that they don't care about customer service at all..here we are waking up early, arranging everything beforehand so that they don't face any issues and this is how we are being treated, I am extremely upset and angry about the service and in future will definitely Never choose Asian paints again.
    They don't meet the promised timelines and it's extremely inconvenient for us.

      APex ultima suPrema Poor quality Paint & work done

      I am an esteem customer of asian paints and in the year 2019 i got my building exterior painted with asian paints Apex Ultima SuPrema with Ext Primer for 16500 sq.ft area, & the warranty number is 10000948 that holds warranty for 10 years, which includes both material and labour cost. After a few months the colour on the walls is peeling off for which i made a complaint with the supervisor & the manager who never bothered to attend my calls...

      I had whitewash my house and I used ACE for exterior wall. But around after 20 days it started degraded.
      I had also approached to concerned regional officers. but there behaviour is not good. They even not experienced enough to make estimate about the materials. Even the concern dealers are not satisfied with the behaviour of Asian employees.
      I have used 4 bracket (20ltr each) and around 30 ltr of wall primer that started degraded all around four wall.
      I require compensation of my loss otherwise I will move to consumers court.

        I have paid for kitchen & two rooms on July to Asian paint beautiful home services.Work suppose to be complete in September.As of now nothing has done, work is stop .No one is coming for work.Everyday Mr Satish khori give falls commitment & harassing me.I m in India alone with my small son.I m suffering big problem because of asian paint after investing huge money.

            Dear M/s Asian Paints,

            While taking the order, Mr. Sathish (Chennai Contact Person) has told that there will be 3 years warranty for the product.
            Now your customer care is telling, there is only a one-year warranty.

            Please whitewash my house and refund my amount of 38, 500 INR paid to Asian paints since I can find a lot of fraud wrt finish, commitments from your team.
            Please revert ASAP or I will ensure that this topic of mine is escalated to the person sitting on a most honorable post in Asian paints.
            After completion of the painting, the team told that the black stripes will not come. The black stripes were the only reason for me to select the design which I felt attractive.
            While taking the order and initiating the painting service this fact was not communicated to me. But when I told I need the line, the team told the catalogue showed for attraction purpose and reality, it can not be applied. And even if they try to match my expectation the lines will not be straight.

            I really feel, showing one product in the catalogue and finally giving something telling catalogue shows different pattern always which cannot be achieved is called cheating in broad sunlight.

            Request clarification from M/s Asian paints regarding the information given in the website.
            Is this design shown for only getting more customers? Do the lines never exist in reality?

              I use asian dampproffing solution on my terrace before 15 days as per directions as on asian paint website but today on 16/11/20 while raining it leaks as before.                 I'm applying Asian paint APCO Adv paint..Exfoliating paints while the paint starts dry..before applying the Asian paint i used asain distumber paint..now my walls are looking too bad..because of Apco adv paint..it exfoliate the old paint also...                   I have met many of your Asian Paints Employee in Ahmedabad but not single person entertaining me, we have worked as a transporter with Asian Paints since 1984 and we again wanted to start in professional way but your employees not even answer us and doing political things with exiting transpoter. Existing transporter is not allowing us again to work with Asian Paints and your employees taking his side.
                  Request you to contact me for all case, I will tell you whole truth.

                    I have a Complaint towards a dealer about a Change In shade in my Ace advance paint. I had purchased 10 ltr of Rustic Turquoise 7438 and the shade was same as shown on catalogue, but after 2 days I purchased more 2 litres of Rustic Turquoise 7438 for same house as 1 side of my house was left to paint, but after painting the shade was different from previous 10 litre bucket. so I had to stop my painting, I went to the dealer to complain and exchange the 2 ltr paint, 1 ltr bucket was full packed but dealer didn't exchanged.. and dealer told it's not their fault it's company's fault and a person from company will come to check my paint at home.. so please take some action on this issue, it's a loss for me.. Asian paints is a trusted brand, don't give such service for Customers.

                      Im Lohes kumar from ayanavaram, chennai. Recently i just had a contract work with your asian paints for house for exterior and interior painting. I came to meet mr. Sasi from asian paints amjikarai branch, chennai. He guided us about asian paints and its quality of goodness. Hence we agreed to have tge contract with asian paints with him. The over all cost of material and labours was around Rs. 85, 000. This was happened just before the lockdown on february 2020. He assured that the quality of asian paints will be warranteed with assurance that it will last long of work and customer service. But within a span of 3 months, that is during lockdown itself tge paint coatings were came out. It literally looks ugly to look the exterior of our building. But that time was a lockdown we couldn't contact anyone.after the lockdown overed we called mr.sasi to give him a knowledge about the paintings which came off within 3 to 4 months. He said that we will take some steps to clear the mistake done by them and also asked us to send the pictues in whatspp of the house. But after many days he nevers picks up the call.he sees the message and doesnt reply it. We have nearly called him more than 3weeks but he didnt give us any response. So we directly went to the branch of asians paints amjikarai. We gave a note about the workings of your labours and the quality of painting and also about the worst customer service. The next day mr. Sasi came home and seen all those imperfect paintings. He said we will do come next week and rectify everything. Again after one week he repeated the same thing of not responding our calls or message. This is literally very bad on your customer service. This shows your poor way of customer service to us. I lost my patients and i came to give you a complain about your company customer service and also the way you appoint a representative person to your service like him. I demand asian paints to come to my house and take some actions as soon as possible.

