I am sovon debnath. I bought some product of asian business centre. End the paint my shop has some excess product. I went to return. Product has been returned. But my return product amount has not given me. I need my return product amount. Please see. Please help me return my refund amount. I hope this problem will solve. Please return my amount.

I have chosen cotton wool - l104 as exterior base colour, based on a photo available in asian paint web-site as attached.

But practically the colour of my home with the same grade (L104) become different (Attached).

Should i consider that there is misapplication of mixing formula for your product?
Supplier: cheya hardware, benachity, durgapur.

I am dissatisfied of the body (Base) colour...

Dear asian paints team, last year we have done painting to my home by using asian paints, it's started to peel off paint. With in a six months i am facing this issue and also some places paint is coming out with wall putty. I am really disappointed with this type of poor quality paints. Kindly make an arrangement to visit my house further more investigation and you will come to know.

I raised a complain couple of months back with complain no - [protected], some local representative from asian paints also visited and checked the issue and agreed to pay only colour of that cost.

We talked with local asian paint representative and asked who will bear the labour cost and in spite of repeated request they have denied to pay any extra amount rather than only colour cost

My only question is do you feel customer should paint on their own even if there is some issue with the colour? So, customer need to bear labour cost and trouble both to do the paint again

Hi, i am not satisfied with texture done on my house, colour was faded and looking white and it seems nothing has done. I have already spoken multiple time with asian paint rm and everytime he says ur request in approval stat for re texture. I have given promise to do touch up in 15 days after shifing and now it is almost three month and no one turned till yet. I can see colour quality as well not good as washable paint still have stains remain as it is. Please look into this urgently.

We got our villa interior painted. It was promised that the paint would be completely washable. But after moving is when we realized the paint is not washable and the stain just remains. Very bad paint quality. Could you please investigate and help on this matter. We are totally disappointed with the texture metallic paint that was done on two walls in the villa. That too has a lot of patch work and looks extremely ugly. Need your immediate assistance.

I am a happy customer of asian paints since long. I purchased various products of asian paints like apex ultima ex, royale int and other products on 18 sep 18 from ma kamala traders, 54 ft road, srinagar pally, benachity, durgapur-713213 (Wb) (Mob-[protected]). However, on scrutiny of price, i found some paints are with 18% gst, some are 28% gst (Old rate price stamp) some are with mrp (Should be less than mrp in durgapur city as i experienced earlier). When i contacted retailer, he refused to accept that. May i request you to verify me the price of products through your representative in durgapur city (Wb) in person so i can refund the addl amount charged by the retailer. This will go a long way to make a sincere customer of asian paints be happy.

My painter open tin or paint celing so paint colour is dull yellow finish not shyne white. I complaint dealer so dealer give respose sir give online complaint.

I purchased tracter shyne white use best for ceiling white 20ltrs dram 1 nos
. I purchased surya electrical and hardware thirrukkalikundram chennai.
So painter open tin so paint colour yellow finish. That is no white. I complaint so check your team urly and give reply.

The wall paper was purchased from asian colour world kota rajasthan on 01/07/2018. Rs 4000/- was given as advance for applying the paper. The total amount as mentioned was approx. 12000/-. It was stated by the dealer that the applicator will come and install the material as and when material is recieved. Since the area of application was not ready the shop was asked to wait till the area is ready. Now after intimating the same to the dealer he is insisiting to pay the rest of the money and then only it will be sent. While the earlier version was that the rest of the payment will be done after installation of wall paper.

This is a very disturbing situation and we are really feeling bad when we decided to go for painting through asian paints services. My one wall started developing patches within 15 days post painting. I raised it to the relationship manager sri yuvraj singh. Even after so much discussions / arguments and escalating to his manager, their person didn’t come. They get the work done through local painters who are greedy and do not know their work. If i have to coordinate with local painters then why should i pay a premium amount to asian paints.
Though i can see the lack of professionalism end-to-end, still i would escalate it to the highest possible level and would simply wait and watch.
I had asked them to provide me the reasons why the patches occurred and what action they are going to take so that it doesn’t occurs again. But all in vain.

