i bought apcolite advance shyne (0038) 40liter dated 20th feb 2020 from TARA MA BHANDAR. for a scheme 'WINTER FEST 2019' for a headphone on 40liter apco ad shyne(0038)
BUT the scheme was extended to 28th feb 2020. i have all the proof, and i will give here, but unfortunately i do not received and gift yet. i called TSO and RCA AND many more. but the ultimate result a big zero. one time i thought that asian paints is most trusted brand but now there nothing, i will move on berger and nerolac and i will tell all my painter friends for moving towards nerolac and breger because i do not trust asian paints.

I require painting work and water proofing for my flat. Therefore i have visited to Asian paints website, and contacted to customer care and shared my requirement for water proofing and painting work.

Therefore, Asian paint representative mr. Suvendu purkait alongwith associate partner visited to my site and he has proposed with quotation of rs.43, 500/- as final amount.

Therefore, on request of Asian Paints representative (Mr. Suvendu purkait) I have paid advance money rs.20, 000/- on 22/02/2020 to M/s Classic Paints and Ply Emporium (Associate partner of Asian Paints).

I have made complain to asian paint customer care[protected] to lookinto it on 10th july-2020. They have given me customer id no.18642682 instead of complain number. There is no response so far from Asian Paints.

This has done in Mar-2020
At the beginning, Asian paint representative has worked for 2 days only.
Day 1 - Wall dismantling of old plaster for water proofing area.
Day 2 - Applied 1st coat of water proofing chemicals on dismantled wall
Area.
Day 3 - Applied 2nd coat of water proofing chemical on dismantled wall area

Therefore, no body has contacted me so far to complete the paint work.
I have made several call to local Asian Paints representative and their customer care. But there is no solution and progress i have noticed due to that i have contacted you.

I gave contract to Asian paint for my house painting in Ahmedabad. They promised to do complete painting under their supervision and I used to visit my flat on a weekly basis . Due to COVID -19 we had to stop work as entry was restricted . Later I found that some work was left due to poor supervision of Asian paint team . More so they collected amount in advance and no bill raised . I wanted them to show area of painting for cross verification but not done . Work completion certificate not given by me . Absolutely unreliable division of Asian paint

I booked Asian painting service ( the biggest mistake) for my flat in Ghaziabad.

The service started on 9th Aug, and till now i.e. 1st Oct the painting is not completed, on quotation the promised time line was 7-10 days, but they are not ready to leave my house.

Now they have left two walls of my walls in such a way that they are looking pathetic, and said that they cannot complete the painting as the walls are not picking color.

They said I can book any other service.

Why will I call any other painter as they have taken more then 90% payment.

A new painter will ruin the place as they did and I will only loose money.

No professionalism at all.
Doing painting since two months of a 3 BHK flat and now leaving in between saying we are not capable to do so.

Please help me

As the customer care is only forwarding my complaints but the relevant team is not taking any action.

I purchased enormous amount of paints (Bill details attached in enclosure) from your store alpha paints kanjirapally, kottayam, kerala on may 2020.
Since your product was claiming advanced anti algae formula and resisit alage formation we undoubtedly selected asian paints.

It's very sad to inform you that it's been less than 04 months that we put asian paint on our house and the current state is very pathetic.. Boundary...

I had engaged Asian Paints for painting my new flat through Asian Paints Safe Painting Service, who in turn, engaged Classic Paints and Ply Emporium, the Dealer, to paint my home.

The whole process has been very unprofessionally handled by the Colour Associate as well as by the Dealer.

The schedule given to me went haywire. They delayed the completion by as much as 8 days. The painting itself remains a lot to be satisfied with. The doors have been painted pretty bad. To add to my woes, my flat was not sanitized and handed over to me as promised. Not to mention the non-use Covid 19 safety protocols like masks, sanitizers, etc.

Furthermore, no bills have been provided to me on completion of the job till date, in spite of all payments being done 4 days back. This does not speak well of the reputation of Asian Paints. I will think thrice before engaging Asian Paints for any other painting job or even recommending someone to do so.