                        This is an old complaint raised in Feb 2020 after I got my entire house painted ( exterior + interior). Please note that I'm your customer for a couple of decades.

                        1 Initially used a blue shade of Premium emulsion after sanding, patty and primer application. 2 coats of blue gave heavy patches. Your person visited and agreed to the fault and replaced a different shade of blue. Same process followed and still heavy patches were found. For the second time, I had to pay 1500/- as labor charges which you had agreed to refund. Now, again your person(s) ( Manish and Naveen) visited and agreed the blue shade needs to be redone again from first. Please do the needful.

                        2 I had also given a complaint of sticky damp proof on the terrace. Your dealer MM enterprises in Mysore had sent the painter and instructed him to use damp sheath as primer and on that damp proof for the roof as the outer coating which the painter did as per your dealer.
                        Though I paid the dealer in full ( final payment by cheque), he refused to give the bill for the purchased products. Now, as your repeat customer, i stand cheated for the folly done by your dealer. I was told by your person who came for inspection that required amount damp proof is not used and hence cannot give warranty for the damp proo[censored]sed on roof. It is still sticky when it is sunny and the roof becomes hot. We did as per the dealer who says he instructed the painter as per the training given by Asian paints.
                        When he agreed to compensate for the damp sheath+damp proo[censored]sed on the roof, I told him that if it is the fault of Asian paints, lets get the compensaton from them and why you give it.

                        Subsequently, he refused even to compensate nor agreed to give the bill in spite of paying him in FULL. Disgusting to note that I feel cheated.
                        Also note that Apex Ultima started to peel at one corner and damp proof put on vertical walls has stains.

                        Now, in spite of all the discomfort and the sense of being cheated, I still opt to use your product for another house of mine shortly. Naveen is aware of this.

                        Try to do some justice and give necessary compensation and cover the products under warranty.

                          Very disappointed with the paint .u have used blue royal asiant paint for my house and it was very disapointing that the colour was not what I expected it had white patches when the sunlight fall on it and also the colour comes out for the hand when you touch the paint . I had complained to the distributer and he said to me it take 21 day to get dry I also spoke to the asiant paint associate he also told me the same . No wear it is mentioned on the product nor I checked on the google also I have not seen any where it takes 21 days to dry .and if it takes 21 days then yourl should proved the information when buying the paint.so please get in touch with me because I want my mone back what I have spent on the paint and the labour.

                            We had painted our bedroom with Asian Paints along with all the leak proof treatment and now after 3 months of paint, it has pilled up, and coming out from wall...
                            The paint is now spilled out at 3 places from newly painted wall within 3 months...
                            It started after a month or so but now it is getting more...
                            A crack also has got developed at one of the columns...
                            All the photos attached...
                            The work of 2 rooms still pending and was discontinued due to lockdown...
                            Same to be continued again...

                              I purchased enormous amount of paints (Bill details attached in enclosure) from your store alpha paints kanjirapally, kottayam, kerala on may 2020.
                              Since your product was claiming advanced anti algae formula and resisit alage formation we undoubtedly selected asian paints.

                              It's very sad to inform you that it's been less than 04 months that we put asian paint on our house and the current state is very pathetic.. Boundary walls, building walls and ceiling is full of algae.
                              I already raised a complaint regarding this.
                              But no action has been taken..
                              We already informed the dealer (Shop) and he guided us to report this matter and mention about the shop. He added that he will look in to it after the authorities call for info.
                              For your ease i'm enclosing few pictures of building and attaching copy of bill. Hope you will call up the dealer since he informed us to do so.

                              I am hoping for immediate action taken regarding this issue.

                                My name is Ashok kumar from Chennai Tamil Nadu. During jan’2020 I renovated my home and that time I am searching for wall paper. That time only I know that Asian paints also having wall paper division so, feb 2020 I purchase wall paper from Asian paints Based on the company name and reputation in market.
                                One of the worst wallpaper in the market is Asian paints only and not having properly manpower to past the wallpaper in the wall.
                                I have raised complaint to the supplier to replace the wall paper on july’2020 regarding this damage. But after a long follow up that take step on October’2020.
                                That replacement also worst. I attached the images too.
                                Please don’t cheat customer based on brand name.
                                Finally my money and time only wastes.

                                  I have called the Asian paints customer support more than 25 times to register a complaints regarding air bubble formation on ultima protek surface after first rain but unfortunately whenever i called the customers support executive says we will call back you.
                                  This is very hectic and till now even after 3 moths no one turned up or registers my complaint
                                  I have spent my hard earn money to paints my house spent almost 5 lac for to paint and labour

                                      I am K.Butchi baabu MD of Sindhu constructions..
                                      I had choosen sands of time(4202) and Green gold(0342) shades and these shades didnot meet the least nearest shade as shown in the shade card if not the exact one..These shades reflected very light shade no way in comparision to the one I choose even after double coats..when I approached the same to Mr Rajasekhar (SSV enterprises, Akkayapalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh), his response was too rude and harsh and blew off my mind with no bare respect towards customer..I was asked to stall the third coating as well and I am currently waiting for you response..I tried reaching customer care but no response.For the first time in my 40 years of experience encountered a bad experience with the truste worthy giant asian paints and an inappropriate behaviour from your dealer. I appreciate your quick response and resolving the issue.