I have utilised asian paints home painting services in noida in 2004, jaipur around 2015. My experiences were very good as your records would show. As i understand there is no home painting service in ajmer. So i approached messers ganesh paints in naya bazar, ajmer for my painting requirements. I am surprised to inform you that this store does not provide you with an invoice for paint supplied and obviously blatant tax evasion is resorted to the painters supplied by them are cheats and most probably on commission. So i got a very bad deal. I changed two painters provided by this store. One painter was worse than the other.

I am living in howrah, west bengal pin code 711109, near botanical garden, i have applyed for dealership and contacted a territory officer name subhodip dutta phone number -[protected] in kolkata office, he came into my shop and told me that surely you will get the dealership of asian paints, it was 2017 when i contacted him, but unfortunately my left leg was broken. And doctor adviced me for bed rest. Aftar one year i contact same territory officer in kolkata. But kolkata office transferred subhodip dutta on a nother side, so i contact other territory officer name parveen kumar nayak phone number [protected], still i am waiting from june month but they do not receiving my phone calls, they are avoiding me. I have taken a loan of inr 5 lakh, i decorated my shop for suitable paint shop, maked some rack on shop, my phone number [protected], please do something please it is my dream, please kindly help me

Paint job is poor, walls are flaking up, damp proof sealant is eroded, tile sealant in toilets is letting water drip to the below floor.
Multiple calls and complaints has fallen on deaf ears. And such poor produce performance in less than 30 days of the service.
Kullay [protected], supervisor responsible for supervising the work, was never on site and has not had a follow up post the job being completed, basis the expectations set.

I have logged a complaint for patchy effect.

Without any solution these complaint was closed.

Than story starts after following call centre.

As i complained about the patchy effect, after 3-4 days executive from ahmedabad visited the site and found it true. On that day they repaired wall again to check. But after painting with the color i have purchased, again there was a patchy effect shown. My color contractor shown him non dissoluble parts of white color in it. He explained about these insoluble parts are not dissolving in the color that why patchy effects is generating. He & dealer from where i purchased paint also found the thing is right, at the site.
Executive visited twice at site. But no solution was given.

After frequent calling to customer care, on 13th august executive said that your problem will be discussed with my upper level and will know by 16th august. While again i call call center for the same on 18 or 19th executive than says our r & d team will visit at site than and than only we can decide how to solve the problem. Than how can white insoluble parts cant soluble in color.

Again no surety about compensation from company side. Even company doesn't bother about complaint.

Last 10-12 days before r&d executive visited with local executive at the site. He also experimented by applying fresh color and my balance color using various base coats. According to him painter had not stirred bucket (Mixed color) well. I said painter had done his business very well. He also talked with my color contractor. One more thing, paint was stirred at dealer place after mixing color agent on automatic machine. He also found the color which i had purchased is faulty not to quality extend. I had phone discussion with him for what action from company side will be taken? I suggested him i had purchased 7 buckets, all are having same problem, so company should reimbursed my cost of paint, what i had paid to dealer including painting cost. He said as per company policy this is not possible. Till date no communication from company.

So again request to resolve my case immediately, otherwise i will go ahead.

There are insoluble particles still today in color present. They are not dissolving in color.

Demanding only refund of mrp paid to dealer and painting cost of rs.25000.

I have hired the painter named as sam (Numbers +91-[protected], +91-[protected], +91-[protected]) to carry out the stencils work over the two-painted wall on my new flat, the recommended painter by the authorized asian paint dealer sabarivasan hardware at padi, chennai.
The workmanship was very bad and the walls looks ugly after the work completed and he had done the patch-up work all over the two walls, now i’m in the position to rethink why i was opted with dealer and recommended painter. When i ask him, he reveals that he has done his job only for how much money he has received and he refuses to correct and speaking arrogantly over by phone.
Is this the right way that the asian paint dealer and painter deals with?

After repeated follow up with Asian Paints regarding the poor quality of color work undertaken ... i had complaint in June 2018.
after which I received a call promising immediate sorting of my issues. The team did visit my home in June and I requested them to take action. I also mentioned that I am happy to pay to sort out poor quality color undertaken. The company representative was also present. However after that visit ...nothing has happened. Is the company really working on solving clients problem through customer care. It does not seem so.

I have painted my house by using royal aasta asian paint's 1 year ago... Quality is very bad because wall bouncing delar is not responsible so paint quality is very poor company is fraud in these session. So what to do in this situation i am earleier waiting for reply so reply as per as possible tomorrow morning