I got 167 cash coupons from asianpaints products.
Your csr mr. Rahul vijay gupta (Mob.[protected]) and cso mr. Anshul mehta (Mob.[protected]) of palwal branch pin 121102, denied to redeem 167 coupon. Each coupon cash value is 100 rupees (167*100 = 16700 rupees)
They said that company denied to pay and can give only 1000 rupees instead of 16700.
Shame on you for this cheap act.

To whom ever this letter may be addressed i want you to pay attention towards a issue which i was facing on one of your website named mobile pe charcha for contractors i have been a regular customer of asian paints and my fellow contractors too but we are facing language issues when i click on maharashtra or mumbai for state it doesn't show marathi in languages it would be great for village and city level marathi contractors to get connected with your product i hereby firmly request you to see this issue and solve it in time. Thank you

I am very disappointed with dealer of kohinoor paints, they have miss behave with customer contractor, The dealer Mr. Subhash bhai is told me i am not assign the warrunty certificate of product and not satisfied dealer .

Sir we devoted our knowledge, strategy, marketing skills, and relationship to glorify asian paints in our local area. We already invested large ammount in marketing, branding, and creating customers since 2016. Every yaer our annual turnover is hiking till now upto 35-40 lakhs,
Dear sir, we got shocked and unhappy by knowing that you are providing another dealership within 200 mtr area in same small village of population 4 to 5000 people.

You are giving dealership to other party who already have been selling paints of other branded company like:
1] nerolac paints, with machine
2] esdee paints
3]apple paints and other local paints also.

As we work genuinely, by selliing only asian paints in our area honestly. We inhanced business continuously.
As ethically company does not provide another dealership within 1 to 2 km area to support and encourage old dealer.

We humbly request you that keep only our old devoted, dedicated shop [colour world] in our village. Kindly do justice by not authorising another dealership in small area. We promise you that we will boost business of asian paints product endevour.

I ordered/purchased 20l asian paints apex weatherproof exterior emulsion (8569 hazelnut) and 1ltr border (7109) matching with 8569. I purchased it from ratnakara das hardware & paint's store, address: sitaram chhak, jatni, bhubaneswar, odisha 752050, phone:[protected], [protected]

However during purchase i told then to see the color and they mentioned asian paint color does not have any issue. We can not show you. Directly...

I have applied dam proof two times within four months again seapage started.. I had complained to asian team.. They verified & they saying now paint quantity is less.. Asian paint quality is not good.. Thr is no warranty nothing.. If we complained topic will be changed to painter mistake.. Better to stop buying asian paints.. Very bad service... I will register to consumer court

Wall Papers of the same lot has different colors.
Wall paers are dirty from sides due to which joints are visible

Rubbish is still lying on the floor as on date in my flat which was dismantled of wall's older plaster.

Therefore, no body has contacted me so far to complete the work.

Sir i purchase asian apcolite premium emulsion paint in your dealer rameswer dayal and sons kosikalan mathura up but this material is local totally reject material, i have suffered a lot due to this material

Terrace leakage even after using dampproof advance products

Worst painting done, improper color shade painted, no feedback after repeating complaining, no bill given till now and i m suffering from december till now because i m hire the service of asian paint.

We engaged your dealer named hariharan entps managed by dinesh and his contact number is [protected] and got the damp proofing done on 15-jul-20 and 16-jul-20 and paid him inr 25 per sqft for a 1000 sqft work at 15/6 3rd main road jeganathapuram velacherry chennai 600042 - landmarks - next to icici and sub registrar office.

I had to make a cash payment of inr 25000 due to request from dinesh however he hasnt given the bill too and now he says 18 gst is application. To our dismay the water leak still persists due the fact that the recommended asian paints thickness should be 5 mm but the damp proof is not even 1 mm. Hence need your kind support to fix this issue on top priority please since heavy rains would keep us home less.

We bought 20l asian white satin finish paint from one of your dealers in andher i east on opening and using the same we find the colour to be cream on speaking to the dealer he has told us to forward our complaint to the company
