I have choosen a medium pink color from Asian paints with number 8095 but came like red. I presume he gave a wrong product or wrong mix of colour.
This kind of issue will make us to loose trust on Asian paints and its colouring system just because of simple carelessness of your vendors.
I request you take action on this and advise further on this please.
Please see the colour I got with 8095 on the attached picture.
Your early response is highly appreciated.

Sir,
Exterior on-time painting work valued Rs.90000/- executed between 29/10/2018 to 15/11/2018 in my house premises at 35/1/4 Sastitala Road, PO- Talpukur, Barrackpore, North 24 parganas, Kolkata-700123, West Bengal.
At the time of taking up the job, it was promised that a 10-year guaranty certificate on the painting job will be issued to me by Asian Paints by e-mail within one month of completion of the job. It is more than a year now, nothing came. However, Mukherjee Enterprise, on persuasion has now given me assurance of the warranty for 3-years, verbally, but i am not satisfied with the verbal assurance and its duration. The whole amount of Rs.90000/-(ninety thousand only) had been paid by me by A/c payee cheque to Mukherjee Enterprise details of which are with me. Since Mukherjee Enterprise is Asian Paints franchisee and Rajesh Sarkar was representing Asian Paints along with Mukherjee Enterprise, I was denied the 10-year guaranty certificate from Asian Paints, as promised by Rajesh Sarkar. I now doubt the quality of the paints that had been used for the exterior painting job, otherwise, guaranty certificate should have been issued promptly.
Please issue me the promised the guaranty certificate as early as possible and also take appropriate steps so that such incident does not occur again from your franchisee & representative. We do expect you to set suitable example for redressal from a company of your fame.

I am propritor of saanvika enterprises, hanuman junction, krishna district, andhra pradesh. I am dealer of asian paints from past 2 years. I took dealership of another newly launched paints. My sso stopped supplying material by telling the reason as taking dealership of new paints. Please respond and solve the issue as soon as possible. I never kept any bill pending.

As iam planning to open a paint shop in bhopal and i had talk with one o[censored]r sales executive mr amit, since more than two weeks he was not giving a positive response but now when i called him he said that asian paints cannot offer dealership on the particular space which i was asking for but because there was one more dealer but i have seen two adjacent shops at most places but i don't know what's the problem kindly check the problem

I have paint my house in d month of april 2019 from your vendor viz. Shree services, erandvane pune. Your company has given various types of warranty. However in d month of july there is crack on wall. I have called mr sameer, site supervisor, and inform him. According to him due to heavy rain work cannot be done and will complete after september/october. I following up the matter since october end. Mr sameer just give me promises and nothing is happening. The cracks are very minor and for this i am following your company person since last 3 months. It is waste of time and mental harassment. I request you to please look into the matter urgently and resolve the problem. I give below the bill details for your perusal and immediate action.

As we like introduce to you that we trp company c/o. Mr. Prabakaran are into military engineering construction wellington nilgiris 643 202 in the business for the past 40 years.in the meantime we have started a hardware business in our own building which is the completed stage so we for the past 40 yrs are using asian paints in our all projects and we are a dedicated and truthful customer of m/s. Asian paints. We approached the sales officer for getting the approval for opening our hardware shop by getting the dealership of asian paints, so the sales officer named mr. Surya of nilgiris region came and inspected our shop and informed us that he will get the approval of sales manager and inform us but to the shock of our knowledge we were informed that our dealership got rejected.
As we are a trusted customer of asian paints for the past 40 yrs and this came as a jolt to us so we request the higher authority to take action and give dealership for our shop so that we will strengthen our base in asian paints to greater heights

Our building called charms heritage c-1 chs done external painting in this year. Warranty number is 10001073
There was no external leakage before the painting, before this year monsoon panting was completed, but during monsoon of this year 11 members complained regarding external leakage, we appraised the contractor laxman jat (Hari om enterprise) many times, he replied that after the monsoon external leakage will be attended, but not attended till this time.
All the leakage spots and now become dried.
Made complaint to the representative of your company mr. Aditya on mobile no.
[protected] many times during the monsoon but not taken any initiative.
After the monsoon also the contractor not attended the fault till this time, again called on above number, on date 20.10.19, new person attended the call and send a technician on date 10.11.19, but till this time fault not rectified, requesting to do the needful.
In your warranty certificate our society name mentioned as charams heritage, called your on line number for correction, also informed your representative for the necessary correction but till this time corrections are not done.

I had availed asian painting painting and indoor water proofing solution last november. Since july this year i have been trying to reach back to service partner and asian paint customer service complaining of the problem re-occurring and there is absolutely no response.
The same thing had happened last november as well when the water proofing solution did not work properly and the analysts from asain paints visited the site and said the service partner had used damp lock in place of damp lock 2k after which damp lock 2k was applied to only one portion of the building to test. The problem exists in all other places and is also re-occurring partially in the place where 2k was applied too;.
Please address this asap.

I completed painting of my entire apartment by Asian Paints registered Dealer just 3 months back. Within a month air bubbles have started coming out in multiple walls which were absolutely fine (no damps) before this painting was done.
I called up Asian Paints registered customer service, 3 weeks backs, to register a complaint, was told that a service technician will call me with priority. Yet to receive any response.
This is the worst possible quality of paints and worst quality service that I have ever received. I need a thorough re-paint service for all affected walls and a compensation for the hassles therein.

