On 25.09. 2018 I made a request on toll free no, [protected] of the Company for making wall paintings in walls of my house. Person told me that request has been taken and Company' representative will call you in 24 hours. But nobody called till 1.10.18.

I have purchased 65 ltrs royal matt from authorised dealer in mohali as well from chandigarh and painted my home with the same. But i regret to say that colour has been changed into blue within 10 days after painting. Approx 8-10 lakh rupees has been wasted due to bad quality of asian paint i. E pu emporio and royal matt. Due to the worst quality of product i am suffering delay in shifting to my new house and facing financial loss. I am unable to understand why asian paint is delivering low quality product to their customers.
Request you to please rectify the same and make necessary arrangements for refund otherwise i"ll proceed with the consumer court.

Respected sir,

All exterior colour has been fade within 3 month of exterior paint. Approx 3 lakh rupees has been wasted due to bad quality of asian paint ultima protect. I have purchased the product from paresh nath khan hardware, situated at raniganj - 713347.
I will file a case against asian paint at consumer forum. Dou to worst quality of product which is under warenty of 7 years.
I am unable to understand why asian paint are delivering 3rd class quality of product to ther customers through there dealer paresh nath khan hardware. At raniganj.

I want to inform you that i have used base cote and ultima protect for my exterior paint of my residential building.
Which total cost of paint near about rs. Three lakh.

But within 3 month of paint i have found that the total building colour are been faded and removed from wall as like as "papar"

If asian paint will not take action against this massive disuster of my cost then being an advocate i am ready to file a case against asian paint.

Respected Sir,

All Exterior colour has been fade within 3 month of exterior paint. Approx 3 lakh rupees has been wasted due to bad quality of Asian Paint ultima protect. I have purchased the product from Paresh Nath Khan Hardware, situated at Raniganj - 713347.
I will file a case against Asian Paint at Consumer Forum . Dou to worst quality of product which is under warenty of 7 years .

I want to inform you that I have used BASE COTE and ULTIMA PROTECT for my exterior paint of my Residential building.

But within 3 month of paint I have found that the total building colour are been faded and removed from wall as like as " PAPAR "

If ASIAN PAINT will not take action against this massive disuster of my cost then being an ADVOCATE I am ready to file a case against Asian Paint.

I have dealership location in vadodara city, gujarat state.

Here i would like you to drag your attention towards few concerns.
Earlier i was satisfied with the company's goods delivery, time management, and company's representatives approach.
But i have to say this with a heavy heart that since last 3 months company has shown remarkable low performance in terms of goods delivery, order placement and many more things.
This surely affect our moral and leads us to the difficulties in doing business and hence we get failed to fulfil customers requirements.

I have been in touch with one of your sales person mr. Sumeet pandey ([protected]). First i spoke to him in june 18 for inquiring about my house painting. He fixed meeting with me but did not turn up for meeting, after long follow up we met. After meeting he took long time to send me quotation. That time he told me that company will give 10% discount on quotation value and additional 25% if i manage to get 5 people visit asian paint store in bandra. I managed to get 5 people visited but now he is saying there is a condition of 10000 or 25% whichever is less will be given, which he did not clear at the time of giving quotation. Also rates which he gave me in revised quotation are increased, on raising this point he said store revised rate in june 18, which he never told me neither such condition exist in quotation. Now since i am calling him he is not taking my calls. I want to get my house painted in coming week. Kindly look into this. This kind of attitude from sales person will hamper company repute.

Hi as i am a builder i am purchasing asian paints and products for all my sites, work running in and around vellore dist, for showing color shades for my clients each and every time i depend from shop, i requested for the shade card book from the shop they asked to contact the sales manager and show the purchase bills what i ve purchased to get shade card book. I am trying to contact your sales manager
Mr easaki but theres no responds from him. At last i got him and explaind these things but he treats me like a painter. As i am civil engineer (Post grad) just a small suggestion
Make a training on your sales managers how to behave with engineers.

I have chosen cotton wool - l104 as exterior base colour, based on a photo available in asian paint web-site as attached.

But practically the colour of my home with the same grade (L104) become different (Attached).

Should i consider that there is misapplication of mixing formula for your product?
Supplier: cheya hardware, benachity, durgapur.

I am dissatisfied of the body (Base) colour...

With in a six months i am facing this issue and also some places paint is coming out with wall putty. I am really disappointed with this type of poor quality paints. I raised a complain couple of months back with complain no - [protected], some local representative from asian paints also visited and checked the issue and agreed to pay only colour of that cost.

We talked with local asian paint representative and asked who will bear the labour cost and in spite of repeated request they have denied to pay any extra amount rather than only colour cost

My only question is do you feel customer should paint on their own even if there is some issue with the colour? So, customer need to bear labour cost and trouble both to do the paint again

Hi, i am not satisfied with texture done on my house, colour was faded and looking white and it seems nothing has done. I have already spoken multiple time with asian paint rm and everytime he says ur request in approval stat for re texture. I have given promise to do touch up in 15 days after shifing and now it is almost three month and no one turned till yet. I can see colour quality as well not good as washable paint still have stains remain as it is. Please look into this urgently.

We got our villa interior painted. It was promised that the paint would be completely washable. But after moving is when we realized the paint is not washable and the stain just remains. I am a happy customer of asian paints since long. I purchased various products of asian paints like apex ultima ex, royale int and other products on 18 sep 18 from ma kamala traders, 54 ft road, srinagar pally, benachity, durgapur-713213 (Wb) (Mob-[protected]). However, on scrutiny of price, i found some paints are with 18% gst, some are 28% gst (Old rate price stamp) some are with mrp (Should be less than mrp in durgapur city as i experienced earlier). When i contacted retailer, he refused to accept that. May i request you to verify me the price of products through your representative in durgapur city (Wb) in person so i can refund the addl amount charged by the retailer. This will go a long way to make a sincere customer of asian paints be happy.

Have rung up several time, but to no effect.Have been give a complaint no. Which is [protected].

The wall paper was purchased from asian colour world kota rajasthan on 01/07/2018. Rs 4000/- was given as advance for applying the paper. The total amount as mentioned was approx. 12000/-. It was stated by the dealer that the applicator will come and install the material as and when material is recieved. Since the area of application was not ready the shop was asked to wait till the area is ready. Now after intimating the same to the dealer he is insisiting to pay the rest of the money and then only it will be sent. While the earlier version was that the rest of the payment will be done after installation of wall paper.

This is a very disturbing situation and we are really feeling bad when we decided to go for painting through asian paints services. My one wall started developing patches within 15 days post painting. I raised it to the relationship manager sri yuvraj singh. Even after so much discussions / arguments and escalating to his manager, their person didn’t come. They get the work done through local painters who are greedy and do not know their work. If i have to coordinate with local painters then why should i pay a premium amount to asian paints.
Though i can see the lack of professionalism end-to-end, still i would escalate it to the highest possible level and would simply wait and watch.
I had asked them to provide me the reasons why the patches occurred and what action they are going to take so that it doesn’t occurs again. But all in vain.
