Hi i got a call some time ago from a lady claiming to call from monster dot com and offered me job of 50k at asian paint for medical represented. They said the initial registration amount id 2000 rs. They say this amount will be refunded today itself on same day within 3pm. I pay that amount over phone and then they direct me to another man who verify my education and then charge me 5000 rs. This amount is also refundable they say. Then they direct me to another man who asks me about my job experience etc and say that now for final registration i have to pay 8000rs, which is also refundable. I say i dont have so much amount in my account and they charge me 2000. They provided me an email id [protected]@gmail.com and asked me to mail my marksheets and give my bank details to which it will be refunded. The number they called from is[protected].
Since i was out i couldnot do a proper verification dat tym and paid the amount. But then i had mail every thing to [protected]@monsterindia.com. I have also blocked my bank account so that no further debit is possible. Please help me get my money back asap. I[censored] take action quickly u will be able to catch these importers. Plz do something.

Exteremely pathetic service by your asian paints agent. He was supposed to start my work on saturday 5th.. He neither turned up not bothered to call me stating that he has cancelled the appointment.. I had cancelled all my work for saturday and sunday.. Today when i called him on [protected].. He says he is busy in a meeting. Is this the kind of pathetic service such a reputated organisation gives ur customer... I wasted my time and ur executive had no courtesy to follow-up.. Will never suggest asian paints to anyone.. You have wasted my time.. I would have approached some other company

I have selected asian paints to do only texture painting in my Living area and bedroom wall. They have done excellent work on living area as the person was doing design master on that design. but the same painter couldn't deliver the same satisfaction level of painting on bedroom wall. He spoiled whole wall. The painting design done by him was very poor, The instrument used during design was pathetic, which ruined whole painting. The designer was giving excuse the due to wall this happened. But before start design, they have analyzed and did 2 base paint. On that time they have not told any issue.
I would like to get either repaint my wall with different design without any extra money or refund the equivalent money, so that I can get this done my some where else

I won't suggest asian paints to anyone. The work had not been done properly it's been 2 months i have been following up. Every time ur company says the concerned person will come and re do the work but no one turns up. It's not expected for co. Such as asian paints this response. If the quality of work from you and a local painter is same why should we pay more to company where we can get the work done in less. Satisfaction level is zero.

After 3 months of painting, white powder appeared. The technical team survey and opted for repainting. They promised to complete 3 bhk flat in 6 days.

Despite constant follow up and assurances from company, they contractor is still struggling to complete. And still keep telling he will finsih by today. (Last day promised).

Despite calling the toll free complaint register no. The response was cold and does not go to the next tier. False promises are given at the begining of contract just to bag order and then cheat people. I had to cancel my trip which i had planned for my vacation and waiting on the contractor's mercy who has put just 3 painters and i had to remind him when paint got over and consumables like water paper, polythene covers, masking tape etc.

Request customers to beware of asian paints ad regarding on time painting.

This is regards to the quotaion post i have finalied asked the regional manager indraneel gujar who agreed to visit my place on 17th dec to finalise the deal as i asked to measure the area and show the colour catalogue he is continously pinging me on whatsapp which is unprofessional and mentioned he cant visit my place as he has different appointment to my beief he has scheduled the appointment with me on saturday so he shouldnt be cancelling it as my work is also equally important as other customers i need change in regional manager on immediate basis as the service provided by indraneel is pathetic.

My house was painted 3 months ago and later all walls had white powder coming out from walls. Upon complaint the executive came and informed us that they had used exterior primer indoors and calcium deposit occured. He may be right but i am not convinced as company like asian paint should have refered to the dictionary before making paints to know the difference between exterior and interior.
3 days since complaint registered the executive agreed to repaint and the dealer evershine agencies in kochi sent a contractor with 3 painters who spent 1 day masking just 2 rooms partially. No equipment like rollers, ladder, polythene covers is still brought.
Yesterday was sunday and hence they have not come yet. Really sad that i had made a decision to make the order on asian paints.

Worst customer service ever. It's been double the committed time still the work is only 70% done. Least bothered for customer satisfaction even the work/finishing is not upto the mark. If you value for money and time never get the work done by them. They don't value time, employee of the dealer says, "nothing happens on time in india, why do you expect us to do it on time"

Rude behavior! They consider customers as fools. Without finalizing and proper finishing they tell that the room or work is final

The painting and polishing contract agreed upon date has exceeded.
The painting guys sent are doing a subpart job and are now claiming that they won't do any polishing work as their manager told them not too.
They have taken all the money as advance, because they wouldn't start without it.
The only we agreed to that because we thought that a company like asian paints would be professional.

