- Classic Paints and Ply Emporium
I require painting work and water proofing for my flat. Therefore i have visited to Asian paints website, and contacted to customer care and shared my requirement for water proofing and painting work.
Therefore, Asian paint representative mr. Suvendu purkait alongwith associate partner visited to my site and he has proposed with quotation of rs.43, 500/- as final amount.
Therefore, on request of Asian Paints representative (Mr. Suvendu purkait) I have paid advance money rs.20, 000/- on 22/02/2020 to M/s Classic Paints and Ply Emporium (Associate partner of Asian Paints).
I have made complain to asian paint customer care[protected] to lookinto it on 10th july-2020. They have given me customer id no.18642682 instead of complain number. There is no response so far from Asian Paints.
This has done in Mar-2020
At the beginning, Asian paint representative has worked for 2 days only.
Day 1 - Wall dismantling of old plaster for water proofing area.
Day 2 - Applied 1st coat of water proofing chemicals on dismantled wall
Area.
Day 3 - Applied 2nd coat of water proofing chemical on dismantled wall area
Therefore, no body has contacted me so far to complete the paint work.
I have made several call to local Asian Paints representative and their customer care. But there is no solution and progress i have noticed due to that i have contacted you.