I have purchased several exterior and interior wall paints of asian make from local dealer of hoshangabad (Mp). Within six months time it has been faded and looking shabby. I feel that it may not be of asian make supplied by the local dealer m/s deepak traders. I took the painting service of my flat through asian paints home care by spending rs. 1, 50, 000/-. They have given 3 years warranty. But within the warranty period, paint is getting faded in one area. Compalint was lodged on 19th october through asian paints toll free no. And complaint no. [protected] was assigned. But even after 15 days, no response from asian paints to rectify the defect which is under warranty.

I have painted my house 6.month ago but now the painting is coming out and small air buble are created inside the painted wall I have complaining the same to the shop where I brought it but neither the shop nor the Asian paint representative in that shop responded it. This is regarding my flat in pune which i had painted with all the best your rep had to offer and everything was done as per the recommendations of your engineer. Bp no. Under reference is 16717112. For the pas 3-4 months the paint has started chipping and peeling off at many places. I contacted the engineer who came to see but could not help. There after i made several calls during the last 4 months but nobody is attending. Latest complaint no.[protected] dated 14/10/2019. Everytime i call them they say some person will call you in 24 hours and fix an appointment for the visit and do the needful. But nobody calls leave alone 24 hours, they do not call for days. As working people we do not have so much of time to go on calling everyday. Please have this addressed immediately and help.

Have paid RS 35650/- to National Paints under Asian Paints for my flat repainting. It was told that entire painting will be completed within 12 days and started on and from 26.09.2019 but till date the painting has not been completed.
After receiving cheque they started black mailng for more amount on account of stencil and texture by cash though the same was settled during colour consultation.
It is not understood why extra amount was not raised during colour consultation or during advancement of painting work.

Sub: regarding blistering complaints

Dear sir

With reference to the above subject, we would like to take kind attention to the followings.

We have had applied & painted my bunglow with asian paints and products in the period of june 2018. The all allied products had used which purchased from mohmamadali esufali lokhandwala [protected] authorized dealer of asian paints of dahod, gujarat.

We are civil engineers and working as leading consulting engineers & builders since 1982 and having users of asian paints and products.

We have had find and observed the problem in the month of july 2019. We had used the paints in june 2018, while purchasing the dealer had assured us for the guarantee about any problem for the period of 7 years.

He had visited our sites and agree with some problems and ask he will arrange and assured to find out solutions in the matter.

We have had the copy of bill purchased items here with attached. The photo graph of blistering paints herewith enclosed.

We are requesting to see and assist and repaint to the blistering walls and oblige.

Sir, i am an asian paints dealer-& my dealer code is 577996- jeet enterprise. I have ordered for apco uni stnrs. Fast yel 200ml which was delivered to me vide invoice number: wb[protected], invoice date: 17/10/2019
Invoice ref. No: [protected] but the it is observed later that in each container is not sealed and is less than 200ml. The customer first complain to me & i have checked the other container which was not sealed & less the container was almost half empty.
Again, i was tried to contact with the respective sales person in multiple times but he did not pick up the phone. I was also requested him to beautify my shop by sticking asian paints board for attraction of customer in multiple times but it is regret to said that my all request was all in vain.in this situation my humble request to arrange for a better service for my shop for glorify the name of asian paints. The promises made by your asian paint representative while selling the concept is no where closer to the delivery.
1) the work did not start as per committed date.2) it is only a two member team coming and their work time is 10.30 to 5pm with one hour lunch and other multiple breaks. They were supposed to masking before starting the work and they bring small normal tarpal and simple cover one or two places as am eyewash. Just the second day and entire house is messy and dusty. 3) they were supposed to do sanding for entire wall and then apply primer, they have not done sanding uniformally, just for eyewash have done sanding here and there in patches. Complete mess up of expectations and promises made. Just a gimmic done during sales to justify the over rated cost compared to normal painter

After opting for the most cost asian paint done by asian paints team itself in april 2019, within 3 months the paint has started peeling off.
The warranty provided was for 1 year.
Even after doing 'n' number of follow-ups no response from asian paints team. You guys have arrogance of closing complaint tickets without even attending them.

I had availed the service of house painting from asian paints. They were supposed to take the payments in the following order 30%+30%+30% and remaining 10% after the completion of work. I was also promised that the work will be completed within 15-20 days. But since the time they have taken the payment of 60%, they did not came to my house for remaining work. The executive who was here as a representative of asian paints is not even picking the calls his name was lalit mobile no +[protected] and i am not getting any relevant response from asian paints customer care also. Their service is very poor and they are even behaving like thugs. Hope every one read this remark and beware from availing their services.

We have used asian paint ultima to paint our home last time, but now its fully covered with fungus and algae just within 8 months, we have already covered 3 or 4 cotes of paints inside cupboard but now we are not able to put clothes inside that because of the fungus, mainly in roofs its fully covered with black fungus and also inside of the walls, also the paints outside before 8 years we have used other paints and that didn't have this problem and this time our painter suggests this asian paint ultima also by seeing the advertisement we have suggested to paint this but now not feeling good with this kind of fungus also we are paying huge wages to painters,
Please suggest some way how we can overcome this.