We had informed them before had that the house is being painted for a wedding.
But the way it going it won't be done for the wedding at all.
Absolutely worst job ever and asian paints should be embarrassed to call themselves as one of india's best if they can't even do such a simple job

I used asian paints for my hom, but now i really disappointed after using asian paints, the products are very bad and also iam unsatisfied with the customer service, no serious response for the customer complaints. The company or the related people in charge are so careless on the complaints or issues, its kind of insulting or cheating the customers, at least they should foll9w the standards of tje company as they told in the advertisement, better to choose some other brands hereafter instead o[censored]sing asian paints.

I have received an expired paint from the dealer Shanthi Hardwares, kattupakkam on 25th of November 2018.

When enquired the dealer, he said he cannot change and advised to raise a complaint to Asian Paints.

warranty for paint states 12 months. and the manufactured date was 10/2017.

Kindly do the needful to replace the product bought.

I have waited for over one month for asian paints to attend to the complaint i had made in mid october.
Apart from two phone calls from your customer care personnel, when the details were taken down each time, there has been no further action to address the issue.
This is gross neglect and indifference to the warranty that was provided to us when the contract was signed in 2016.
I am writing on behalf of the apartment owners' association and we are all very disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by your personnel.
Expecting the issue to be resolved without further delay.
A very unhappy and disappointed customer.

I am from ratnagiri maharashtra. I am painting my home with your apex adani paint. My colour no is 7746. I brought this colors from sawant enterprise ratnagiri, ahes are different from your catalog. Colour became very dark. I took 20 liters first. I wanted again 40 liters but still stain in that shade was not getting this dealer. He made phone calls to kolhapur your dealer but he is not responding properly. So i am ver upset with your service. My house paining is now in complete. So if your colors are not available then close. Why you are advertising. Your dealers from kolhapur very rude behaviour. If i not get my 7743 colour and my house colour work disturbs. Ii will file in consumer forum

No proper communication regarding the supply of materials to us by sales executive electronic city mr. Lokesh. Who has not communicated properly to us regarding the availability of materials which is badly needed at our clients place. That to very big key client for them we have promised delivery of finished area with above product on saturday 17.11.2018 and 18.11.2018. Another surprise is materials available in retail but not in project. Finally we bought materials from our retail shop who is also mu good friend. Please ensure us why mr. Lokesh could not supply materials on project sales within a day. While asking he was very casual in approach and he is bluntly says that we cannot supply materials on 17.11.2018, discussion was made on 15.11.2018 and he told us he will inform us by evng of 15.11.2018 but he has not done that and after calling he was telling the story. Further to note that we have arranged manpower boomlift crane of 60ft (Work to be done at height). When i told him he is telling us its your problem not mine. Now i cannot supply materials as there is no materials are available.

I had got my house painted in nov-2017, within a months time the paint had come off (Assuming because of the moisture in the paint) and was immediately brought to the contractor's notice. They asked to send pictures of the wall after doing so we were told that this is because the external staircase of the building is being washed which is a very bad excuse in the first place because the earlier paint lasted and was perfect for 5 years, maybe it is the product of this company which is of such bad quality that this has happened.

We have been following-up with the company ever since, calling on multiple numbers and always being told that we shall receive a call from the complaints team and till date there has not been a single call back from anyone.

After seeing similar complaints in great numbers has confirmed that this company only loots people until they receive the money and is such a fake and worthless brand.

Horrible!

If anyone here can assist me to take this complain further and escalate to the appropriate person then it would be of great help.

They have appointed a local contractor for the work he is just not interested in working hard its all chalu attitude
We have tried our best to convey the problem of the paint but they are insisting

I am hardik patel i have painting my house by asian paint company before 25-30 days and full payment is also done by me also same bill received by company but till date no any solution regarding pending work after so many times follow up with customer care and also registered complain and mail but till date no positive feedback pls need your help please for more reference attached snaps..

Hi i got somebody who claims to have completed the asian paints texture painting test to paint a wall in my house with dapple design. My problem is he used a newspaper to do the design which left black ink marks on the wall & also the design doesn’t look like dapple design as seen in your catalogue. The painter has been arguing with me that this is the design & there’s no harm in using the newspaper & if i want to change this design i have to pay him extra to change it.
Would really appreciate if i could get some help regarding this matter. Attaching a the pics of the wall.

I had purchased few color iteams with two roller from my nearest asian paint dealer "bharat color mart" under pincode 700144. Yesterday i went to return one unsed seal packed roller but front desk lady sells person refused to take return and refund me money. She told me that the item price would be refund after deducting gst although i was not provided any gst bill during the time of purchase. When i asked her to give me gst bill she told me to come later. Only for rupess 120 refund she wasted my time and harrased me. Atlast i took my stuff and leave the shop.
